Situated in Ono Island, this lovely condo for $765 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Unit 301 is a corner Gulf front property at Phoenix X with spectacular third floor views. It is the perfect home away from home for a family or group of 8 people whom love the beach and like to stay somewhere clean, fun, and relaxing. This three bedroom unit has a king bed in the master with glass doors going directly to deck with beautiful views and an attached large master bath. The 2nd guest room has a queen bed and a twin bed with a walk through bath to the third room that has a king bed. There is a half bath in hallway that is very convenient for guest sleeping on the queen sofa sleeper in the main living area. Phoenix X is located in Orange Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and is very convenient to the Flora-Bama, fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, theaters, and the Alabama Gulf State Park which features several fun activities for the whole group from zip lines to great fishing off of the HUGE Gulf State Park Pier! There are plenty of water-sports to enjoy close-by such as jet-skis, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving just to name a few. Phoenix X boasts great amenities including, but not limited to; large Gulf front outdoor pool area with an adequately sized 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view! Directly across from the Condo is the Flora-Bama Marina. From the Flora-Bama marina you can take a dolphin cruise, rent a boat, rent a Jet Ski, rent paddle boards, and rent kayaks. Bedding: Master Bedroom- King Bedroom 2- Queen and Twin Bedroom 3- King Living Room- Sofa Sleeper * This nonsmoking unit will sleep 9 * Policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25 Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. You are allowed two with this property. Parking passes are around $60 each. Ike’s Beach Service is in charge of the tent space on the beach and guest can call them for a spot at * Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay

The condo was very well equipped! Very well decorated! The only issue is you should list hairdryers in the amenities be cause we brought 2 and there was 4 in the condo! Thank you for such a lovely place!

Overall, it was wonderful. The walk to the beach was relatively quick and easy. My teens loved the indoor pool. The unit was perfectly themed and had everything we needed. Our only complaint is that we expected to be able to play tennis, but the courts were unplayable. No nets, debris, and orange cones covered the courts. It seems that all the other Phoenix complexes have courts in great condition.

Four ladies in our 50s loved the condo and the location is certainly right in the thick of it. We rented umbrellas and chairs right out front on the sand and played in the waves for three days without ever getting in the car. The pots and pans are terrible, but par for the course for a rental. My only complaint was that the kitchen sink faucet was hardly attached upon arrival and there was a bucket under it. There was no way that the cleaning crew did not know it was a problem and should have addressed it before our arrival. The property manager was responsive on email and sent someone out to fix it on DAY TWO of our visit while we were out.

The view was what we all needed. Accommodations were wonderful. The only issue I had was there was a ton of dust. Myself and 2 others in our family are extremely allergic to dust. Not the biggest issue, but we had to clean some ourselves to feel comfortable. Again, the place and view were great. We could of just done without the dust bunnies ;)

The condo was amazing and so was the view! You are just steps from the ocean and the kids loved the indoor pool. The condo was clean and communication with the manager was quick and easy. Check-in was a breeze, even in the middle of the night. Covered parking was available in the garage and security was onsite at all times. It felt very safe. There is only one con to this condo and I felt I should mention it. The bathrooms (all 3 of them) are very small. If you are using a wheelchair, there's no way you could get into the bathrooms. Other than that, this place is wonderful!

We were mostly happy with the condo. Love the balcony access from all rooms, and the big table outside on the beach side balcony was great. Nicely decorated and furnished. Worst thing - Wifi. The unit does not have its own network. I contacted the property manager, and I was told to connect to the strongest signal around me. It wouldn’t stay connected so we used data all weekend. Signal strength is poor there so when we were trying to get an Uber to pick us up, or find restaurants in the area - it was slow slow slow. Best part - we made amazing memories to cherish forever.

Lovely property and condo. We love staying at Phoenix X because of the close proximity to Flora Bama and shops across north he road. The only suggestions I have would be to have some extra blankets or throws and the 3rd bedroom to have 2 double beds and not a twin and a queen. We loved the corner location and it was very clean.

We loved all the space and convenience this condo has. The kitchen is big for a condo and well stocked. The view is beautiful and I like that it was not right in front of the pool. The master bed was comfy and I heard no complaints about the others. You should know that this unit is the farthest from the parking garage, depending on your needs this could be good or bad, for us it was good. The pools were a good size and were never too crowded. The beach has chair and umbrella rentals if you need them. The flora-Bama is right next door and there is a tiki-bar on the beach which was fun. Also there was a place to go parasailing/banana boating right there which my kids enjoyed. Overall it met our needs and we enjoyed the stay.

Very nice condo with lots of room and space! Property was clean and the decor was nice! There was plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen to accommodate bigger groups! Outside patio was nice with lots of space due to being a corner unit! Good location but expect to drive to get to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: great view! This corner unit has awesome beach and city view. Very spacious for 4 adults and 3 kids. Might be cramped for more adults. Cons: the unit needs some serious update. It felt a little old. Possibly need to update all room mattresses. Other than the master bed room, the other rooms are pretty small.

Pros: The condo itself was beautiful with plenty of space. Multiple large balconies that had a great view. Easy access to a well maintained beach. Laundry in the unit was also a great amenity to have. Cons: Phoenix X left much to be desired. The pool renovation was not done as it stated it would be so there was no outdoor pool. Construction had the tennis court and all outdoor amenities torn up. There were rails with caution tape and the exterior doors were old and needed to be painted. In general the exterior needed to be updated. We were also disappointed that the gym, sauna and hot tub were not open due to covid.
