This property is very spacious with four floors and very accommodating to a large group needing a lot of bedrooms. The beds were all large but very hard so if you do not like a very firm bed this is not for you or bring a piece of foam. The property is WELL loved and ready for some updates. The decks are all very high and did not feel real secure. We requested maintenance while there as some of the railings were pretty loose. The maintenance team was very prompt in showing up and did do some adjustments for things reported. If you are picky about cleaning or want a tip top place, again this property is probably not for you. The carpets are in need of replacing, two shower doors fell apart and the windows need cleaning very badly. We had to buy a pool stick and chalk as one stick was broken (which we left as our contribution). The bear visits were the highlight. Very friendly and came every day. Make sure you lock your car doors or they will make themselves at home in your vehicle! Voice of experience but they did not tear it up. Just left a lot of muddy spots. :) We did not utilize the hot tub as it was on the second deck and again not as secure as we were comfortable with. The maintenance man said he would be making some adjustments. It really should be on the bottom deck with good support for our comfort level. The property feels like it is corporate owned rather than by an individual who comes to stay. Overall we made it work and had a good time.

No working internet, WIFI or cable which I discovered 30 minutes after checking in on 4/2. I specifically rented this cabin so I could work because I run several online businesses. It was nightmare scrambling to Gatlinburg daily to try to find WIFI and fielding calls from my employees. Management told me they would send someone out, hours later I called and was told they had other work orders to address first. The internet issue still isn’t resolved. I called Spectrum and it was an issue with the cabin not the service as this property indicated through text. No communication from the property manager-spent 30 minutes on hold filing a complaint with Vrbo and they couldn’t even make contact with the property manager-dirty broken furniture/bedroom door lock broken, sauna had to be repaired, hot tub was disgusting, fans in bathroom areas and ceiling haven’t been cleaned in a LONG time-caked with dirt. Outside windows have a filthy film and spider webs/trash built up on the exterior windows. Some bathroom mildewed and rust on floor from toilets. Water damaged ceiling tiles need to be replaced. I would NEVER stay here again. They didn’t offer to put us in another cabin or a refund. Stay FAR AWAY. I have REAL photos of this property and screenshots of text communication that I would be happy to provide and have emailed to Vrbo.

I'm going to have to join others here and give this place a bad review. 1: I agree, easily the dirtiest cabin I've stayed in. My bed smelled of someone else and the wash rag I tried to use was dirty and used and had just been refolded. 2: The TVs don't work, foosball table didn't work and didn't have a ball, things were broken around the house, the pool table only had one stick, etc. So you pay for the fun things they advertise then you can't use them because they're broken. 3. They called me and demanded I give them my credit card directly even though I paid for extra insurance via VRBO. When I tried to explain that I'm not supposed to pay people directly, they told me they wouldn't let me have access to the cabin. This was the day before my trip, so I was forced to give it to them. Positives: This should honestly be an amazing cabin if it wasn't so badly managed. The house itself is awesome and the view from the front porch is spectacular. It's so nice to sit outside and see the Smokey Mountains from the rocking chairs they have on the porch. If they lower the price to really cheap to make up for the fact everything is broken and not clean, then renting this place could make sense.

18 of us (12 adults and 6 children) spent a long Thanksgiving weekend here. Nice space for both gathering and spreading out. People enjoyed all the arcade games, air hockey and pool. Could not find a ball for the foosball game. Location was convenient to Gatlinburg and National Park. Nice hot tub. Appreciated the large folding table and folding chairs. And two refrigerators made it really nice for so many people. Someone accidentally turned the refrigerator upstairs OFF. Totally our fault, but check that if you notice things warming up. Lots of plates and cups and pots and pans in kitchen. There were only 13 forks and 6 glasses which seemed odd for a cabin that advertises it sleeps 24. Wish there were large bowls for serving. We have rented lots of chalets in this area and none of them have been really clean. The bathrooms and kitchen here were adequately cleaned. Lots of grime on fan blades, lights, tops of cabinets and dirty carpeting. Kind of falls in the low middle of the cleanliness levels. We would stay here again.

The entire process of renting this cabin was easy from beginning to end! The cabin was perfect for 6 couples for a long weekend birthday celebration. We enjoyed the many amenities of the home and how each level of the house had a place for our group to gather! The cabin was close to downtown Gatlinburg, too.

Redneck Ritz BEWARE!!! We rented this cabin 2 nights for my daughter’s wedding inviting several family members. It is a spacious cabin but by far the filthiest I’ve ever seen.Tile floors had not been mopped, turning sock and bottom of feet black. Carpet was badly dated and stained everywhere. All showers had mold on doors and around the base. The bathroom on the lower floor had a overhead water leak dripping through the ceiling tiles soaking the bathroom floor. Last but certainly not least, live roaches in the dish washer and silverware drawer. All that was done, a maintenance tech came by with a ceiling tile and said he didn’t know anything about a leak. I was extremely embarrassed when my family showed up. Trust this review because it’s the first bad review I’ve ever posted. Stay away!!!

Communication with the company was great! Checkout was easy. Each level had 2 bedrooms and at least 2 bathrooms. There’s also an attic area that has bunk beds and a king bed in an open space. We had 6 couples stay here comfortably. We had no reason to use the attic area. There was more than enough space! The arcade games, pool table, etc was so cool. Some of the bathrooms in the bedrooms could’ve been cleaner and the furniture and beds are pretty outdated. Overall, it was a good experience, we didn’t want to leave the cabin.
