My check-in was quick & easy. My stay here was wonderful. I booked the room to get some rest & I definitely did rest. The bed was very spacious & comfortable. The breakfast was awesome! The kitchen staff was awesome. I felt at home here.

Picked up screws where I parked. Desk clerk was rushy & didn’t seem to inviting. No DND sign for our room. No info cards in rm w/important numbers etc. Mattresses were very worn/not comfortable. We killed two spiders IN the bed my child attempted to sleep in. The bathtub had not been cleaned. Definitely not what we paid for. Checked in after 3pm, went to a concert in the area, came back at midnight. Had planned to stay, until we had these issues. Checked out around 2am Requested a receipt (was told one would be emailed within two hours. Didn’t get). Also requested full refund. Per Andy at the desk, the manager will issue a refund or reverse charge on my credit card. Still waiting. Very displeased

This particular building is closing in a couple weeks and they are moving into a brand new building next door. Hopefully the pool will actually be open for future guests in new building

We only stayed one night and it was great. Not too expensive, near different food options, and the breakfast was wonderful.

Everything was excellence. My only recommendation is the hallways were extremely hot. They had the heat turned so high that when we got into our room we had to turn the ac on in the middle of winter bc it was to warm .

The young man at the front desk was courteous and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. Everything was in good repair, and the parking lot is well lit and adequate for the size of the property. We will definitely be back!

One of the best Holiday Inn Express experiences I’ve had in years. Outgoing, cheerful service combined with a great bed/bedding and an improved breakfast. This location has restored my faith in a brand I thought was on the decline.

You really have to train staff... Really poor behavior by staff, ascertaining a laundry bag, breakfast shut down before 9:30, all with attitude... People clearly not trained or customer centric. Good luck...

The Hotel staff was Wonderful. The problem was with Hotels.com/Expedia only sending the Hotel a reservation for one room when I reserved 3 rooms and received a itinerary number for 3 rooms.

We have stayed at HI Express at many locations. This time was not as appealing because our room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Check out clerk was rude and basically told me what I did and did not say when I was trying to cancel. Rate for Saturday night was ridiculous and not what the website stated.

It wasn’t worth the price. It smelled terrible upon walking in, very musty and the floors were grimy and gross. The bed itself and blankets were clean but at the time we rented it had an 8.4 rating, I’d say it’s a 7 at best. Definitely wasn’t worth the almost $200 for one night.

Booked this hotel for my kids to swim in the indoor pool. The room was about 65 degrees and the pool was about 50 degrees. When we asked why the pool was cold, we were told there was no heater in the room or the pool. My kids were so disappointed. It was a key part of the trip and an utter failure.
