Was very pleased with this property. Was large enough for our children and grandchildren to come visit us. We will definitely be booking this place when we come back next year.

We enjoyed the fire pit. The house had been redone, was clean and perfect for a weekend away. We had an electrical outage from a squirrel, but the response from the management team was great!. We enjoyed spending time in local establishments and the people so friendly in the off-season. We may need to make thos an annual trek.

We enjoyed our stay and the layout of the house worked well for us. I also thought the bedrooms were a nice size. We could hear music from the nearby bar but it didn’t bother us.

Easy booking, great communication, clean cottage, right on the strip, close walking distance to all the bars and restaurants, very comfortable, plenty of room for 7 adults. Overall we loved our stay and had a blast. Would definitely recommend and would book again in the future for sure!

Great strip location. Everything was clean. Check in simple. The only problem was the furniture. My friends did not even want to stay on the pull out couches & drove home instead. Could definitely invest in some updated living room furniture.

There was 8 of us for our girls trip...we loved how nice the house is & how close to the strip it is. The wood to burn in the firepit was a great plus! We would love to stay here again!

The house was perfect for us since we brought our pup. It was clean and was in great location. It did have most of what we needed except for something to start a fire and could use more forks. Otherwise. I would definitely recommended.

We were scheduled to fish Monday and Tuesday, but got rained out on Monday. VRBO was able to add another day so that we could stay and fish on Wednesday. We were very happy with the accommodations and the communication.

We had a great time celebrating my sisters 60th birthday at Cove Cottage at Geneva on the Lake! I had never been there before and was pleasantly surprised with the vibe of the strip, it has a total boardwalk feel. All the bars were within walking distance so that was a definite plus! We did a winery tour Saturday afternoon, which was a blast. Our driver had great suggestions and made sure we got the most bang for our buck. The house is right next to a bar, which we did not mind at all, but if you are going to be bothered by noise at night, keep that in mind. The fire pit was AWESOME! A good amount of chairs and not having to worry about bringing wood was a plus. Check in was easy and the communication was good. The house was big and I appreciated the shampoos and soap in the bathroom. My only negative would be that it didn't have enough forks and the pull out couches have seen better days and were not comfortable. All in all, I would recommend staying Cove Cottage if you are going to tour the winerys and hang out on the strip.

The cottage was clean and neat, Girls liked having their own sink in their bedrooms and a shared toilet upstairs during the night. Any issues I had was taken care of by the owner within hours of letting them know. There was a racoon or rodent that kept me up during the night, noise coming from the bathroom. They were working on catching it and releasing it somewhere else. Didnt know the bar was right in front of the cottage and on last night was unable to sleep until it closed. Music was very loud. But overall was a nice place and I was able to visit with my grandkids and spend spring break with them and had fun and made memories.

They gave us the wrong door code when got there had to call someone they answer right away had to keep calling and there was rats in the walls it kept us up the property manager needs to check it out before they rent it again will not rent it out again

The cottage was clean and very well kept. Excellent location on the main strip of GOTL. Only downside is the dining area is small and only seats 4 people. Would definitely recommend.

We met to have a family get together for the fall.. It was a wonderful stay at this vrbo. Everything we needed was available . The house was very clean and comfortable. The location made it easy for us to walk to the water and explore the strip .We met some friendly neighbors which made it feel more welcoming. We plan to visit here again .

Six of us stayed the weekend. Plenty of room and house is supplied with essentials. Even a lighter. Bedrooms are set up nicely (loved having a sink in the upstairs bedrooms and a toilet on the second floor too)....a place to hang clothes would be appreciated. Nice outdoor area and having wood for a fire is a plus!. Used the grill also. Location is great for experiencing Geneva-on-the Lake. Communication with Host is top rate! Would stay here again.

In town for a wedding and I was hosting the hen party. The house had enough space for us and was in a good location. You could walk basically all of G-T-O-L strip from the house.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay!! It was just as the host described. Everything was there like he said that it would be. We have decided next year, that we will be staying during peak season because some things were closed during the week we visited. That didn’t stop us from enjoying Geneva on the lake or each other. I would highly recommend this cottage!!

Great location! We could walk to the strip and it was only a 10 min drive to a public beach. The only issue was that the pull outs were twin beds and the listing said 10 people could stay comfortably. I wish that information was stated or else we would have brought an air mattress. Also, bring your own toiletries. Only a tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner were provided for 10 people.

The property was basic and clean. Plenty of towels and bedding. It was in walking distance of most food and entertainment. Enjoyed the fire pit area. A few things that could improve. Make a place to put luggage or hang any clothes. Install some shelving in bathroom to place items such as toothbrush, hairbrush, cosmetics.

The house was exactly as described in the listing. The house was in the perfect location to walk to everything on the strip. We liked that each room had a window air conditioner so we could each control our own temperature. The fire pit was stocked with wood and the beds were comfortable. Only thing I would change is a full size Coffee pot instead of one that only made 5 cups but we just brewed multiple pots, no big deal. Would definitely recommend to others and I would stay here again if I was going back to the area and it was available.

Not fancy but comfortable. Kids loved having their own rooms and TV. Was a bit worried about location with the bar, but all was cool, busy parking lot only one night, and not for long. Teens loved being "on the strip", candy shop next door. Fire pit is great. Thanks, for a good week.

Good location (if you don't mind being in the parking lot of the Cove nightclub-- we didn't mind). Easy walk to food and bars. Nice fire pit. The living room was much smaller than we expected... We had 2 teenagers on the pullout couches and that barely left room to walk through the living room. Not a big deal really, since we didn't spend that much time in the house (the fire pit area is a nice place to hang out). The bedrooms were comfortable. Overall, definitely nothing fancy but a nice, comfortable place to sleep.
