The bus stops just 3 houses down 3 times per weekday and it is only a 5-10 minute walk to other more frequent stops. The bus can take you to downtown Boulder in about 15 minutes (or CU campus in 10), and we have access to bike/walking paths that extend all over town. Feel free to ask us for help on bus routes and path information. Other things to note Please note that our house has a split floor plan, with 4 different levels and about 6-7 steps at each level. We keep personal belongings in the house, but we leave space for you to use in the closets and pantry. Please note that we take a water wise approach to our yard, so if you were looking for a lush green grass yard, this may not be the right property for you We do have a dog (she will be with us while you are renting out our house)
