Nestled in Hilton Head Island, this charming house for $390 per night is a great choice for your next break. 9 Wisteria Lane is a Single Family Detached home, much larger than your typical 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom attached home (villa) & more private (no neighbors above or below) + FENCED IN BACKYARD. 2023 Enlarged Master Bath -curb less shower & Enlarged Walk -In Closet, Renovated 2nd Bath, New Custom 4' wide Front door, Custom Built in Pantry Cabinet, Cabinets refreshed with paint & soft close hinges, New Solid Core Interior Doors. Removed Popcorn Ceilings, Enlarged front & back patios, Exterior Repainted, Additional Recess Lighting, Re-sodded backyard, Added large stepping stones to exterior storage room from driveway and grass to fence gate. Check in & Check out *****Saturday to Saturday.****Please do not request to book if you want/need different days of the week for arrival/departure. I do not offer any discounts to stay for multiple months. Majority of our guests stay weekly to bi -weekly and some 3-4 weeks. Dog(s) must be approved (which also means prior to accepting a reservation). $250/WEEK/DOG- 2 DOGS $500/WEEK. Vrbo requires me to edit your quote if 2 dogs are approved. No super-sized dogs (size of a small pony), our home is not large enough. NO CATS. Please read pet information carefully before making your request to book. Please do not inquiry if you dog gets on your furniture at home or if you have a "lap dog". We are not the right home. We have invested a great deal of time & money to make this home the best it can be for us and others. A dog is never allowed on the furniture/beds/comforters/blankets/benches/tables/chairs. A dog must be potty trained (No pee pads). Dog crate must be used when adults are not at home. No exceptions. I have plenty of guests that stay in our home without pets. They expect my furniture & furnishing to be nice (not a dog bed). Your understanding & cooperation is appreciated. As a guest at in Greenwood Forest, you’ll have access to our neighborhood pool during the warm seasons (April 15- October 15-not heated), play area, & tennis court (now pickle ball available on tennis court). You’ll also have access to Sea Pines’ Beach Club** Accommodations: 1 Level House-(no steps) - Semi-Circular Driveway w/landscape lighting – room for 3 SUV’s 2 bedrooms (king size & queen size beds) 2 bathrooms + great room sleeper sofa-queen size (sleeps 5). I am supplying all linens, bath towels & kitchen towels/pot holder. There is plenty of full size laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap available for everyone. Just in case if there any little spills or accidents, I have plenty of cleaning supplies located in the laundry room. Beach towels are also available to use (located in laundry room). Fully stocked kitchen with a Double oven range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator w/ice maker, Coffee maker, KEURIG COFFEE MAKER, Toaster , Blender, Cuisinart Stainless Steel), Can opener (Electric & Manual), Dishes, Glasses & Flatware. 3 TV’s which include, 65" flat screen 4/23 in family, 2nd bed rm. 2/24 50" flat screen TV, 50" flat screen in the Master 4/21, DVR, HBO, free unlimited long distance calling (within the US), free high speed & wireless internet (password protected) Upgraded 4/17/24 600 x 60 Mbps Small video & book library for all ages to enjoy. Walk or bike to the Sea Pines Racquet Club, Walk to the Sea Pines Center for your morning coffee, croissant & newspaper. We have arrangements with Riding Tigers Bike Rentals to obtain discounted pricing on bike rentals for our guests. They offer free delivery, locks and baskets as well. A few reminders about Sea Pines: No RV's (which include Mercedes), no boats, trailers, motorcycles or Electric Bikes/scooters are allowed. No tents can be left overnight on the beach, no private wedding at property or on the beach. Sea Pines is a natural habitat, we have gators, coyotes, snakes, deer and others. Vehicles have the right away not pedestrians or bikers. Please be aware of your surroundings. Sea Pines charges $10 for any delivery (groceries, Uber eats, Grub Hub) Uber is allowed. We had a wonderful stay at Carla’s home in Sea Pines! We booked this location not realizing all of the amenities & sight-seeing that the Sea Pines Community has to offer! This home was very clean & well-equipped with the essentials for cooking, toiletries, towels/linens, & beach items. The pool is a short walk from your front door, and the beach is less than 10 minutes by bike on a beautiful bike/walk path. The fenced in yard was a HUGE bonus for our dog! I highly recommend staying at 9 Wisteria! We don’t often repeat vacations, but we hope to come back! :)

I have probably rented 35-40 different homes and villas in Sea Pines over past 28 years. This house is by far the nicest and most well equipped and stocked home I have ever stayed in! The house is absolutely beautiful! Totally renovated, huge master bath, best appliances, plates, glasses, silverware, cookware, cleaning supplies, towels, bedding, furniture, on and on! Nice private fenced back yard! Convenient bike ride to South Beach, Beach Cub, Golf Club and Harbor Town. Spotlessly clean! Just a great vacation rental!

The owner, Carly, has made her home a comfortable & wonderful place to stay. She is available by phone if you have any questions, needs, etc. It was nice to have laundry detergent, garbage bags, spices, and so much more. The home is clean, beds are very comfortable, and absolutely nothing was needed in out accommodations.

Can’t say enough about how well stocked this house is! We have never had another house or townhouse in HH that had everything we needed. The only supplies we needed was tissues and toilet paper. The kitchen was very good also in that the cookware was in great shape along with plenty of mugs ,glasses and plates. The fenced in yard was wonderful for our fur baby. Good job Carla, hope to be able to book your house again.

9 Wisteria Lane is a beautifully kept, serene property settled in Sea Pines with wonderful atmosphere. The home was very clean and supremely well appointed with everything we could want. Simple check in and check out/cleaning requirements. We can’t wait to go back.

Everything was great but sitting outside the constant chirping of security system was annoying and kitchen knives were dull. The rest of the house was beyond expectations out of all the homes that We have ever rented on the beach. And the host was outstanding and very informative with detailed instructions and information!

The property and the area were fantastic. The neighborhood was beautiful and so quiet. Everyone we met were very kind too. We made a daily ritual of walking our dogs multiple times a day through the neighborhood. The home was impeccable. I truly felt at home and truly appreciated Carla's attention to detail. Literally, anything and everything you would need was there. It was very clean too which is a HUGE plus! I am super fussy and if/when we go back to HHI I will stay here. We texted Carla numerous times (bless her heart) she responded quickly each and every time. The bed - lets talk about that ----AMAZING! So comfy! I came home and immediately ordered the bed topped for my king bed. Carla, we had an amazing time and truly can't thank you enough for sharing your beautiful home with us. THANK YOU!

Property owner very responsive and delivers and additional at home touch with all of the extras in her home. Nice to have everything you need to get your week started with a fully stocked kitchen, cleaning and laundry supplies, garbage was even picked up twice nice to have the room for our recyclables. Everything you would need for the beach was nice to have access to chairs, towels, coolers and bags. We would recommend this property for someone looking to stay in Sea Pines. House was exceptionally clean. Kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and storage room (beach gear) were very well stocked with more than we needed. Loved that the house is in a quiet, private neighborhood away from the crowds of Harbour Town and South Beach, but it’s close enough to everything to be a short bike ride away. Everything was perfect!

We loved staying on wisteria lane! Even though it was 4th of July, Sea Pines felt very quiet and relaxing. House had all the amenities; we didn’t take much advantage but everything was there and the host provides tons of support and guidance. We rented bikes and used the beach equipment, including the great little cart, to travel like locals to the beach! Thank you for a great stay.

The house was great! Location was awesome. Had a great neighborhood pool and play ground, within reasonable walking distance to the beach. The house was stocked with a lot of little extras that are needed such as soaps, shampoo and laundry detergent. It was a great place to stay for my wife and I and our toddler.

Everything about this place was great. We loved the location as it was only a 1.2 miles to the lighthouse, 1.5 miles to the beach and it butted up to the golf course so we were able to walk everywhere. As you can tell from the pictures the house is beautiful and Carla has it set up with everything you need. We look forward to our next trip to Hilton Head and hopefully staying on Wisteria Ln.

Property is well out of main traffic in a nice neighborhood. The home is well maintained and the owner left excellent instructions, tips, and guides. We have stayed in several homes in Sea Pines and have never stayed in a home so well stocked with the small useful items like light bulbs, trash bags, cleaning supplies, first aid items, and on and on. This exhibits the level of care the owner takes for her guests, and we truly felt like guests in their home, not just renters or customers. We can recommend this property with no reservations.

The property was beautiful as described and has all the amenities you’ll need! Great location and easy to bike to the beach or Harbour Town. The neighborhood pool is very close. The house was cozy and accommodating! Great for a small family. The only thing that was a challenge was getting our smallest son through the front screen door on his own. It’s very heavy and slams quickly. Beware of tiny fingers! Other than that 5 stars and would definitely stay again.

We can't speak highly enough about Carla's home... again! We've been visiting Sea Pines for 5 years, have stayed at Carla's for the last 3 and have already booked 2015. Her home is so clean, comfortable, accessible, and easy to stay in. Everything is essentially new yet Carla continues to tweak details and make it even better. It's honestly a place you can truly relax in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our dog loves all the windows and keeping her yard squirrel (and this year turtle!) free. Central location make it easy access to both gates, the beach, and golf courses. Should you have a question, Carla is quick to respond. We spent two weeks this year and came home truly refreshed. Great beach weather, golf, walking path, shopping and dog park adventures helped too! New restaurants for us that we would go back to again include Charbar Co., Bully's, San Miguel's, & Fat Baby Pizza. We took part of local community events, completed Ariel Adventure courses, and had side day trips to Savannah and Charleston. The dog-friendliness of HHI makes it a true 'family' place. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and looking forward to our next visit!
