Location was great. Staff attentive.

Julie at the front desk was very calm, friendly and professional even though there was a city wide power outage that morning. The entire staff was noticeably in a good mood for our entire weekend stay.
Tiny bathroom. Also there's a much nicer hotel down the road and it turns out it's only 15 dollars more.

It was clean and staff was friendly.
It was a bit dark in the hallways, seemed tired. Our room was very small and it was dark. View from the only small window was of a mess in the back- looked like they dumped stuff there( old buckets-chairs-overgrown- just a mess. Breakfast was eh, not great - would have liked more hot choices- .
