Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a collection of board games. In addition, we provide beach chairs and beach umbrellas for your convenience. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provides spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room and master bedroom, and completely unobstructed views of the sandy beach looking both north and south from the 24 foot balcony. You won't have views like this from the lower floors in the building. We purchased our condo in February of 2010 and look forward to sharing our dream vacation home with you and your family and friends for many years to come. Our hope is that you will enjoy the time you spend in our condo so much that you return year in and year out - our absolute goal is to earn your repeat business!! The Grand Atlantic is conveniently located in Myrtle Beach and is less than 3 miles from The Market Common - a 114 acre urban village community with shopping, dining (PF Chang's, Gordon Biersch Brewery and Travinia Italian Kitchen) and entertainment (Grande 14 Cinema). The Grand Atlantic is also less than 5 miles from Broadway at the Beach, approximately 1/2 of a mile from the Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and approximately 1 mile from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Amenities within the Grand Atlantic include an indoor 170 foot lazy river, an indoor pool and kiddie pool with mushroom falls (pools fully enclosed from Nov. through late spring), an indoor hot tub, as well as an outdoor pool and kiddie pool. The Grand Atlantic also features a well-equipped fitness center and complimentary wireless internet access. Extended family came together for a birthday weekend at this beautiful condo. Everything we could ever need was provided in the wonderfully stocked kitchen. The view from the balcony was incredible! We will absolutely consider this property again in the future!

The condo is very nice and very clean for the most part. The floors seemed dirty but it would be impossible to keep them completely clean. The view and everything the owners provide inside is amazing. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed.
There were two downsides with neither being the owners fault. I read in previous reviews about the smell of marijuana and it was present during our trip. It’s hard to tell where it’s coming from so not worth calling the desk. The second thing was that someone near us was apparently remodeling staring too early and working too late. Again those are not issues with the owners. They were very kind and communicated well. We would definitely return.

The condo was just as described, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing, the condo was very clean and you can tell has been cared for by the owners. There are multiple pools on the property, and even a lazy river. My entire family had fun and enjoyed their stay. The only negative was almost every night someone below us was smoking marijuana, while we were trying to enjoy the balcony but couldn’t tell where it was coming from, but that is no fault of the owners. We would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well.

The unit was lovely. It had everything we needed and a great balcony! Parking was a bit of an issue. We had family coming from 3 different states but only 2 parking spots were allowed. Maybe in the busy season I can see this being regulated but not being able to get an additional parking pass added additional cost and inconvenience. The overflow lot they have across the street was almost empty the entire week we were there. There also aren’t security cameras in the garage or bike rack areas. We (luckily!) walked by our bikes one evening and interrupted someone cutting the lock on one of our very expensive bikes. A few minutes later and it would have turned into a very sad vacation. We chased the guy out of garage but he got away while we informed the front desk of the situation. Needless to say the condo got very cramped having to store bikes inside for the rest of the week. The area was also a little sketchy. We saw open drug deals taking place every day in the public parking lot next to the building. We definitely didn’t feel safe walking around at night. The condo itself is great just wish it was in a different area. We definitely will not stay this far south on ocean boulevard again.

The location is great. The balcony is very comfortable and you have an awesome view. The beach is right outside the building and you can get to any entertainment, restaurants, golf, airport in 15 minutes or less.

Beautiful unit..beds are great..loved all the pillows! everything you could need for cooking…well maintained..terrific view..building is also well maintained..just be prepared for smell of weed…the fireworks from the balcony were the best! The pools are a little warm but clean. There is a small arcade in the building as well as a ice cream shop and beer and wine. Area is great not a high traffic area but close to everything! I would definitely recommend this unit! FYI there are 2 elevators the ones to the left ..down the hall of the unit are faster. :)

The condo was high quality. Beds are very comfortable. This condo has the best stocked kitchen of any I’ve ever stayed in. The beach chairs and umbrellas are a huge plus. Very easy and short walk to the beach. Ice cream shop on property is a plus!

The condo unit itself was great. We did not care for all the use of Marijuana in the garage, elevators and beach. We did not care for the loud boom boxes on the beach with music that was definitely not our liking. The property managers responded quick when we had a minor issue that was not even their fault. The weather while we were there was perfect. The location of the property was in a central location to the area attractions.

The condo was just as pictured. It was very clean and spacious. We loved the view from the balcony. It was nice to get in the indoor heated pool and lazy river in November. The only thing I would mention is the bed in the master room was a little hard on the back. And also we were excited to play Trivial Pursuit and both games had missing pieces. I would rent this condo again and I would recommend it! Thank you for letting us stay!

This condo is the perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The condo unit itself was very nice, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great view of the sunrise in the mornings and saw some sea life action within minutes of checking in, that was cool!
