Located in Lake Ouachita, this charming house for $311 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Escape to serene Turtle Cove - a newly renovated cozy 1600 sq ft. retreat where you can relax with a cup of coffee on a huge private deck and watch turtles sunning in the peaceful cove. There's lots for the family to do at this vacation rental. When you're done relaxing on the expanded deck, take your boat out from the free boat slip and go for a ride. Our guests have free access to a boat ramp nearby. No boat? No problem! You can rent one nearby or still enjoy the lake; fishing or kayaking are other options. As the evening cools down, warm up by the fire pit and throw a couple of burgers on the grill for relaxed outdoor dining. If you want to head out to Downtown Hot Springs, it's about a 20 min drive to the many restaurants, famous baths, Oaklawn race track, Magic Mountain and more. FYI - Entergy draws down the lake from November to March. The space: Indoors Downstairs Bedroom 1: King Bed & ensuite bathroom with jetted tub perfect for a good relaxing soak | Bathroom 2 with shower/tub Spacious living room - 55in Smart TV (Guest will have to log into their own streaming accounts or watch Free Roku Channel App). Free Wifi. Extra sleeping available (single). Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove, oven to suit your cooking needs. Look for the doggie bowls there too! Laundry facilities with washer, dryer and complimentary detergent. Bright dining room right off the kitchen that seats 6 Upstairs: Sloped Ceilings | Separate Wall A/C Units (not part of central air) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed (curtained doorway) | Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds (curtained doorway). Outdoors Front - Fenced in lot perfect for the dogs. Back - Sprawling deck overlooking the lake. Canopy on the top level along with outside dining. Chaise Recliners (2) perfect for tanning on the bottom level. Firepit and fishing dock. The expectation is that minors will not be left unattended.

The house was perfect for hosting a family Thanksgiving get together. We will definitely use again when we come back to Hot Springs. Black Friday shopping was good too....Harps was the closest Market and had everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful trip

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location being away from town but not too far to be a burden. The neighbors were really quiet and respectful. The bed was very comfortable and had really nice pillows so we slept well. Good overall stay and very satisfied!

We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.The neighborhood was quiet. It was centrally located to activities and shopping. We loved the deck and fire pit but would have liked to have had another kayak so we didn't have to kayak alone. Also a ladder to access the water.

Four ladies booked this property for a girls gettaway. The property was exactly what we wanted. 15 minutes from downtown and in the country. The porch was used every morning for coffee and drinks in the evening. Loved looking out at the river and the turtles sunning themselves. Plenty of room inside. Clean and spotless. Bedrooms were comfortable and unique to give some privacy. Kitchen table was perfect because we love to play cards. We could not have found a more perfect place. The property manager was so nice and gave us good suggestions for places to go and see. Communication was the best. Book this property and you will not be disappointed.!!!

The property was clean and very tastefully decorated with a cute turtle theme. We would not hesitate to book this property again. The fenced yard works very well if you have pets.

My husband and I stayed with 2 kids and 2 dogs. Fenced in yard was awesome for the fur babies! We sat by the lake, made s’mores in fire pit, grilled out and did a ton of fishing! Property was as described and comfortable and relaxing - great vibe! Bed downstairs was comfy and kitchen was well stocked so we could cook. Ordered some Door Dash too, and were pleased with the options. We did have an issue but hosts were very quick to respond, address, resolve.

We were happy with this cute little house. The location with the channel view was relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet. The amenities were as described. Be aware that if you prefer coffee other than a single cup brew, there is not a larger coffee pot. Not a game changer for sure. The only small complaint is that the home was not cleaned with great detail prior to our stay, such as the master bedroom headboard was pretty dusty so it may have been overlooked and the window a/c unit was blowing thick dust. If you are allergic to dust this may cause an issue. We were only in the house early mornings and late evenings so it was good for us. It actually felt like home (no house is void of dust ;)). We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The kids loved the upstairs area. I will say it’s perfect size for kids, taller adults will not be comfortable because the ceilings are so low in areas. But your kids will love it. We loved the back area. It was private and great. The front was more busy than we thought it would be but it was a nice quiet neighborhood. Overall we had a great stay!

My husband and I with our 2 dogs stayed at this property for Christmas weekend. The mgmt company decorated prior to our arrival, which was a nice touch. We sat by the lake, had a fire pit, grilled out on Christmas, and just had a great and relaxing time. Would definitely stay here again.

We decided to take a little trip after Christmas and this was the perfect spot. The place is conveniently located near Hot springs and all the attractions. Loved the shopping downtown, Garvan Gardens and Weldon’s Meat Market won’t disappoint. The home is very well stocked and will have anything you would possibly need. Very quiet and serene location. Loved the patio which overlooked the river. We grilled every night while enjoying the fantastic patio. The hosts were great and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

The property was *exactly* as pictured and described. It felt home-y. The property owners were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Overall, one of the best experiences which we hope to repeat in the near future. Couldn't have asked for better hosts or home. *I'm 5'10" and had no issues upstairs. Perfect cozy nook feel.

It’s the perfect little lake house getaway! Very spacious house and in a good location for anyone interested in outdoor activities in the Hot Springs area. Upon arrival we had an issue with an odor in the master bedroom, but the property manager was very prompt on attempting to remedy it once she was made aware. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

the stay was very nice and Dee is very supportive during the process, property is as described and kept very clean. Just be mindful if you plan to stay and cook as we end up have to stop by Kroger for extra supply for multiple stuff. Upstair ceiling is limited of height, I am 5'4 and no issue but taller guy need to be mindful around edges. In reality the upstairs will be perfect for kids if travel group has children

Clean, modern house with amenities. New, firm mattresses. Books and boardgames. Situated in a quiet neighborhood midway between Hot Springs NP and downtown HS, and several trailheads in Ouachita Nat'l Forest for great hiking and picnicking. What a fantastic surprise!
