Situated in Flagstaff, this lovely house for $376 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has been recently renovated throughout. The master bedroom is very spacious with a sitting area and large bathroom. 3 of the four bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large dining area that seat 8 comfortably. There is a bonus sitting room with a desk and printer for your use, as well as a large mudroom to hang skis and keep winter wear. The backyard has 2 great seating areas and a BBQ. The Urban Trail, which extends for over 50 miles through and around Flagstaff is located 2 houses down and is great for walking, running or biking. Thorpe Park is just 2 blocks away and has tennis, handball, basketball, baseball fields and a dog park. Many music venues are hosted here. The heart of downtown Flagstaff is less than a mile away. The backyard is spacious and private with gas BBQ and lots of seating. We are located in a perfect spot to explore the Grand Canyon or Sedona, ski Snowbowl, visit NAU, or enjoy the unique town and great dining in Flagstaff.

A beautiful home in a perfect location. It is clean and has everything you would need for a trip up north. I feel it is in an ideal location because it is centrally located in the city and close to virtually everything but in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. We weren't worried about getting snowed in as the city keeps the roads clear. It is a short drive to just about everything in northern Arizona that you might want to see. My family of 6 adults and 1 child were very comfortable. Nancy, the owner, could not be any more accommodating and made our granddaughter's first trip to the snow a memorable one.

We had a great time in Flagstaff and the accommodations were a big part of that. The house is clean and so well equipped. The owner is very responsive and a wonderful host. Flagstaff is a darling town to explore and the house was close to everything!

My friends and I stayed at Nancy’s house for a ski weekend in Flagstaff. The house was in great condition, super clean and very spacious. The backyard was a nice size and fenced in so our dogs could play safely. And Nancy was a LOVELY host. Super responsive and even left us a welcome note and some dinner recommendations!

Clean, cozy house made for the perfect retreat in snowy Flagstaff. We loved the mud room and backyard deck for winding down after skiing at Snowbowl. The home was well-stocked, and Nancy was great with communication and check in/check out. Would love to stay again sometime!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in this home! Not only did Nancy have the home decorated beautifully and made our Christmas vacation even better, but she left us snacks, a bottle of wine, and a beautiful Christmas card for our arrival! The house is an easy commute to the Grand Canyon, Snowbowl, and downtown Flagstaff. We needed this vacation and it was everything I wanted and more!

The house was so lovely! It was open yet had plenty of cozy nooks for added relaxation. The house was fully stocked with everything that you needed to feel at home and the beds were super comfy. Our 17 month golden was in heaven with the yard and the close by nature path and dog park. Our group of 5 would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here to visit the Grand Canyon for a few days. Place was located perfectly and was just over an hour drive to the Canyon. House was set up great, had everything for cooking, grilling, and just hanging out at night with family. Would highly recommend this home if staying in Flagstaff.

Wonderful home to escape to and get out of the Phoenix heat!! Fabulous back yard and a great little home with all of the amenities you could ever need!! Walking distance to coffee shops, downtown Flagstaff and the urban trail!! Easy access to hiking and biking- just fabulous!! Always love staying at this great home-away-from-home!!

We had a very comfortable stay and found the property to be perfect for two families with children. The house was very clean and the host has thought of everything to make your stay easy and relaxing. The home was extremely well stocked and the location cannot be beat! It is located in a lovely neighborhood just minutes from downtown Flagstaff. It’s also walking distance to multiple parks, trails and restaurants. When we weren’t out exploring Flagstaff, we spent a lot of time on the back deck enjoying the beautiful weather and private backyard. This property has it all and you won’t be disappointed! Our host Nancy was very easy to work with and she even welcomed us with a handwritten note, snacks a bottle of wine. Such a nice touch! Thank you for your hospitality Nancy, we can’t wait to visit again!

We loved our experience at Nancy’s home. The property is very cozy and perfectly kept, and just what we were looking for. The location was perfect for destinations in all directions, a perfect home base. We were greeted with a wonderful gift basket with lots of treats. Nancy supplied us with a book of restaurants and places to see. We will definitely go back and recommend her home to our friends and family. Check in at this home was very simple. The property owners were very responsive, helpful, understanding, and overall kind to deal with. The residence was very clean and well kept. There's everything you need to cook, clean, biking, and much more! The location is great as well! It is very close to downtown, restaurants, and activities. I would highly recommend this place!

We are so glad we found this spot! We stayed here for a weekend ski trip and it was perfect, although it would also be great for a spring or summer hiking adventure as well. Location makes it easy to get anywhere you want to go and neighborhood is quiet with a Mountain View! Nancy was a super gracious host and would absolutely stay here and recommend to all. House is clean, spacious, and felt like we were at home.

It was a celebration of my son Brady's 39th birthday. He wanted to snowboard on his birthday (he grew up in a ski town but has lived in AZ for the past 18 years). So off we went for a three night stay in Flagstaff. Our group included my girlfriend, Marcia, and her 44 year daughter and four year old granddaughter, and my 39 year old son and five year old granddaughter. It was a first ever venture for our three generation group. Nancy's house was perfect. The grandkids skied and played together joyously. The house had a comfortable living room with gas fireplace, four bedrooms, and a perfect sun room with three easy chairs and great afternoon sun. My favorite moment, of many favorite moments, was sitting in the sunroom after a day of skiing at Snowball, drinking lattes in the sun room at 4pm with my girlfriend, and her fully grown adult daughter, and my fully grown adult son, listening to the girls giggling in the bathtub down the hallway), as though this was something we do and enjoy all the time; even though this trip was an experiment and something that we put together on a moment's notice. Nancy's house is roomy, has great light, a remarkably well-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace in the living room, and a large dining room and table adjacent to the living room. Nancy was always responsive. The stay was easy and a joy.

My family and I have rented a lot of Vrbos. We always stay in dog-friendly places since we travel with our canines... Nancy's home in Flagstaff is may be our favorite of them all! Big, spacious, super clean home in a great neighborhood, and easily accessible to and from Snowbowl, NAU, and all of the restaurants in downtown Flag. I hate to give too high a recommendation because we want it available to us again on our next Flag trip, but I would be remiss if I didn't give Nancy's home 5 stars and many more.

We absolutely loved staying in this house. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we could need except butter... But that was okay because there's a grocery store that is 3 minutes away by car. We use the sleds in the park nearby. We walked the trails. But the best thing we did was walking to the end of the street and getting a pie from the pie guy at the gas station. Everyday he delivers fresh pies to various locations throughout Flagstaff and this was fantastic to have one so close. The owner was very responsive when we called. I'm looking forward to going back here again.

Our stay was wonderful. The cosy house was equipped with everything we needed and provided the perfect base for skiing up at Snowbowl and playing in the snow at Thorpe Park. Nancy was a friendly host and made sure we were well taken care of. We arrived after a huge snowstorm and the driveway was even cleared of snow!

The home is wonderfully located in a quiet neighborhood with a nearby park for the kids. It had just snowed and we were able to sled in the park. The house was decorated for the season and had all of the comforts of home. We have stayed in this home several times and will be back.

The home is absolutely beautiful and just right for our family to gather, cook and visit. It is much bigger and even more beautiful than at 1st glance. The outdoor space was great for the dogs, adults and and kids alike! Nancy was communicative and accommodating and we had a great visit. We would definitely rent from her again.

My husband and I have never enjoyed a home as much as this property.It was first class all the way.Bed extremely comfortable too. The entire home was beautifully furnished but remained cozy and homey. We had 2 small doggies with us also and the backyard was absolutely perfect for them and us. The yard had no "escape" issues for the doggies,so it was wonderful to let them out alone. The location by Thorpe Park and the urban trail was literally 3 houses away. Fantastic We will be returning and plan on staying here whenever possible

The house was everything it was advertised to be. Very open and airy inside. Great neighborhood, so close to the Rio and the urban trail system. Conveniently located near historic downtown, but not too close. Awesome fenced backyard, with new deck. We will definitely be coming back.

Large home with manicured front and back yards - perfect for family gatherings to include doggos! Home was very clean, fully stocked kitchen (spices, utensils, cooking/baking dishes), comfortable lounge seating indoor and outdoor, and each room had its own TV. Welcome included snacks, wine, and a personal note from the homeowner. Gorgeous view of Humphrey's Peak from the front windows and private backyard with multiple seating areas. Our dogs loved running around the backyard grass and relaxing on the deck. Location cannot be beat! - 1/2 block from Urban Trail and minutes from downtown Flagstaff.

What a great place to hang out in Flagstaff. Nice neighborhood, steps from the Urban Trail, and only 25 minutes from the Snowbowl. The house itself has everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The quaint backyard provides privacy and is a great place to hang out. This ranks as one of the best rentals we have stayed at!
