Spectacular stay with the exception of the dryer not working since 11/23. We had planned on laundry during our trip. Also leaving shoes outside as required it snowed and they got wet with no way to dry them.

This was a cute cottage right on the creek. Loved it!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Everything was so organized. Extremely clean. Great setting. Anything we needed was provided in the rental. I would definitely recommend.

The design of the cottage is very thoughtful and cozy. The location is perfect - within walking distance of shops, restaurants and trails and still peaceful.

We loved this cottage. It was cute, comfortable and in a perfect location. We plan to return annually.

This was walking distance to everything. View of creek was nice.

This cottage is right next to a creek and a walking path. It is conveniently located near to downtown shops, restaurants, and the city market. And it's in Moab! What more could you want?

I loved the decor and the location close to the main strip in Moab. However, the motel across the street isn't what I would choose as a solo woman traveler and the creek isn't exactly quiet and secluded! Vacasa was great about working around a problem with the keycode and otherwise it was good for a short stay. The neighbors are really nearby and the one next to me was smoking outside our front doors, so I don't know if I would recommend it to another solo woman. Otherwise a stepstool would be great for shorter guests to reach the kitchenware! Thanks for a good stay.

This little casita is built like an add-on to the house but completely separate. We parked on the road right in front of the casita. When we needed to load or unload, we did it on the driveway. Very nice and quiet place. Beautiful view of the Pine Valley Mountains from the house. We used the microwave and fridge for our meals without issue. The lights flickered quite a bit when the microwave and AC were running. The closet beside the bathroom was perfect. Might add a night stand on the right side of the bed. Lovely place. The drive to Zion National Park was beautiful! Will recommend. Thank you!!!

We have never stayed anywhere other than a hotel and we were very pleased! It was clean, so cute and cozy and decently priced! I saw in a previous review when you first get there is smells a bit odd, but we opened the windows and it went away! No issues after that even when we had them closed.

Very comfortable beds. Location ideal for town and nature. Windows/light well designed. Thank you

The cottage was in a great location for traveling to Arches and Canyonlands. It is a block off Main street with easy access to restaurants and groceries.
The cottage was clean and very well furnished with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and area quiet for great sleeping after days of hiking.
I think there was some recent flooding in the area with some down brush around the porch and slight musty smell inside. The smell quickly went away when we opened the windows when retuning from the day.
Would recommend staying at the property to others.

My husband and I (and our three dogs) spent a week at the Creekside Guest Cottage and had an amazing time! This cozy cottage is a short walk to Main Street with tons of shops and restaurants. It's also steps from Mill Creek Parkway, a pedestrian/bicycle walkway. Along the Parkway is Bark Park, a well maintained dog park with large and small dog sections. The cottage is also a 10-15 minute drive to Arches National Park.
The cottage was clean and cozy. Vacasa was very communicative prior to our trip, including warning us about bicycles being stolen around Moab. Their maintenance person (Greg) was out a couple of times checking on the property and he was super helpful and friendly. If you go during the summer, you do have to prepare for lots of Elm bugs. They're harmless, but they're everywhere.
All in all, we had a wonderful time and have no complaints. We definitely plan to visit again!

2 nights for vacation. Great location for nearby parks and local dining. Cottage is very cozy. Bed was uncomfortably hard. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well stocked with cookery. Fridge was not cold even at highest setting. Dryer was terribly noisy (squeaky belt) The window shades don’t open but that was fine. The back porch was very nice with a gas grill. Nice bathroom. No place to put clothes or set our suitcases.

Great convenient location. Very cute decor. All amenities needed. Could use a little maintenance (i.e., window shades, back door lock).

Overall, a very nice place to stay. The keyless entry and exit made it very easy to check in and out. The only reasons I'm not giving 5 star rating are dusty towels and no warning about the mosquitos. We only went on the outside deck once and the mosquito attack was swift and severe. Don't leave the doors open because they will get inside.

We enjoyed how close to town this cabin is. Great for walking everywhere.

The location and the inside of the home were both great! I’d rate that 5 stars. We needed to communicate with the owner and they were not accessible. This was frustrating. There were also army worms all over the outside. These pests and the tree debris made the nice patio with the grill unusable without a long cleaning…it would have been nice to use the patio without having to clean it first. We were also asked to do quite a bit of cleaning before checkout…(strip and start the laundry, take the trash to the dumpster, start the dishwasher).

Everything was great at the Creekside Cottage. The cottage was very cozy and the location was perfect for dining and proximity to the parks. We really enjoyed our stay and the great accommodations!

I have never had to leave a review such as this. One of the worst stays I've had. I asked several questions prior to the start of our stay but was ignored. The listing states King Bed -- it is not. The bedroom is too small for a king. No place to put your luggage. Cold cement floors throughout with no rugs. Windows were mostly filthy. No bathroom exhaust fan so I tried to open the bathroom window. Crank was broken, and mouse droppings and dead flies were inside the window screen. Living room has two blinds -- both are broken. Loud pump noise whenever you run hot water. Home smelled quite dank and musty (from recent flooding perhaps?). Property manager was not helpful and did not offer any appropriate concession. When I tried to call her, her voicemail box was full - not a good sign!
Upon departure, they wanted me to start the laundry - and they charge a hefty cleaning fee! Ridiculous.
I truly don't get the positive reviews for this place. You can do much, much better especially for the amount we paid, including all the fees!

Very easy check in. Place was clean. There is a washer/dryer but the dryer makes a loud squeaking noise but works fine. There is construction in the park across the creek during the work week. The dump trucks are first noticed around 6 am daily. Very easy to walk all of downtown Moab so location is wonderful.

Moab had just flooded. Lots of dust, debris in area. No communication of this.

This cabin was cozy and comfortable, with lots of natural light. There was a great back porch for morning coffee. And it was equipped with everything we needed for a perfect base to return to after exploring the National parks! Close to town but quiet. We Loved it!

This is a well appointed little cottage located in nearly as central a point in Moab as you'll find. Just barely off the main drag by a few steps, we had quick walking access to the restaurants/grocery/shops along Main St. to the point that we really didn't need our car while we were in town. Maybe a 5 mile drive to the entrance for Arches and just a few more miles from other popular destinations. There were some minor oddities - the few odd noises, be it a squeeky dryer or a pump motor that kicks on when you use the hot water, and cable TV that I defy anyone to use efficiently - but they didn't take away from the overall experience.

This place was cute and within walking distance to most everything. We would go back for sure.

There were just a couple of things-the listing says king bed and it is NOT a king bed that was a disapointment. Also bathroom sink was backing up! But overall great location and fun weekend!!

Tucked away cottage
It was great to be right downtown and yet “away from it all”. The cottage had everything I needed and there was a little patio out front facing the back of another cottage. It really could use a small table out there however
The setting was pretty with trees and grass and felt secluded. A bit of street noise came through but not enough to bother me and it was quiet at night. I loved sitting out there.
The shower was excellent and the bed and sofa were comfortable.
There was a generously sized porch in the back with a nice barbecue however the deck was filthy and I would never have sat there, which was unfortunate.
It was a bit pricey for what it was but I would rent it again when I return home

Short n sweet
We were only there for one evening, but the accommodations were very nice. Loved the latter towel rack; appreciate being able to make a reservation just a couple of days in advance; washer/dryer in the cottage came in very handy; and of course the proximity to the national parks was excellent. An unexpected convenience was the diner, just a few steps from our front door.

Great location!
My mom and I stayed a week at Creekside Cottage for a mother/daughter hiking trip and this was a great hub! The location is very quiet and walkable to basically all things in downtown Moab and an 8min drive to Arches! Most other hikes/parks were within a 30min drive. Washer and dryer is a huge bonus! I slept on the pull-out sofa and the mattress was very comfortable! The back porch was great for coffee drinking or a brew from Moab Brewery! I'd love if they'd trim the brush out back so you could get a bit of a view of the red rocks! There are hundreds and hundreds of caterpillars and an entire family of carpenter bees out on the back porch, so if any of that stuff bothers you, I would avoid this house, but that surely didn't slow us down.
We would definitely stay here again!
