Located in Perdido Key, this charming condo for $547 per night is a great option for your next vacation. We know you will love spending time at our direct beachfront condominium. You will not be able to get enough of the breathtaking views of the white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the 7th floor wrap around balcony. The condominium is located in the Windemere Condominiums in Pensacola, Florida on beautiful Perdido Key just east of Orange Beach, Alabama. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or a fun vacation for your family, our vacation rental will more than satisfy your needs. The Condominium is well decorated in a neutral colors with ceramic floor in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. In addition to the large balcony, this unit has a great spacious floor plan. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico, TV and a large tub with a separate shower in the master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and a separate door to the hall bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for 4 children with 2 full size beds and its own TV. There is a TV in the Living Room and several board games, including Scrabble and Monopoly. The building has all the amenities you would expect. The Complex boasts a nice sized elevated outdoor pool with a deck that overlooks the beach, a hot tub and exercise room with a flat screen TV. If you like to grill out, there is a picnic area with barbeque pits on the beach level. The Windemere has its own private low density beach with optional beach chair service. Perdido Keys’ beaches have been ranked among the top five beaches by Conde Nast Traveler; rated the No. 1 swimming beach in America by GORP (Great Outdoor Recreation Pages); and, has appeared on the Travel Channel. If you like a private fine sugar sand beach, tropical breezes, emerald green water, breathtaking sunsets and a laid back paradise without the inconveniences of crowds then this is it. Nearby activities and attractions include some of northern Florida and southern Alabama’s finest golf courses, with the Arnold Palmer championship Lost Key course in view outside your front door. Neighboring Orange Beach is home to the largest charter fishing fleet on the Gulf, with terrific inshore and deep sea fishing at your call. Experience the magic of flight at the National Naval Aviation Museum on the Pensacola Naval Air Station, which is also home of the awe inspiring Blue Angels. Also be sure to enjoy the Gulf’s best fresh seafood at the many affordable area restaurants. Due to the high demand of our condo , we require a $300 deposit prior to receiving access. The deposit will be refunded within a week of your departure depending on the method of payment and given all terms are met. The condo was just what we needed. Everything was clean and plenty of towels etc. my only complaint was the bed stands. They are metal and you will take a kneecap off. But after a couple of hits you learn to go wide. Highly recommend Fisherman’s Corner and Salty Pearl raw bar. Both are right under bridge to left. Fresh seafood and you can not go wrong.

Nice size condo for our group of four. Spacious master bedroom/bathroom. The balcony may have been our favorite part! Amazing view, and again, plenty of space out there. Appreciated having a covered parking spot.

This was the best experience we’ve had at the beach. The property is in excellent condition: clean, updated, and felt luxurious! The owner was extremely available and helpful any time we had to contact her. The beach is not crowded and it is beautiful-the condo is in an amazing location. Our stay was impeccable! We hope to make this our “summer spot!” We will rent again and again!

The room was clean and very spacious with excellent views of the beach and gulf. Commercial ice machine on 3rd floor by the bathrooms - Free. We found it the last day. Very helpful. Quiet end unit with wrap around balcony was awesome. My son turned 23 on this traditional beach vacation and we had such a wonderful time. Even found a 2 gallon ziplock bag full of nice shells right outside the condo; had to do a little walking up and down the beach, which was actually fun. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We loved it!!

Very nice and roomy. The elevators were fast and the beach wasn’t very crowded. I will definitely book again. We loved the view and the spacious balcony.

Seriously one of the best vacations I’ve been on. The place was immaculate, plenty of room in each bedroom, the master bedroom is AMAZING! (My grandparents 85 & 88 stayed in that room and enjoyed themselves.) The view is GORGEOUS. Saw dolphins from the balcony the last 2 days. Prices here best prices anywhere else (PLEASE keep it that way!). Cannot say enough good things about staying here. Anything negative on any other post has been addressed, so they care about their guests! Also, go check out Lucy Buffet’s LuLu’s. Does not disappoint!

We could not have had a better time. The weather was beautiful, the views from the 7th Floor balcony were stunning ( we got to see dolphins several times ), and this 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family. We loved that the door had a keypad and keys were not needed. The elevators were incredibly fast, the pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the location of the property was outstanding. The communication with the property owner was great. We can’t wait to come back next year.

When looking for a place to stay for our family vacation, my #1 wish was to be ON the beach....not a "view" or a "short walk", but ON the beach. This condo delivered! The private balcony was awesome. We sat out there in the mornings, drank coffee and watched the dolphins feeding just a few yards from shore. At night, the moon glistening off the Gulf left this land locked Kansan, speechless. The 3BR 3B was perfect for 4 adults and 2 grandkids....loved the private baths. When we encountered a problem, the owner went out of her way to make it right. (Things happen when one owns property that are out of their control. What sets owners apart are the ones that take care of the problem right away. And she did!) We enjoyed excursions to Biloxi MS (Jefferson Davis home), Moss Point MS (alligators), Gulf Shores AL (mini golf), Owa AL (Murder Creek Distillery), Pensacola Beach, Tarklin Bayou Preserve State Park and of course, our "own" white sand beach. The parking garage was an added bonus the day it was pouring rain. We enjoyed Lillian's Pizza across the street and Jellyfish Restaurant in Perdido Key for sushi and fresh fish. I would highly reccomend this condo/area.

Nice house with ocean view. Renting is simple,. Easy checking in and out. We had a bad experience with bed bugs that caused skin hives, needing some medications to fight itchiness and reaction. A live bug was found between bed sheets, and some bug blood spots were found on bed sheets. Bed mattress/frames are old, soft and squeaking badly.

We had a great stay here. The location was great with a balcony ocean view. The unit was very clean and well maintained and the condo was very nice as well. The pool was nice and it’s just steps to the beach. We had plenty of space and beds for all 8 family members. Would highly recommend this unit!

I made full payment in advance, yet owner did not email check-in details; therefore, I waited in the humid heat for 3 1/2 hours for the door code to enter the condo. I received a flippant “I’m sorry, been out of the country” response after many attempts via phone calls, texts and emails to the owner. Condo dishwasher interior is covered in black mold; carpet and rugs are old and need replacing; third bedroom bathtub does not drain.

Nice location, directly on the beach, easy to get to the beach. It was very nice having a reserved parking spot inside the parking garage. The condo was nice and quiet as it was an end unit. There were several things that needed repairing. The ceiling fan in the third bedroom didn't work, had to go buy fans to keep it cool. The tub in the third bath drained VERY slowly, and we had to clean some type of small beads out of the sink in order for it to drain. We could not find a dust pan, and had to empty the canister and clean the filter in the vacuum cleaner just to get it to work enough to sweep up the sand from the floors. The exhaust fan in the master bathroom did not work, and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was too loud/rattling when on high speed, had to keep it on low speed only. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and included essentials like garbage bags, dish washer tabs, and nice dinnerware/glassware. We enjoyed our stay here, but will probably not return to this particular unit.

Unit 701 was very comfortable and clean. The entire building was well maintained with easy beach access. Lillian's Pizza is directly across the street but expect an hour wait on Friday & Saturday nights which is normal for the area. The only drawback was the limited guest parking spaces which is on a first come. first serve basis. There is additional parking across the street near Lillian's if needed. All in all, it was an extremely great experience.

Loved staying at this beauty property. The balcony and view was so amazing. I would suggest the owner have some essentials like coffee and extra toilet paper. Other than that, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

The condo was awesome! The only issue (not even really an issue) we had was with the third bedroom. The beds were extremely squeaky when the people moved at all. They didn’t get much sleep. But, ad mentioned, it was really an issue. We would definitely rent again!
