Nestled in Lake Ouachita, this charming condo for $341 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1450 sq ft condo with partial lake view and access to water’s edge within 200 feet of condo. Great bank fishing and accessible by boat. Large wrap-around covered deck with rocking chairs and swing overlooks the lake cove below. Newly painted, new carpeting and all new bedding. Condo is fully furnished including high-speed cable internet hookup, a fully stocked kitchen, three big screen HD televisions with DVD/VCR players in great room and both bedrooms, DirectTV, charcoal grill/smoker, wonderful porch swing and rocking chairs overlooking lake. The unit is beautifully decorated with bright designer colors, Bev Doolittle limited signed prints in guest bedroom, wood-burning fireplace, and 20 ft high vaulted ceiling. (Only condo in Mt Harbor with 20 ft vaulted ceiling.). Master bedroom has a king size bed and master bath has a Jacuzzi bathtub. Second bedroom has four twin beds. Queen size sleeper sofa in great room is great for kids. All rooms have ceiling fans. Fully equipped kitchen including Kerig coffee maker. Condo is at the end of Vista on a cul-de-sac so it is great for children with bicycles, scooters, etc. In walking distance to swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball court, and Turtle Cove Spa and a short drive to the lodge and restaurant. We had a nice, one night stay. The check in was easy through the front desk. The resort is nice and this unit was nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again. It was also very quiet.

This condo is top notch. Beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Our fist visit was in July 2019 and we couldn't get back fast enough, so we went back for spring break 2020. Hoping to go back in the summer.

I used to live in this area so I return every year to visit family and friends. I’ve stayed in many condos and cabins and this was one of my favorites. It’s very clean and well appointed. I plan on staying here during all of my future visits!

We enjoyed the cabin, especially being able to enjoy nature. I loved sitting on the deck watching deer, and just relaxing. My only problem was that I am short and had a hard time climbing into bed, I did do it though. Now for a true complaint... the master bath's shower lets water "leak" onto the floor, even with the shower doors completely closed, it caused me to slip down because I wasn't expecting the floor to be wet. My other complaint was that we had to wash all dishes before use as they were put up dirty. Overall I would stay here again it was well worth it! Our stay was July 16-20, 2018

I booked this condo at the last minute as a little getaway for my family. I was in no way expecting a place so nice. The resort was relatively empty; we had the cove to ourselves. The weather was a bit chilly but we had the best cross between things to do and time to relax. The resort's Easter celebrations were fun for the kids. The older kids fished the whole weekend and brought home quite the catch. My only suggestion.... hang towel-holders in the bathrooms. We had a hard time reusing towels because they ended up on the floor. I plan to go back!

This was a last minute getaway for our family for Spring Break and we could not have been happier. Our 4 girls LOVED the twin beds in the guest room and having so many fun activities nearby made it even more special. The home felt warm and inviting for the minute we arrived and only got better from there. Our kiddos are already asking when we can come back!

Very nice condo on beautiful Lake Ouachita. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. The master bed was very comfortable. There is a wrap around deck with plenty of seating including a porch swing. We were able to beach our boat on the lake below and could keep an eye on it from the unit. Very short walk down to water. We will almost certainly book this unit in the future.

There was plenty of room for the 6 of us, & the furry ones. It was easily accessible to our boat,and jet skis, right out the back. Everyone slept great after a full day on the lake. :)

This is our 2nd stay at this condo. We've stayed in 4 different ones at this resort and this one is my favorite. It's very nicely decorated with plenty of seating in the dining and living room areas. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable one I've every had in a rental. The view is awesome. We had deer everyday out the back balcony over looking the lake. Can't wait to visit again.

Really nice property. Resort is great as was the spa. Friendly people. Pretty location. Secluded and outside of town if you like being removed. Used the nearby riding stables and really enjoyed it. No complaints about the property. Well stocked kitchen and clean. May need some updating soon due to age, but overall well maintained.

Everyone looks at things different and this is my perspective of our stay, The view from this condo was not the unforgettable lake view I was thinking it would have. The water view is a narrow shallow small cove off the main lake. You see water but that is about it. The pool was closed for the winter and I would not consider it within a walking distance unless there was a trail that was blocked by construction stuff. I need a place for 4 nights in Aug. and a pool closer then over 1000 ft uphill would be nice . There were no curtains in the dining area. I would not recommend one goes streaking after dark as the neighbors have a perfect view straight down the hall into the bathroom. The condo on the inside is just as the pictures show right down to the book placement and fruit but the outside is kinda sorta taken with a different eye. The condo must have been closed up for some time as it needed a good airing out. The carpet in the dining area could use a cleaning. The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans etc that one needs to fix a meal. HVAC worked fine, we had 70 deg and 34 deg wet weather in the 3 nights we were there. The hot water showers were nice and water pressure was good. The grill had not been used in a while and I had to get a brush to clean it as the one supplied was moldy and nasty. The living room seating was nicely done. The master bedroom was a nice size with the large master sink area. Curtains for windows to block out light would be nice. We did not use the jetted tub but the shower was good. The mattresses in the second bedroom need to be replaced, the mattress cover on the master bed should be replaced due to stains. Yes I looked before we got into bed and has been washed. The TV remote does not turn on the living room TV but did function ok for channels and volume just an FYI. The internet worked fine and the speed was good considering where we were at. Stairs leading up to the front door. It is a second floor unit and the stairs could use a little attention. I would recommend this resort to other as over all it was a nice place. The restaurant was nice and we had breakfast there so my brother and our wife's could eat the all you can biscuits and gravy for 5.99. I had the buffet and it was good. The staff was friendly at the resort

We love the condo from the moment we walked in. Everything was neat and clean. The condo was decorated very nicely with plenty of comfortable places to relax. It was just my husband, myself and our Chihuaha so we had tons of room. The balcony had plenty of chairs and also a table so it made cooking on the grilling a joy. In the evening we had 6 deer come up grazing between us and the nice lake view. There was 2 fawns with them still in spots. I loved it! I would definetly stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
