Our family of seven, ages 11 to 81, enjoyed our five night stay at The Weigt Room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious living room and dining areas for relaxing, reading, games, and puzzles. The kitchen appliances were modern and updated. The Weight Room is located near the snack bar, pool, and gift shop, easy to walk to. We really enjoyed having the golf cart to drive around the charming Beachwalk community and visit the lake. Despite the rainy spells, we were able to do most of the activities we planned. Our host Linda, was very helpful at each stage of the rental process and during our stay. She responds to messages quickly. We would definitely make the trip from California to visit our family nearby, and would stay at The Weight Room again.

The house is beautiful, clean and spacious...perfect for our large family! Unfortunately, the golf cart was not available as we didn't realize it was a seasonal perk. Also, make sure you bring your own toiletries (soap, shampoos, etc.) and paper goods as that was not provided. Aside from those details, we had a lovely time and were even able to enjoy the outside spaces --like the fire pit! -- that the house provides. Highly recommend!
