CLEAN BED GUARANTEE All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation. SPECIAL NOTES * Must be 25 or older to rent this property. * No pets allowed. * Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security. * No smoking allowed.

The condo was beautiful and clean and in a great location. The splash pad was great for the grandkids and was one thing that attracted me to this unit. The pool however had broken steps and really needs to be fixed and updated.

The place was beautiful. There was only two issues with our stay. First we were a group of three families with young kids. Because of the carseats we had three different cars. We were only allowed two car passes. I paid parking in the original payment. I then had to buy another pass and we had to park the third vehicle off site. The second issue is the outside door leaks air and when the wind blows it sounds like a tornado coming through.

We had such a great time, the condos were clean, in a great location, and so easy to check in and out. We had a fun time and it was such a great place for our family!

The master bath did not have toilet paper but we borrowed from the 2nd bath until we could go to the store. Not sure how to fix, but the wind was definitely howling under the entry door.

We had a fantastic experience at Seawind. We've been vacationing in Gulf Shores for many years so we know how amazing the beach and all of the amenities, restaurants and attractions are. This was the first time we've actually stayed at Seawind but certainly won't be the last. The location is amazing, within walking distance to all sots of souvenir shops, restaurants, mini golf and more. There is a market directly across the street so if you forget any supplies you can grab just about anything you might need quickly and easily. The beach access was amazing and we especially enjoyed the views of the water from the condo. Being an end unit we enjoyed the view of the beach and what I assume is the Intercoastal canal off the balcony. We had two families with eight people total, four adults and four teens/kids and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was in great condition. I read other reviews where people commented on the elevator situation. We were there in September and both elevators were working and we had no issues at all. The management company was very professional, friendly and great with communication. We also thought the value for the money was fantastic. We can't wait to visit again!

Our condo was very clean in a great location. We had 8 people for 3 bedrooms. The condo was an end unit with a great view of the beach. Our only disappointments were the pools. They appeared old, dirty and in need of maintenance.

The property was at a great location. Easy to walk to just about anywhere. The building pictured in the listing appeared to be the building next door. The pictured building was a terra cotta color. The building we stayed at was gray. Was a little confusing when arriving into town thinking we were looking for different building. The wait time at the elevators were terrible. Some days one elevator would get stuck on floor 3(not sure what that was about). We would have to get off and walk to ground level in the parking garage with all our beach supplies because the other elevator was too full to get on with our cart and beach supplies. All in all I would say it was a nice place to stay. My biggest complaint would be the elevators.

We had a great time at Seawind 801. The condo was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. It was so nice to have two rooms with king beds and the bunk room with two full beds. Awesome location too, very close to everything, we were able to walk to most places. Everything about the condo itself was fabulous. We did have issues with some of the amenities though. One elevator was almost always broken, when one was broken there would be two attendants in one elevator (with chairs to sit down in) that took up so much space!! When we didn’t have things to carry we walked up and down the stairs to save time. The hot tub never warmed up, which was a total bummer because it was perfect hot tub weather. The security guards allow public beach access so people who didn’t stay at our condo crowded our beaches with rowdy underage drinkers and people even bringing their dogs!! I also think people who didn’t stay at the condo were using the bathrooms and pool. I asked the security guard about it and he said the grey walkway is for the public. I’m still not certain if that’s true or not. All in all it was a great stay, just some bumps along the way. Anytime I had an issue someone responded very quickly to me- that was much appreciated!!

We had a wonderful time. The local businesses are great and their employees were helpful and very kind. Loved walking on the beach and being able to wake up to the beautiful sunrises. It was perfect. Met allot of fantastic people. Can’t wait to come back

The condo was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. Having beach chairs and an umbrella was such a treat. The condo was close to everything. Over the past 40 years we have always gone to the beach during the summer, so this was our first experience in December. It was amazing and we prefer it so we will start going during this time instead! It was 65-70 degrees (perfect temperature) and we felt like we had our own private beach bc there were so few people around. Loved loved loved. Great experience in the perfect condo!

The unit was as pictured and exactly what we were expecting. It was nice to have a hot tub to use during our visit. Close to everything fun in Gulf Shores. Great selection of chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc for use at the beach!

Perfect accommodations for our yaya retreat. Yes, parking spots were tight, but not impossible. Yes, at times, elevators were slow. But neither of those things were anything that would stop us from booking again at this location. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and everything was as shown in pictures. Wish we could have stayed longer.
