Nestled in South Padre Island, this lovely condo for $519 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Location, Location, Location...Our beachfront corner condo offers not only the most spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico but also the southern panoramic view of the island. Located next to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn Outdoor Water Park). If your timing is right, you can view a SpaceX launch from the balconies. We offer you all you'll need for that perfect beach vacation. Our remodeled condo is located on the southeast corner of the 5th floor with inside elevator access and provides lots of privacy and quiet---beyond you there is nothing but dunes, beach and sea. As soon as you walk in the door of this condo you'll feel right at home in the tropics. The living/dining area, as well as the master suite has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows with the most breath-taking view. Waking up after a restful sleep in the plush king-size bed to a magnificent sunrise, it just doesn't get any better than that!!! There is also a large flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combination. A second bedroom has a queen-size bed, flat screen TV and a sitting area. There is also a coffee station which includes a Keurig coffee maker. There are floor-to-ceiling windows/sliding glass doors to a small deck overlooking the southern view of the island, including the jetties. The third bedroom has two twin size beds, a flat screen TV, and a floor-to-ceiling window. Both these guest bedrooms share the second bathroom which has granite-topped vanity and a tub/shower combination. All bedrooms have their own dressers and closets. Additionally, we have a Pack-N-Play with sheets and mattress pads for your little one's comfort. All bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. Paper products and soaps are provided to get you started, even shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen has a new range, new microwave, new dishwasher, new refrigerator with ice-maker. It is stocked with high quality dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, herbs and spices, as well as several other small appliances to enhance your cooking pleasure. Paper towels and trash bags are also supplied along with some cleaning products to get you started. Additionally, laundry products are supplied to get you started for use in the new full-size stackable washer and dryer located inside the condo. To increase your vacation pleasure, there are 4 flat screen TVs (Spectrum Cable), a DVD player, a library of DVDs and each bedroom has its own clock radio. Free password protected Wi-Fi is provided. The condo is fully air conditioned and has a ceiling fan in each of the three bedrooms. For your beach time pleasure we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and boogie boards. The well maintained gated Sea Vista complex has beautifully landscaped grounds, two swimming pools and hot tubs, two tennis courts, secure, on-site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. As a visitor to Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good restaurants and bars located near by, many within walking distance. The dolphin-watch boat rides leave from the nearby pier on the west side of Padre Blvd., near the entrance to the county park. Relax and enjoy your vacation. We were delighted with the location of this unit. Being on the 5th floor at Sea Vista gave us beautiful open views to the south. This area is very quiet and close to everything. The unit was well equipped and very comfortable. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time for our first visit to S. Padre Island and will be back again!

Place was great. Beautiful view, clean place, great location (not busy area) lots of beach space available. We loved the binoculars and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom clean, water pressure strong and lots of bath towels.

We had a great time! The facility is so clean and well maintained and the people there are beyond friendly. The condo was perfect in every single way! Beach access was right out the door, the condo had everything we needed for cooking meals and ocean toys and chairs. It truly could not have been a better experience. This condo is amazing! Literally steps away from the beach. Very clean and well maintained. We felt very safe that a code was needed to enter from the outer doors of the building. The condo has everything we needed fully stocked for a wonderful stay. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil you would need for any kind of cooking. We appreciated the bathrooms having shampoo/condition/soap and body wash available. Loved that a beach umbrella, beach chairs, toys, beach towels and even a wagon to transport them all down to the beach were in the condo. It was so convenient to have a washer/dryer in the condo to wash all of our wet clothes. Both teenagers had tv’s in their own rooms and the wifi worked great for all of our phones and tablets. Location is super close to several restaurants and souvenir shops. We even ordered in food a couple of times and just relaxed watching the ocean. Very, very highly recommend. Becky is a very sweet lady with excellent communication. Would love to stay here again. Wonderful!!!!

We had a family getaway and this was the perfect spot. The condo has been recently updated and had everything we needed for our group of eight. The morning sunrises from the patio deck were one of the highlights of the stay. The beach was super clean and open only to people staying in one of the units so far more private than the public beaches. The property itself was nice with private gated access which was great and made us all feel safe. The communication from the owners and property management was top notch. We plan on booking a stay next year at this time and can not wait to be back!

We had a fantastic time in South Padre. This condo is located at the end of the island so even with a crowded beach, you still have so much room to spread out. The condo is decorated nicely and has everything you need! Would recommend to anyone wanting a family get away and the prettiest Texas beach!

The stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and had all you needed to cook meals and relax. It’s right on the beach and was not crowded. The pool and hot tub were very nice too. Becky made sure we had what we needed and checked in on us when things were being fixed around the property. The view from the condo is beautiful and so relaxing. We enjoyed every moment.

We traveled with three kids between the ages of 3 and 9 all the way from Washington State. We had never been to Texas let alone SPI so when searching for a property for spring break we knew that we did not want to be near any party scene with our kids. We loved that this condo was near the south end and was very family oriented. (Cute sea comforters for the kids, beach toys, etc) The condo had the most amazing view and when the weather wasn't ideal we still felt like we got to enjoy the beach from the view in the condo. The pool is heated and was also a great place for the kids to swim when we weren't at the beach. The condo had everything we needed to cook a family meal. We loved walking down to the jetty in the morning and saw sea turtles, pelicans and dolphins! The condo is well cared for and was very comfortable for a family of five. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was nice and clean. It just lacked a few kitchen items. We had to go buy aluminum foil and coffee filters which we had never bought before since they had them stocked at other condos. But it was not an inconvenience since we usually always make a run to the store.

The property was great!! Working with VRBO and the owner Becky was a very easy and nice experience. The only problem was the elevator out of service twice during our stay and I have a broken ankle and it was very hard fir me to get around the property. With that being said, equipment will break down and that can’t be helped.

We were very impressed with this condo rental. The property was spotless clean and everything was in great working order. It was spacious for a 3 bedroom unit and the views of the ocean were fantastic. The location allowed easy access to the beach which was great. Beautiful beautiful place. The building may be a bit old but don't let that fool you. The owners of 504 have taken very good care of the unit and it is updated with everything you would ever need. The view is amazing. The people are so nice and friendly. Beach is not overcrowded and just cannot recommend it enough. If you find a cheaper unit in the same building...just know, you get what you pay for. This one is worth the money.
