Located in Oregon, this charming house for $333 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The Pelican's Nest is a stunning 3100 sq.ft. custom home which displays quality throughout with Beautiful White Water Views. The interior is built with clear, finished white cedar and displays three 8'x8' skylights and large windows upstairs to bring in the sun, moon and the stars. Downstairs begins with a spacious foyer leading to a large gourmet kitchen with room for several chefs to create wonderful meals. Fresh fish may be purchased locally for a special treat. NO STAIRS TO ENTER OUR HOME. ONE BEDROOM AND BATH ON GROUND FLOOR WITH KITCHEN, DINING, TV ROOM and BACKYARD ALL WITH OUT CLIMBING STAIRS! The dining table has two leaves to expand to 8' to accommodate your group. In addition we have a breakfast bar that will seat 3 to 4 others. There is also a private fenced courtyard with an entrance from the kitchen making barbecues and outdoor seating easily accessible. The Television/Game Room is off the kitchen which provides DISH with Movie Pack and Music Channels on a 32' Flat Screen with DVD Player. All of the floors and counters are beautifully tiled. In addition, the first floor has a full bath with a glass and tile shower and a bedroom with 2 queen beds. On the second floor you will find the living room. Make yourself comfortable on our large couch and enjoy views of the ocean. This expansive room features skylights and a gas fireplace for a quiet relaxing day or romantic evening. You will also find a new 50' SMART Flat Screen Television (Use your Netflix ect.) with Movie Pack and Music Stations plus a Blu-ray Player. One of the suites features an extra long, extra deep soaking tub surrounded by tile. Take a long bubble bath to relax and pamper yourself after a day of golf, shopping, beach combing or just having fun on the Southern Oregon Coast. This room has one king and one twin bed. You will also find a skylight over the king bed! In the second master suite you will find a comfortable queen bed along with another twin bed. This full bath also features a glass and tile shower. Our group of former co-workers have been sharing an annual weekend for the last 35+ years. We’ve stayed at the Pelican's Nest at least the last six years. It feels like home. Plenty of beds, lots of counter space for snacks and beverages, clean and comfortable. The owner is easy to work with and responds quickly to any questions. It's a short walk to the beach. Of all the houses we've rented in Bandon over the years, it's definitely our favorite!

My husband and always go on a trip to celebrate our anniversary. This year Bandon and this home was the perfect choice. Close to a gorgeous beach, a well equipped kitchen, cozy hangout areas, comfortable beds, laundry room with clean new washer and dryer. All in all we love it. Also Rick is a great host. Quick response to all my questions and concerns.

Location location location!! This Bandon beach house is in the perfect spot! A quiet neighborhood, just steps to the beach access, and amazing ocean views from practically every window in the house! It accommodated our family of nine with ease, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make your favorite dishes. We took long walks on the beach with our grandkids and pups, and enjoyed the late afternoon sunsets on the upper deck with a glass of wine. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable, we can't wait to return and do it again!

Great Property for large groups. House needs a bit of tlc , such as the handle on the dishwasher and the smell of propane as you open the gate to enter the house. Kitchen is well stocked with plates ,cutlery and glasses. Might be nice to find an area to use the bbq rather than the driveway Access to the beach is so easy and the stars at night are amazing

The host was great, super communicative, and so helpful! We plan on staying there again and would highly recommend! We had our annual family vacation here. The two master suites and the room with the two queens worked perfectly for our three family units!

Celebrated a milestone birthday with friends. Close to Bandon Dunes where we played golf daily and close to downtown area with great bars and restaurants. Small but great view from upstairs of the ocean and close enough to still hear it. Owner/manager very responsive and communication was easy. Kitchen had all we needed and more. Thank you!

This place was so fantastic! We loved every minute of staying here and being close to the ocean. Coffee on the deck and the sunset at night. There were sand toys and chairs to enjoy the sand and beach as well. We can’t say enough great things about this wonderful property!

We come to Bandon regularly for vacation. This is the best rental we have had. They are dog friendly and the house is bright and beautiful inside. The large deck with views of the ocean was amazing! The kitchen is large and has everything you need for cooking. Communication was easy and I would highly recommend this rental!

This home is absolutely beautiful inside and out! There were only two of us, but this home is huge and could comfortably support many people. There’s plenty of space, plenty of places to sleep, and plenty of places to spend quality time. There is a completely fenced in backyard, and a nice grass area around the property, so it is private. It’s in a very nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood and not too far from the beach. Getting down to the beach is a little difficult if you have any mobility issues, but otherwise it’s not bad. The house is about 10 minutes or less from downtown Bandon, where most of the restaurants are, so that was very convenient. And the very popular Face Rock area is just a three minute drive away. This property is dog friendly and very family friendly. I would very highly recommend staying in this home! The owners are very kind and accommodating as well! I came for my yearly birthday trip and was so pleasantly surprised. I will be going back next year for sure!

Our group of 6 adult women celebrated our 20th annual girl’s trip. There was ample space and the house is well appointed. Decor is well done. The house is in good repair and comfortable. The location is great. We were impressed with the cleanliness upon arrival. Rick was great with communicating with us as needed. We will for sure look for this property for future vacations!

The house was clean and beautiful, with a kitchen area and living area downstairs and additional living area upstairs offering multiple locations to gather and talk or play games. It’s a very short walk to the beach and a quick drive to downtown. Great location and a fun stay overall.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the home very much. It was walking distance to the beach and just a few short minutes to downtown Bandon. We had a nice time relaxing, and pretty much everything you needed was provided. It made traveling with our dog very easy and comfortable too. The fenced courtyard was very handy!! This is our second time staying at this wonderful home. We love this place! Always clean. Very well stocked kitchen. Two different areas to hang out and watch tv. Big bedrooms with more then one bed. You can’t beat the location and beautiful views. Short little walk to a beautiful beach. It’s our # 1 choice for a vacation rental. Easy to book and the owner is quick to respond when you have any questions. Can’t wait to return!!

Pelicans Nest was clean, comfortable and well stocked with essential necessities. Great view from second row and very short walk to a beautiful beach. About 15 minutes to Bandon Dunes golf resort and even closer to downtown Bandon restaurants and shops. In summary, clean, comfortable and great location contributed to an enjoyable trip. Good weather was a big plus! Would definitely return.

Everything was effortless from directions to the property to retrieving the key. It was close to the beach for some water time but also had a fenced backyard for our dogs and a HUGE grassy back/side yard for playtime with them outside. Well worth it!

We had a wonderful time at. the Pelican's Nest; you will too! This is an amazing house. Lots of room to spread out. Amazing light from 3 huge skylights; large windows for ocean views, breezes and sounds. Relaxing. Short walk to beach. Very comfortably furnished. Lots of extras. Equipment for crab fishing and beach lounging in the garage. Host is amazing. Refrigerator went out the first Friday night we were there. Called the host. We expected to be without a fridge for at least a week. Next day (Saturday) got a call that a new fridge was on the way. It was installed that afternoon!
