Situated in Perdido Key, this lovely condo for $755 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to the Emerald Coast! Stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2nd floor unit features tile floors throughout, memory foam pillow top mattresses, custom linens and almost 1700 sq. ft. of living space. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, breakfast bar, and a pantry. Spacious dining, wet bar, large living room with all new furnishings including custom sectional with pull out bed. 65 inch flat screen smart TV and amazing gulf views. Large master bedroom with Smart TV, king size bed, designer bedding and gorgeous gulf front views with sliding doors opening to large balcony. Master bath with his and hers vanities, large walk in closet, Jacuzzi tub and separate tile shower. Guest bedroom number one features a king bed, flat screen Smart TV, and access to full hall bath. Bedroom number 3 (second master) features a king bed, flat screen Smart TV, private bath and walk in closet. Palacio Resort amenities include a lagoon style pool, a heated lap pool, hot tub, multiple tennis courts and fitness center. Owner provides "beach service" which includes 2 chairs and an umbrella, additional chairs/umbrellas may be reserved through the beach attendant. This ideal location is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Johnson's National Seashore is a gorgeous state park with gulf and bay access, virtually untouched and completely protected. Palacio is only minutes from family activities such as miniature golf, arcades, go cart tracks, charter fishing and world class golf. Please note that we have a very strict maximum occupancy and age limit policy. Please note that if you exceed the maximum occupancy limit, or do not meet the minimum age restriction, you will for asked to vacate the property immediately and will not be issued a refund. This was our first family vacation with a 1 year old and everything was perfect. Excellent communication with the owner!! Condo was lovely with very close and easy access to the beach. Bedrooms and baths were spacious and plenty of room for 6 adults and a baby. Beautifully decorated and the pools were gorgeous! Unloading and parking was very convenient. Several restaurants to choose from close by and a couple within walking distance. Perdido Key is a lovely area with all of the amenities. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

This was our first couples trip. The condo was beautiful and was stocked with everything we would need. The patio was a great place for wine, charcuterie and conversation. October weather is amazing. We had a great time in this condo and made wonderful memories. The owners care about their condo and their guests. Would definitely stay again.

Condo was very clean, spacious, and great location on the second floor. Overlooked the pool, nice patio, great beach view and access. Well appointed with all necessary information for our stay in a complete binder. Furnished way above my expectations. Definitely would repeat this booking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Not overly crowded. The only drawback we had was the parking arrangements. Only to parking passes per condo. It would have been nice to have a parking pass per room. But otherwise we had a great time

The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely located, well stocked, and beautifully decorated! We have stayed on several beaches along the panhandle and Perdido Key is hands down our new favorite!! Added bonus, the Jellyfish across the street has amazing sushi and drinks. We walked over and reserved our table (it was usually 1-2 hour wait) and then walked back to the condo, had drinks on the balcony watching the sun set and they texted us when our table was ready!

This unit is amazing! All the photos were exactly as it was in real life. The sofa was especially comfortable as well as the beds! The communication with Suzie was quick and informative. Thanks for your hospitality and for sharing your slice of heaven with us, Suzie!

What a beautiful, peaceful stay! Exactly the condo I would permanently live in. Not only was this condo well decorated, it was very clean. That says a lot coming from me because I am probably OCD about cleanliness. I was very relaxed and we slept well in the clean, comfortable beds. Thank you for sharing this lovely space!

Absolutely Amazing
There are not enough good words to say how amazing this place is. When you walk into the condo you are greated by a super clean (looking and smelling) condo. The decor is absolutely perfect. The place looks like something out of a magazine. Location is perfect, pool was great, and so was the beach. The condo owner provides chair service at the beach which was great!. Communication with Suzie was fantastic. She was always quick to answer questions and was so polite. My family and I will definitely be returning to this condo!

AMAZING family vacation
This property and owner are amazing! The condo was perfectly decorated with everything we needed to cook for 3 families and so clean. Being on the 2nd floor was great, we could see everyone at the pool easily. The location was perfect, not so busy as other places we have stayed at in the past. We’ve stayed at so many places along the gulf and hands down this place was the most beautiful, comfortable, easy access to the beach, and communication with the owner was top notch. Everyone in my family asked for the listing because they want to rent this place in the future. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Suzie for everything :)

2022 Beach Trip
We’ve been coming to Perdido Key for many years and this was the first time we stayed on the beach. It was our favorite trip yet! The condo was well stocked, in a great location, and amazing views. Working with Suzie was very easy and would be happy to book this unit again.

204 Palacio was exceptionally clean and a beautifully decorated condo! Felt very warm and cozy with an ideal location! Great view of the beach and overlooking the pool. It was perfect for us with teens. We could keep an eye on them while in the pool from the balcony while preparing lunch, etc. Wasn’t pleased with being stuck on third row our entire week stay with the umbrella service, but that is totally out of the hands of the condo provider. It is very generous for them to include one chair set and umbrella with the condo rental complementary!!
If ever returning back to this area, will definitely seek out 204 Palacio again!! Also must add, that we travel a lot and by far one of the most comfortable beds and best sheets we have slept on while traveling! She definitely goes out of her way to add special attention to bedding, towels, linens etc. It did not go unnoticed!!

Perfect Spot
Really enjoyed the location and the view from the condominium. Hearing the waves as they crashed and rolled was so relaxing. The heated pools were nice because of the cool temps during our stay. The condo was clean and had a home feel to it that made our time there relaxing and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Great Location and Views
The homeowner was very kind and had a beautiful condo. My only complaint would be that there was dust on all the fans and the floors were sticky. If I didn’t have a toddler it wouldn’t bother me as much. Otherwise our stay was good!

Beautiful condo but very noisy above the pool. It was an extremely busy week supposedly due to fall break but beach was so crowded and There are so many beach chairs on beach that there was literally not 4 ft between people anywhere. We had gone to beach last year week earlier and very quiet. I was also a bit disappointed that building obstructed views for sunrise and sunset.
