Spacious, clean apartment in a great location.

The central location, the accessibility to restaurants, public transportation, nearby sites; and the neighborhood was very safe and vibrant.

Something has to be done with the hot water system in the bathrooms since the water temperature was not consistent. We were a party of two women and two girls. The hot water was either too hot and could not be cooled down, or it was completely cold, and could not be warmed up. This made showering impossible. On the bright side, the host was communicative about this problem and addressed the issue immediately. All of them that, the beds were comfortable and big, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, and I like the fact that there were two bathrooms in this apartment, as well as a sofa bed that was quite large.

Disappointing

The cleanliness of the bathroom was deplorable. The shower had not been cleaned for several months to the point that the tile joints were covered with mold. The toilet bowl had not been cleaned after the departure of the previous tenants and the underside of the seat was covered with feces... It seems that only the vacuum cleaner is used for cleaning, unacceptable for the price

The apartment had two bedrooms and two baths/toilets. The location was good near Republique.

We only stayed for one night and maybe it was not the best choice for us. The apartment is superior and brighter in photos. We had to open the windows as soon as we arrived, there was no air. The check-in time was 16.00, which was late for us, and check-out was 11.00, earlier than in hotels which let you use the room until noon generally and keep your bagages afterwards. There is no place to leave your luggage here, and you have to take it to a luggage storage shop nearby. If you are not familiar with the system, you will walk for 20 mn to find ‘the shop’; in fact, it can be any shop in the neighborhood. You don’t see anyone when you arrive or when you leave. The door has a lock system that gives you the key. You have to pay a caution too. So read the conditions well before reserving. Finally, the appartement is listed on other platforms, with a higher price. Booking.com had the best deal.

What’s on the site was totally different from the unit , it was an ugly experience

There was no air conditioner, the costumer service was terrible, negligence, unbothered attitude.

The staff was super receptive and ensured timely solutions to all our needs! On the day of check in, we noticed that the apartment had not cleaned up to satisfaction. Upon bringing this to the attention of the staff, they promptly redressed the issue and upgraded us to a bigger apartment for the night. The staff, especially Andrea, were very hospitable and always ready and willing to help! The property is just a 2 minutes walk from the nearest metro station and if one is fond of exploring Paris on foot, is hardly 15 minutes of leisurely walk from the Louvre. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment!

Everything good, we had an excellent stay in this appartment

Excellent and cozy apartment, with new appliances, and very well furnished. Excellent location as well, and excellent service and contact by the manager.

lovely location in the middle of local Parisian outings. great place and highly comfortable, well equipped. yet, very quite / no noise.

no direct sun light into apartment as ground floor and WC without ventilation.

Nice apartment in the city center

Nice apartment in the heart of Arts et Metiers zone, only 1km far from Louvre. A quick step far from metro and Buses. Andrea, the owner is very kind and fast in replies. The apartment was clean and with all amenities. Thanks a lot for the nice stay!

Large rooms The host was nice and answered all our questions quickly All the electric appliances were great (heating, stove and even a washing machine!) Close to supermarkets and restaurants

Great stay in cool neighborhood1

We were moved to a different apartment as the one initially booked was not ready yet. Very friendly service and gret alternative offered!

Fab location and great for one/two people

Location was spot on, the place itself was perfect for the two of us. Would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Paris for a couple of days

We used the pull out bed and left it out to avoid having to pack it away each day - this compromised on the space we had. Would have been good to have some basic toiletries other than shower gel (in small plastic containers). Bar of soap would have been good

Amazing stay!!!!

I cannot recommend this beautiful little apartment enough! The apartment is beautiful, so cosy and most importantly warm given our visit was in December! The courtyard was beautiful, the property was big enough for the three of us, the sofa bed is extremely big and could easily sleep a fourth person. There was more then enough bedding and kitchen utensils for our stay. The property was really really clean which is so important for us, location was amazing right near resteraunts and supermarkets/shops to pick bits up for your stay. It is near the metro as well as a walk away from some sights. The host was contactable and so helpful throughout our stay, we were also emailed instructions upon arrival which were all easy to follow. I unfortunately left my phone in the apartment, the host has been so helpful in ensuring this gets back to me safely. Great communication throughout and post stay. I cannot recommend this apartment enough! We came to Paris for a birthday and had a blast! I will be staying here whenever I have the pleasure of visiting Paris! Thank you!
