Fully furnished & comfortable rowhome sitting on a safe, tree-lined block near beautiful Patterson Park. Meticulously cleaned and disinfected to VRBO/HomeAway COVID-19 standards. The house has been completely restored to its original charm. Newly renovated kitchen with all amenities. Parlor mirror above fireplace, hardwood floors, finished basement, washer/dryer, private parking pad, security system. 10 minutes from I-95, I-895, Inner Harbor, Penn Station. 3 minutes to Johns Hopkins Hospital. On the Hopkins shuttle route; within 2 blocks of multiple city bus routes. Kid friendly features. Security system includes a smart lock on the front door with a keypad, and a camera pointing out of the rear kitchen window at the rear porch/parking pad. House has been privately owned by the same owner since 2003, and has been well-kept and cared for. Private Parking, Street Parking, Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, and Security System are all included. Complimentary Coffee, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent. Bath Soap and Shampoo included for stays less than 1 week. One of the nicest and safest areas of Baltimore. Easy to walk, well-lit, and convenient to downtown, Johns Hopkins, Penn Station, and I-95. The house is on a street that faces Patterson Park, a beautiful Victorian park with Tennis Courts, Pool, Ice Skating Rink, Basketball Courts, Dog Park, Scenic View Pagoda Tower, Lake, and lots and lots of walking and biking paths. House sports a private parking pad with accommodations for one car. Biking and driving are easy, and multiple city bus and Hopkins bus routes are within walking distance. House is 3 minutes from Johns Hopkins Metro Subway, 7 minutes from Baltimore Penn Station (Amtrak, Light Rail to Glen Burnie/BWI and Hunt Valley, MARC Commuter Train to BWI, DC, Aberdeen, and Perryville), and 12 minutes from Baltimore Camden Station (MARC Commuter train to Laurel, University of Maryland College Park, and DC). A convenient rental bike station is two blocks away. Owner does not live in this house, so the place is yours! Owner and support personnel are on-call however, should you need anything. Renters of more than 30 days are responsible for utilities and will sign a short or long-term lease. Cleaning fee includes washing all linens, bed service, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, wiping down kitchen, mirrors, and window touch-up. Guest deposit will cover these additional cleaning fees if necessary: Oven Cleaning - $40 Emptying Refrigerator and Cleaning - $25 Removal of household trash to outside trashcan - $10 Full window cleaning - $10 Pets are welcome; we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee (in addition to the refundable deposit) at the time of check-in based on the duration of your stay: $50 for the first night, plus $10 each additional night, but not to exceed $200 for the entire stay.

The location was perfect for us. My son lives within walking distance and being near Patterson Park was perfect for many hours of fun with my grandson. Communication with the owner was superb. Very responsive to our needs and quick to respond. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was exactly what we needed as a home base while exploring Baltimore. Communication with the owner was top notch! If you're unfamiliar with the area as we were, walk across the park and get Matthew's Pizzeria. It was great!

I rented this property for myself, my husband and another family as we moved our son's in college in the Baltimore area. The location is the property was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The property was clean and roomy. There is work being done in the basement bathroom so we could not use the tub but we made due with one bathroom/shower upstairs. The property owner was very responsive and helpful as well. We would certainly rent this property again when we come to visit our sons or come see their baseball games.

Rafi was very accommodating on our trip from the very beginning! We were traveling with young kids and this location is kid friendly with toys, plates/utensils, pack and play if desired, etc. The location was great as it was a 5-10 min drive to the inner harbor and in a safe location. We actually never used the parking pad because parking in the front was available.

A great place in a great location. We were in town for a sports tournament and this place had everything we needed: two bathrooms, places to spread out and relax, and a washing machine. The location was great in that we could walk to the park, restaurants, and the waterfront. I hope we can rent the house again in the future!

There were some unusual bumps in our stay - the bathroom rug was wet and dirty like it covered with pieces of leaves, I texted Rafi with pictures and he thanked me for letting him know, he was very professional about it and said he would take the matter up with the housekeeper. This place is spacious and safe and secure.

The property was perfect for what we needed. It was well stocked in the kitchen as far as utensils and cookware. There were some issues that needed repair but it is a historical old building. It was a little far from Johns Hopkins but it worked.

Great location. Easy check-in. Easy parking. Lots of space. Not as clean as we had hoped but not awful (hair in towels, stains on a couple sheets, dirty floors). Overall great stay!

If you are looking for a perfect mix of historic charm and modern convenience with a perfect host, this is your place. Rafi was great. Very accommodating and patient with my questions. He responded immediately to every one of my messages.The area was quiet and very close to the park. We felt welcomed and safe. People were very friendly, from the drivers on the roads to the people in the park. We had a great stay. The AC was Definitely very appreciated as it was very hot and humid while we were there. My son lives a few blocks away so we would definitely stay here again when we visit in the future.

This rowhouse has so much potential and really could be a gem with a little more attention to the guest needs. When I travel I do expect a working coffee pot. I don't expect to have to sit on chairs with coffee/food stains that have to be years old. This is such an easy fix. For $20 you can go to Joanns and buy upholstery fabric and switch it out in an hour. Or how about just using some upholstery cleaner. We had really wanted to have some meals here with our relatives who live in town but, the kitchen drain (no garbage disposal) being soo soo slow and with the condition of the chairs it was pretty obvious we would not be able to accomplish this. We had to clean the table and dishes and silverware when we got there. Overall, the walls had dirt and debris not only in kitchen but in the bedrooms. Some 409 or some touch paint would do wonders for a guest's impression. I also have an issue with the utensils they provide. They are kid size and low quality. Adult size knives, forks and spoons is appropriate. In the living area, two of the main pieces are microfiber fabric which is a great choice because it is so easy to clean. However, no one has cleaned in a long time. Which made me feel like the owner really is not concerned about the guests comfort which was disappointing. Details matter. The bed in the master was comfortable, the bedroom was spacious. The neighborhood is good and a great location.

My families stay at this house was great. It’s perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood that was really close to everything we wanted to see in Baltimore. The fells point district was fun to walk around. The dining there was great! We loved seeing the Walters art museum and the George Peabody library. We spent hours at the aquarium. It was very well done. We also went to Fort McHenry and to the railroad museum. We were only in Baltimore for 3 to 4 days but came away being really impressed with the city. The house was great to come back to after a day of touring to relax, have a cocktail and then head out to dinner. All of the beds were very comfortable. And having our own kitchen was great for our morning breakfast. Rafi was great to deal with. His communication and willingness to help out we’re always timely and he had an awesome attitude!

Location, Location, Location!!

We stayed for a week. The house has been well-kept and cared for. The private parking spot was a major plus. The Wi-Fi, TVs, Netflix, and Security System were all really nice extras that made the stay more enjoyable. The neighborhood was nice and safe and the neighbors were friendly . Patterson Park was less than 1/2 block away from this location. We will stay here again when we are in Baltimore. The owners are super responsive.

Ravi was amazing

Everytime I needed to reach out to Ravi he responded almost immediately. It made things go so much smoother. Recommend his home to stay out, right off of Patterson Park (which was amazing).. Very kid friendly. Thank you Ravi.
