We picked this property due to close proximity to Disneyland. We had 7 people total. Due to the age of our kids it worked well as some of them like sharing beds, but if your kids are older not sure it has enough beds. Beds were good, we've stayed in many other places where I couldn't stay in the master due to how poor the beds were. Had what we needed for cooking and having a crock pot was great. Walk to Disney was about 25 minutes, but if you take the tram you can cut that amount by half. We didn't realize there was a tram you could do to autotopia until the last day.
Overall one of the better places we have stayed and would do it again.

The building is dated on the outside (built in the 70's), but very well maintained on the inside. There was no surprises and the location was awesome for Disneyland access. Cheryl was very helpful with everything including arranging for someone to be there for us to have groceries delivered.
We would definitely stay again.

We had a relatively nice stay. On a busy morning it took 30 minutes to get to the gate entrance, otherwise approximately 15-20 minutes. Management was very responsive to texting. The apartment is old with recent updates but the finishes are low quality. The master shower drain is quite rusty. No body wash in the showers and hard to find bar soap. The kitchen is well stocked and nice appliances. The neighborhood is a bit dodgy especially at night. It wasn’t my favorite location for a Disney experience because you enter from the parking lot side. Overall it was true to its description and easy to contact manager. For the price you get ample space for a large family.

The property manager was very responsive prior to arrival, even authorizing an early check in because of our flights. She was also responsive to emails about logistics while we were at the residence.
The location was good and within the advertised walking distance to Downtown Disney or the Tram at the Parkade. The residence was clean with basic amenities and enough space for our party of 4 adults and 4 children.
Overall, the residence was a good base of operations for our busy Disneyland trip. It gave us a comfortable place to rest, recharge and make meals.

Great location close to Disneyland. Fully equipped and kid friendly. Owner was very quick to answer questions. Watched the fireworks from the living room couch. Would highly recommend.

The place was great! Location, location, location!
The pool was nice and the townhouse was in a nice, quiet area.
And we could see the fireworks from the living room .

Easy walk to Disneyland, older property could use a some cosmetic update to the outside but otherwise great place to stay!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. We went to Disneyland and the beach!
The home was warm and welcoming the pool was a great perk!
My kids loved the decals and the stuffed animals in the bunk room. It added such a special touch to their trip. Thank you so much for perfecting all those details!

The location was the best… right next to Disney, close to the outlets, many eating choices, and everywhere we wanted to go. The house was beautiful and clean. The parking stall was right in front of the door which made it so easy for luggage and groceries. I must mention Cheryl was very kind and understanding when my kids caused some damage, and was open to work with us on a resolution…. We greatly appreciated it! Hope we can stay again next year!

The best part about this condo is its proximity to Disneyland. We were able to cross the street in front of the complex and after a short walk to the parking lot tram, we were at the courtyard between the two gates. We didn’t really spend too much time inside the condo but it was comfortable, especially the beds, they were very comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen at all other than the refrigerator but everything was in working order. My only complaint, and it is a minor one, is that some of the fixtures, like the lights in the master bath, were pretty dusty. It looked like the cleaners just missed them, everything else looked clean. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Disneyland.

The property is literally across the street from the parks! Anything we needed Cheryl made sure was had and was always very friendly and fast responding. My kids loved the Mickey decals on the walls and all the beds were comfortable. We hope to stay at this property again in the future!

This property is from the 1970's; although some updates have been made overall the property is in mediocre condition. The shower in master bathroom is in desperate need to be replaced with notes all over the wall and door that it will leak into the downstairs. The appliances in the kitchen we're old and beat up and again cabinets didn't close properly, etc. The kitchen tile floor was cracked and broken in multiple places.
The outdoor space probably used to be cute and friendly but the couch and cushions are weathered and gross. The upstairs floor creaked to and banged to no end when anyone even lightly walked on it.
Clearly someone with animals has stayed in the property as it smelled of wet dog.
Cleanliness was moderate. There was a drink stain on the cabinet under the TV, which spoke to the fact that the property had not been "deep cleaned".
Distance to Downtown Disney is a HARD 10-minute uphill walk without crosswalks (prepare for some J-walking).
Overall location was ok, not as close as described, and the property certainly needs some updates but wasn't unlivable.

A quick Uber away from Disney. We didn't have time to use the pool but this property worked out well for our needs.

This condo was a good place to stay. We were close to the park. We each had our own cozy bed. The property manager was very attentive to our requests and made us feel at home. We were only there first thing in the morning and when we came back to sleep, so we didnt spend much time there....but it was nice to be so close to the park! We'll definitely be back.

Great place to stay! Perfect for a family of 6. Townhouse was very clean and I loved the cute Disney touches throughout the home. Short walk to downtown Disney. Cheryl is wonderful and quick to answer any questions you may have. I can’t wait to stay here again!

If you are a family headed to Disneyland, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s nice and close for walking through downtown Disney right to the main gate. They property has wonderful pools and a great playground. The condo itself is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. There is a lot of attention and care put into this place. The beds were quite comfortable, and it was really nice to have both a king and queen size bed available.

Ideally located condo with great amenities. The owner was attentive with our needs and concerns. Just needs a few more bath towels.

8 minutes to Downtown Disney
Don't judge a book by its cover! When we first drove up I was a bit taken aback; buildings are close together and older, no front yard, entry right off the sidewalk. But the inside is charming and has everything you need to enjoy your trip, except I couldn't find a vegetable peeler. Haha
The ease to get to Disneyland is the selling feature to this unit. Even with a 4 1/2 year old we could walk to the park entrance in less than 20 minutes. And if you aren't closing down Disney you can see the fireworks from a corner of the patio. Street that we had to cross is not very busy, and the cars stopped for us. We felt very safe walking to and from Disney.

Easy walk to the parks or you can take the tram or monorail. A little run down but for our purposes it worked. We did not use the pool or other amenities. There was left over food in the refrigerator that we cleaned out. Otherwise it keep everything cold for the end of the day.

This townhouse was perfect for us. We were only in town for 3 days and didn’t want to spend a fortune. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the resort and very clean and cozy.

This was a nice place to stay with the proximity to Disneyland. The place was clean and welcoming upon arrival. The only issue I had was we paid for a second parking spot and the tag wasn't where it should have been. However after a quick text to the owner the problem was solved. The upstairs can get a little warm at night but there are fans that you can plug in for this. Overall a good experience.

This townhouse is spacious, clean, well-equipped for every circumstance (strollers, high chair, crib, for instance), walkable to Disney, you can see the fireworks from your spacious patio - for our visit, fireworks were only on the weekend nights, by the way. The advantages of having your own HOME while visiting Disney are many, and we enjoyed every minute. The pool area is beautiful, there's also a playground in that area, and all are protected access for residents. We will absolutely return!

My family of 5 stayed to go to Disneyland for 5 days. The place is in a good location. We walked to the trams and took them to and from the park each day. We came back in the afternoon for a break and then returned in the afternoon. The unit had comfortable beds. The 3 bathrooms were great. The kitchen was serviceable. The washer and dryer were great. The TVs worked great. The unit is in a complex of condos and one of them just across from the master bedroom had a baby that would scream and cry through most of the night and a parental figure that would yell at the kid most of the night. This sucked. But we delt with it by using the available fans for white noise. That made things much better. The HVAC worked great. One thing I wish was that the cleaners would clean the floors better.
