We stayed for 3 nights for our daughter's wedding. The venue was very close and we had the family together for a wonderful weekend. There's a master bedroom on the main floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs. If you like to read in bed, I would bring your own lamp(s), because there aren't many lamps in the home. There's probably a reason for this but just be aware. It's beautifully nestled in by the golf course. We stayed in January so it was too chilly to use the deck and grill, but in the spring and summer it would be perfect. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this home to anyone.

Needed a large house for guests traveling to B'ham for a wedding. This place met and exceeded our expectations. Large master suite on the main floor was great for a mobility challenged senior. The bedrooms on the second floor and basement worked great for the rest of us. Big enough for us to use as a "base camp" for wedding activities and exploring Birmingham. relatively convenient to the locations we had to be at for the wedding. We never felt crowded, even with 14 of us in the house. Kitchen had all of the necessary items (pots, pans, dishes etc). Christmas tree was a nice touch. Owner communication was great, and even allowed an early check in.

Property was sufficiently large enough to accommodate our group. We requested an early arrival and were told we could check in at 12 instead of 4. When we arrived the property was not ready. The owner reacted immediately and got the cleaning team there but it was near 3 before we could occupy the property. Our family of 13 had a fun thanksgiving and we would stay here again.

Stayed with 5 friends on a visit to golf at Oxmoor Valley and Ross Bridge courses. Nice and spacious house with fantastic location. Rebecca (host) was great and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here if we come again. Thanks!

We stayed here recently for a weekend in Tuscaloosa for an Alabama football game. The property was exactly as advertised and perfect for our middle aged men’s getaway. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The kitchen was perfect for our needs and well stocked. Will definitely be staying here again, and will add golf next time.

This was our second time staying with Rebecca and once again we were overly impressed and amazed at how much room we had to move around within the home. Multiple bathrooms was a definite bonus when dealing with 12 people. We will definitely be staying again.

House is very convenient to everything we needed to attend for the weekend. Owners were very flexible and accommodating for early arrival, late departure, rehearsal dinner. The basement was recovering from some water damage left by a big storm the week prior but didn’t cause any problems. Overall great experience and really appreciate the owners helping us through the weekend, but the house does need some attention. Would recommend staying here!

We had a golf weekend with a group of guys and absolutely loved it. House is perfect for playing at Oxmoor Valley that is right down the street. Lots of room to spread out, beds to stay in, and house was super clean.

From a location perspective, you can’t beat this home. Located walking distance to the Oxmoor Valley clubhouse to the RTJ trail, we were able to get to / from our tee times with ease. The home is also located on #10 of the Ridge course. We had a slight mix up in homes since the owners own two right next to each other but it was quickly sorted and we had no other issues throughout our stay at the home. Would recommend for other golfers seeking a no hassle residence for a golfing weekend.

A real find for anyone hoping to host a getaway for family or friends. The property was perfect for all of our group to gather for dinners. Each bedroom was comfortable and private. The house was very well-stocked and even had pantry items for use. Rebecca was very easy to work with and responsive.

We were in Birmingham for a family wedding. I really wanted to spend the weekend in a home with our children and grandchildren - and this home was perfect! We had 7 adults and 6 children (ages 5 months to 11 years). We had plenty of to spread out and the kitchen area is large enough for all to gather for meals. Some of the guys played golf and the rest of us went to the zoo. The location of this home was very convenient for the weekend activities. I highly recommend this home!

Group of 14 old college friends in town for SEC championship. House was very large and allowed for privacy for each couple. It was convenient to restaurants and right between two fabulous golf courses. Owner was responsive. Be sure and try Bright Star restaurant in Bessemer for dinner.

Without a doubt this has to be the best deal in the Birmingham area. The home is spacious and really lovely. I can tell the owners put much love and care into the home. I highly recommend this home to anyone interested in renting. No disappointments here.

The house is not perfect but still a good experience - dishwasher not secured, unable to use fireplace. Lovely holiday decor. Plenty of individual privacy and large spaces to gather as well. Heat was uneven but weather was extreme (8-degrees in BHM).

Our daughters weekend wedding brought 17 (15 adults and 2 toddlers) family members down from SC and this house was perfect! It allowed the entire family to be together in one place, satisfied the ones that wanted to play golf, and provided enough TVs for various college football games to be on at once. Kitchen was well stocked allowing for some good meals to be prepared. Very beautiful and clean!

This house was absolutely perfect for a golf trip to Oxmoor Valley. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. We had no issues at all with the house during our stay. I would highly recommend this house for a weekend golf getaway.

We had 12 guys stay at this house for a golf weekend at the RTJ courses in the area. The location is excellent, as the clubhouse for the Oxmoor Valley courses is within walking distance! Plenty of space for 12 guys, great basement space to hang out with two TVs. Spacious kitchen. If you're looking for a golf get-away, hard to beat the RTJ trail, and this house is a perfect place to stay! Great hosts, very easy to communicate with as needed. Would definitely come back!

We decided to down a run down to Birmingham Alabama from Wisconsin to enjoy the museum and race track at the beautiful Barber Motorsports facility in Leeds. Because we had 7 guys we needed to have 7 beds at a property. This beautiful manor filled the needs of our group. There are actually 8 beds in 7 different bedrooms. It is quite a hike from Barber (about 25 miles each way) but well worth it. Traffic getting back and forth was acceptable. I had many questions once we got down to Birmingham and Rebecca quickly responded to my questions. Thank you Rebecca!! All appliances worked properly. Looking out the front door you are facing a beautiful Trent Jones golf course. When we come back to Alabama, we will plan on coming back to this property.

Our group is in town every year for a conference, and normally we stay in a different house in the same neighborhood. This year it was booked, so we stayed here. The layout was great for all 9 of us. Definitely feels more lived-in, with family photos and personal belongings in closets. We had to kill 3 cockroaches during our stay, so hopefully that’s handled by pest control. Check in and out was very easy and straightforward.
