The condo offers a spacious open plan living area with a comfortable seating area, 60” smart TV and large dining area. The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped with granite work tops plus everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. The den offers a sofa bed and a full size desk. Beyond the living area is a furnished patio ideal for enjoying a morning coffee while you enjoy the warm Florida sunshine.
BED & BATH
There are 3 bedrooms: The master suite with king size bed with brand new Beauty Rest pillow top mattress, a 45” HDTV and a vast en suite bathroom with his n her vanities, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and screen WC. The guest suite has a king in one bedroom and two double beds in the other, all with SMART TVs. and a family bathroom. A full size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!
RESORT AMENITIES
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kids water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. There are several Electric Vehicle Chargers on each side of the resort. We are a gated resort with plenty of free parking and 24-hour security on site.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community off of Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find a Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property, and also within walking distance, in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse, China Tea (take out only) and Chipotle. This unit had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Parking readily available outside our unit. The pool & pool bar was very nice. Close to EPIC Universe 5 mins by car. Having an in unit laundry was a plus. Would stay again. The listing is exactly as the unit appeared. We have stayed at other VRBO's ....This was exactly as listed. Thanks

We loved our stay at Vista Cay! It was very spacious and would recommend 150%! We have three teenagers and with the 5 of us, we need something bigger than a regular hotel room. From the super clean bathrooms to the perfect kitchen and laundry room, our visit to the O'town was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo. Would rate higher if I could.
