Nestled in Kingsland, this lovely house for $2,063 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. *As of 5/11/24, the jet-ski lift is out of order, and we're in the process of scheduling the repair. Thoroughly vetted, Christopher II is professionally managed by Front Desk Vacation Rentals, with 19+ years of hospitality experience, exclusively on Lake LBJ! *Lakefront property with beautiful sunrises and moonlit views. *Hot tub, Two Fire-Pits, Tiered Landscaping for yard games. *Large outdoor living space with plenty of room for gatherings, swimming and lounging by lake and pool. (*Pool can be heated for an additional fee) *Outdoor Cooking area with Grill and Smoker *Waterfront Patio with Porch Swings *Single V-hull 4,000 lb boat lift, double jet ski lift, two kayaks, one paddle board. *Water Trampoline (*Shared with Christopher I) (*Please note, the water trampoline was damaged during a storm and is unavailable.) * Pet Friendly: Two Small to Medium Dogs Under 50 lbs Allowed ($150 per dog pet fee required.) *Wi-Fi Christopher II is located on prime waterfront, where the Llano and Colorado River meet and offers gorgeous view of untouched native ranch land! This private 3,100 sq ft, two-story lake home has bonus features that are sure to make a lakefront vacation even more enjoyable. A long, private concrete driveway and additional parking lot for multiple vehicles and/or trailers, a boat ramp just one street over, fenced backyard down to the waterfront, fully-equipped modern kitchen with an island/bar (seating for 6), large dining table (seating for 8), game table (seating for 4),adjacent living area, WI-FI, five bedrooms. Outdoor living space has a covered patio right off the dining area. Three picnic tables, abundant outdoor seating, ceiling fans and portable bluetooth speaker. The lower patio surrounding the private pool has lounge chairs for sunbathing and built-in fire-pit for roasting smores . The 10,000 gallon pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned, maintained and inspected before each rental. We had a wonderful time this year thanks to this beautiful home, perfect location and the hospitality of Jon at Front Desk.The home had everything we needed and plenty of room. We rented a boat from Splash which was just down the street and we took advantage of the lawn games and pool. The beds were comfortable, the home super clean and well designed. They thought of everything for a large crowd to enjoy themselves.

This beautifully appointed house is set up for the perfect getaway for big families. The view is amazing and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay extremely comfortable! The kitchen is very well appointed but would recommend stopping off at the very close by H-E-B (2 minutes away) to pick up a couple bags of ice because there is not an ice maker. What a wonderful luxury having King beds in all 4 bedrooms (5th bedroom is an awesome bunk room). We loved the open floor plan and the great seating arrangement so everyone can relax together. The pool was a huge bonus to have as well. The water trampoline and kayaks were fun amenities enjoyed by all. The garage is full of indoor and outdoor games.....more toys to play with than time! The propane grill made dinners so easy! Casey at Front Desk kept us updated on a new pier ladder and a pool light being replaced early on in our stay. Both done quickly and most efficiently! An excellent property management team! There is something for everyone to enjoy at this house. We have already recommended this house to several friends and our family can’t wait to visit here again!

We take an annual lake trip with our 3 grown children and their families each summer. This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and four children. We enjoyed everything- from coffee on the patio overlooking the lake, water sports on the lake and pool time.
The kitchen is well equipped. I recommend that you bring an extra cooler to keep ice in as there is not an ice maker. Also, the master closet is large enough to set up a pack & play for babies if you need a quiet place for a little one.
The rental company is also very responsive and easy to work with. One of the cables on the boat lift broke during our stay and it was fixed within hours.
We will be back and will recommend this house to our friends!

The house was incredibly beautiful and Jon/Casey were very prompt to respond with any questions & concerns i had. I was shocked at how many kitchen supplies they offered as well as towels/trash bags/toilet paper. We brought extra and didn’t have to use any. You could tell the house was deep cleaned as well. The washer had a DR error code on Saturday & Casey responded to my call immediately. She was polite, helpful &!reassured me I wouldn’t be charged for the unexpected error. Overall I had a positive experience with these renters & would rent from them again in the future. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to anyone who stays in the area!
