Great location, close to downtown. This old and historic house has been nicely upgraded and is well taken care of -very cozy & comfortable! We come to Flagstaff every year for a family vacation and this has been one of our most enjoyable. Thanks to property manager Todd, fantastic communication and support!

We came for the polar express and had a great time. Perfect for our kids 7 & 8 to walk into town and grab dinner. The house is just as described and we will be back!

We were in town with the kids to do the North Pole Experience (not the Polar Express, that happens in Williams). Hotels can be noisy and with family space can be tight. Birch House was perfect. It’s a short walk (5 minutes) to the heart of downtown Flagstaff. 30 minute drive to Williams (we did Bearizona). The accommodations were great. Space for the kids and for the adults. We were able to go out in town as well as enjoy the house. My wife even commented we should extend our stay next time. Will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Walking distance to the downtown area was a huge bonus for us. The property manager answered our questions promptly, and he was very helpful. Would definitely stay gere again.

The house was clean and conveniently located clise to downtown Flagstaff; with all of the restaurants and shops. The house itself was a bit funky...old home, so understandable...kind of played with our equilibrium. Furnishings were nice, beds comfortable, kitchen well-stocked. Area was close to Grand Canyon and Sedona, and a 2 hour drive from Phoenix airport.
Wouldvrecommend the queen bedroom for a single sleeper, or someone MUCH younger than my husband and I. Bedroom is very tight and bed is against a wall, making exits to the bathroom during the night a hassle. Bunk room is HUGE, and the outdoor patio space is awesome!

It's a fun, quirky old house, very well kept, clean and tidy, and very comfortable. It has everything you'd need and is in a great location for walking out to eat and exploring downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Flagstaff home. It is located in a great spot for walking around the town and seeing local sights and shops. Many hikes and day trips are also just a short drive away.

Our stay was great. The place had everything we needed with plenty of space. It was walking distance to downtown and the fire pit was great! The house is on a fault lone so the floor is a little sloped and might be difficult for the elderly but it wasn’t a problem for us. Todd was great with communication. My only complaint is that the floors really need a good scrub. Everyone’s socks were black by the end of the first day. It had been swept but desperately needs mopped! Everything else was very clean. Overall we had a wonderful time with family!

We stayed at Todd’s place for the Pickin’ In The Pines bluegrass festival, so we were only there to sleep and shower. But we enjoyed our stay while we were there. It’s clean and had everything we needed. Proximity to downtown is awesome, so I want to go back when we can enjoy that aspect of the location.

The property is an older house with multiple additions. For our short stay of three nights it fit the bill of being in a five minute walk from old-town. Was looking forward to the grill but what we found was an electric grill...The place could use some general upkeep and a better cleaning staff. We found 1/2 a gallon of old milk in the fridge and other items felt like someone just left. Floors are far from level so don't over-indulge...you may find it awkward to get to your room.

Great location and worked well for our needs. Beds were comfortable and bathroom stocked. The home is definitely historic and felt a little grungy but that is typical with old homes. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing time, plenty of room for kids to stretch out and have their own privacy, and downtown within walking distance. A unique historic stay that we'll remember fondly.

2 nights senior couple senior dog.
Great home base for 2 nights seeing the GC and walk to downtown Flagstaff. Neat as a pin, loved the fenced in yard but didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit…cool nights at 7000 ft!
Great value for us
Great communication

Nice old house with great fenced yard for the dogs. The location is the best feature because it’s within walking distance to downtown. The bed pillows are really hard and we called it the “fun house” because the old floors tilt in every direction! The yard could do with a good blow to get rid of all the spider webs…

Spent a few days with family and our two pups. Fabulous house, yard and location !

This property is within walking distance to all of downtown Flagstaff. It’s a quick drive to NAU’s campus, as well as many other areas in Flag. It was quiet, had a nice little yard, had AC, and plenty of space if kids are on the trip. The property manager was quick to respond every time I messaged him. The history of this property is interesting, as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome time and enjoyed this property. One note, the side door for the garage does not latch/lock properly so you may want to address this.

The location is ideal. There is also s fantastic yard. The communication was great. The house is not level, if you have mobility issues. The master bed was very comfortable.

The cutest house in Flagstaff. It’s not huge, but it’s plenty big enough for a family of 6. It’s one of the cleanest houses we’ve rented. The location is great if you like walking to dinner and local places. Super close to NAU as well, only a 5-10 minute drive. Highly recommend!!
