Situated in Vail, this lovely condo for $308 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Check out our beautiful 1 bedroom condo listing number 503231. Please note, property is for 4 guests only. We do not have a sofa bed, nor can the condo accommodate more than 4 guests. This is a 100% smoke-free property. No smoking inside the condo or on the deck or breezeway is allowed. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is the perfect spot for your mountain vacation! It is located in the Timberfalls condo complex in East Vail. The FREE shuttle bus to Vail Village stops right 20 feet from the condo. The stop is literally right outside our front door. Convenience could not be any easier!! No car required! And, if you have a car, we have free parking at our condo complex. Our ski closet, right outside our front door, will store all your equipment. During the summer months, there is a heated outdoor pool and tennis/pickleball courts included FREE of charge with your stay. Our condo has an oversized deck in the back that spans the entire length of the condo allowing you to have an amazing mountain view with sunlight and brightness all year long. Whether you sit outside on the deck by our barbecue grill or inside in our comfy living space, you will feel completely at home. Our condo is decorated in a contemporary rustic mountain decor. Condo features include: - Free wifi for your convenience. - Two (2) bathrooms. One full-size bathroom with a shower/tub and the other is a 3/4 bathroom with a stand-up shower. - The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We stock everything for your cooking needs (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cooking gadgets, etc.), except the food, however, we do stock staple items for your convenience (coffee, sugar, spices, etc.). All cookware and appliances are of HIGH-QUALITY. This is the best stocked kitchen you will ever find in a rental. - Full dining room table with plenty of seating for 6 as well as a breakfast counter with seating for 3. - Living room with sofa and loveseat combo, wireless bluetooth speaker, 58-inch smart TV, bluray player, cable and wood-burning fireplace. - Master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and quality linens, a 43-inch smart TV with cable, dresser and closet space. - Second bedroom with 2 comfortable twin beds and quality linens, a 43-inch smart TV with cable, dresser and closet space. - Full-sized washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Down the street is a very large park that has a picnic area and a wonderful kids playground for those guests with kids! Or the kids can play in our big backyard! Vail Mountain is just a few minutes away and the Town's free shuttle bus system runs every 15 minutes during ski season and every 30 minutes in the summer and stops 20 feet from our condo, so no car required! Once in Vail Village, it’s a short walk to the slopes, shopping and dining. !Hablamos español! VRBO will add the applicable sales taxes and fees automatically upon reserving. This was a great condo. Well appointed, clean and easy access. It is right off of free bus route so easy to get to vail. The property manager was in great communication with me. Beds were comfortable, Queen in master and two twins on other room. Great place would stay again.

As advertised. Very well maintained condo in East Vail, with a bus stop in front of the property. Perfect for a quick mountain get away. Entire unit is updated and well stocked. Leti was an excellent host, and we loved the communication. As a frequent business traveler the little things don't go unnoticed: working Wi-Fi and cable, impeccably clean bathrooms, hot water, and humidified air (huge plus), and parking. Will consider staying again, vs hotels in Lionshead and the Village. Great trip! Thanks again Leti!

The property is just like in the pictures. It is about an 8 minute drive from the mountain. The condo is very well stocked and we enjoyed our stay. Leti was a very responsive host and checked up on us when there was an issue ( which she resolved right away). We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again

I only have good things to say. Starting from the apartment- its basically a new unit. Bathrooms, kitchen, couches- all new condition. The location cannot be better. The bus takes you to vail village right from the apartment. Lastly, the owner of the unit was so responsive and kind and I have only good things to say. Will return next year to the same place!

This rental was perfect for our Ski trip in Vail. The extra touches provided by Leti (full size lotions, body soaps, laundry detergent) really made our stay feel like we were at home. The condo was very clean and the location next to the bus stop was perfect. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows. The host was very responsive and provided amazing recommendations before and during our stay. We will book this unit again.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Leti’s condo in Vail. Leti, the owner, was very detailed procedures leading up to our stay and that continued with check-in and communication during our stay. We have traveled all over the world and have stayed in a lot of VRBOS. This condo was the most organized and stocked condo we’ve ever rented. All our needs were met and taken care of during our stay. We look forward to returning again!

This is a very clean well kept property, in a nice area. My family was comfortable at this cabin. It has a creek that was very close to the cabin. We would like to come back during ski season. “God willing”

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and in a great location to hiking trails and Vail town center. Our kids (9 and 7 years old) particularly enjoyed taking a short bus drive to the town center (the bus stop is right by the condo). The host is very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay there again. Highly recommended.

First off we cannot say enough about Leti!! She is the best host you could ask for. We now have stayed at both of her places in East Vail. We especially loved staying in this condo at Timber Falls. Everything about this place was perfect for our family. Everything was clean, organized, well stocked and very comfortable. Her communication from initial booking to departure is awesome. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

The condo was very clean, updated appliances & bathrooms. Very well appointed and comfortable. Bus transportation was easy & reliable, but would have liked to be closer to Vail Village or Lionshead. Also, we did miss not having a hot tub after skiing. Overall a great experience and lovely home.

We've stayed in a ton of VRBO's and Leti was probably the most outgoing and helpful owner we've worked with. Property itself was nice, clean, and updated. I underestimated the value of being so close to the bus stop, but that was really great being able to walk right in to the condo after long days on the slopes.

Great location, Comfy Condo
Leti has gone out of her way to make this condo stay comfortable. Very clean. Quiet while we were there. Everything in the unit worked perfectly. Plenty of TP, PT, bath towels, toiletries and other supplies to make it feel like a home. Check in/out and all instructions were clear and formalized. We appreciated very much getting Leti’s mobile number for any issues that may have occurred, but didn’t. This personal connection makes a big difference to us. We’d love to return ;)

We were amazed at how well stocked this condo was. There wasn’t anything we needed not found there. We arrived too late to go grocery shopping before our first night, but we woke up to find coffee, creamer, and sugar there already! Really got off to a great start. Everything in the condo is like new and very clean! There were even humidifiers available! Loved the separate thermostats between rooms, too! The bus stop could not be more convenient! The property manager is totally on top of things! We will definitely stay here again!
