I was there for a 3 am race that started near Central world. So it was a quick walk.
It was not easy to sleep. First the lady came to ask for money( could have done this at check in) and then again to return the change. I could hear loud people from the other rooms.

very small quiet hotel on small quiet street but located very close to busy streets with all infrastructure and shopping area. hotel is managed very effectively - you have everything in the room (electric tea pot, refrigerator and even flat iron), administrator (or owner) is constantly online so you can solve any question. maybe room is not big in terms of square meters, but its space used very effectively. price is reasonable. if i visit Bangkok again i will stay here again

They accomodated our request to check in after 1am when our plane was delayed and that was nice. They also have lots of amenities in the room like microwave, kettle,cutery,iron,ironing board and good air-conditioning
Unfortunately we found the place not very clean and in a bit of disrepair. There was a sink with pieces of fruit and a cloth in it, the place smelled a bit mouldy, the shower looked a bit mouldy, the couch has stains, ,the shower tap in the closed position keeps dripping.. etc. Not terrible, but not great also.

It’s easy to talk to the owner and the staffs are helpful. It’s near to platinum and market.

The location is strategic, walking distance to malls and halal food. Even though the room is not spacious, it is fully equipped and clean. The owner is also extremely nice and understanding. Recommended 👍🏼

There were two bathrooms and three double beds (two large beds and one sofa bed). Very good location. 13 min walking distance from the nearest BTS. Located near to food and shopping.
The room was narrow and hardly has enough space for luggage and has no wardrobe to hang clothes. Very basic facilities. No hair conditioner provided. No washer/dryer. It's more like a hostel. No room service. You have to take out your own trash. The only table it has is a very small and tiny one. The 2nd floor is equivalent to the 4th floor. There is a very small elevator with manual doors to open and close. For the price, I was expecting more, but it was below my expectations.
One of the mattresses was very creaky and old. I wished they provided extra pillows and blankets. One of the beds has the air conditioning blowing directly at it, thus it could be very cold at night.

The location is just next to the big clothing market so this is the fit for people who wants to shop, the owner is fast respond and the staff is friendly. Clean room.
Its just mattress and face the toilet without space for walking so for my opinion it wasnt that comfortable for sleeping :(

It’s highly accessible to Platinum mall and Pratunam area. As well as the rest of the malls. So the location is perfect if you’re on a shopoing trip.
There is only a service elevator availble for the baggages. So might be quite a hike if you’re assigned rooms on the higher floors.

Located just few minutes from platinum mall. easy to find food, if want to find halal, just walk to platinum mall. i would like to say all was amazing. thanks to staff and host 😁

Nothing to like! misleading! advertised with sofa and bed BUT BS! no bed just mattress on the floor! NO sofa just one metal stool and small plastic table!
Small storeroom converted to a single room. For two persons this room is a cramped. Do not book this! It’s a miracle if you can walk up the stairs after a long shopping stint.

The location is great. Platinum Shopping Mall, Pratunam Market, just around the corner.

The location is very near to the Pratunam market, central world and eateries. transportation wise is superb. easy access to grab, tuktuk or taxi.the house has 2 rooms and 1 living room which can fit us a group of 12. My room was on the level 4, thus it is considered peace and silent during the night.
the stairs to level 4. luckily it has elevator but a bit slow
