Located in Coligny Beach, this lovely villa for $520 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Located on the beach across from Coligny Plaza, the 'Downtown of Hilton Head,' #323 The Breakers offers beautiful oceanfront views, an on-site oceanfront pool, and is just steps away from shopping and dining. Spectacular ocean views from the kitchen, living room, or deck will keep you in awe as you watch each beautiful sunrise. This small, cozy and comfortable 508 sq. ft. villa is a one bedroom/one bathroom condominium with a king-size bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel full size range and oven, stainless refrigerator with ice maker, stainless microwave, stainless dishwasher, and all small kitchen appliances and utensils. There is a Keurig coffee maker that offers the convenience of making a pot or one cup. The bathroom area has a washer and dryer. The size of this condo is perfect for a couple, and a bit crowded for 4 people. The living area has a 50 inch flat screen smart television, and there is also a DVD/VCR, and a nice selection of videos for you or your children to watch. Wireless Building Internet allows you full connectivity while on your vacation. Instructions for WiFi and the rules for the Breakers complex are located on the refrigerator. There is a 32" TV in the bedroom. The entire villa is tiled with non-slip tile, and decorated with a seaside theme. It is very light and bright, with white bead board in the living area. A comfortable chair, and a sofa and double-ottoman provide plenty of seating. Views from the third floor are lovely and there is no one above you. The deck has 4 anti-gravity chairs and two small tables, so you can enjoy cocktail hour comfortably seated and enjoying the ambiance. There is an elevator which is very convenient to our condo, which makes accessing it easy. Bed linens, linens for the sofa bed, and bath and hand towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels, but we have chairs and a beach umbrella stored in the villa for your use. If you are worried you may have to cancel your pre-booked vacation, please be sure to get travel insurance. You will not be able to cancel or change this once booked. We can only give out one parking pass per villa. Long-term winter rentals (one month or longer) get 50% off the quoted daily rates. Awesome stay for long weekend with husband and two teens! Super clean, convenient to shopping and restaurants at Coligny, air conditioning was nice and cool, had all the necessities. The king was so comfortable it made it hard to get out of bed to head down to the beach.

This condo is quite comfortable for 2 adults and one child and has a great location with parking included. It could use a deep clean and some upkeep (curtain had a stain, bathroom vent needs a good cleaning, grout could use a deep clean). None of these flaws interfered with our comfort; it's not a luxury property, nor does it claim to be one. The proximity to the pool, beach, and nearby restaurants made it quite attractive

Great view of the beach that is steps away. Walk to Coligny Plaza across the street, filled with restaurants and shops. Condo was well equipped and the owners responded quickly to all of our questions. Parking was convenient and the elevator was great.

Susan was quick to respond and easy to communicate before and during our stay. The condo is quaint and works well for a couple’s retreat. Location has a nice view of beach & pool. Also located in the south of Hilton Head near tourist attractions - it was easy to walk and bike places from here. Only surprise was no beach/pool towels provided - so bring your own! Overall, everything was nice and as expected from pictures.

The property is in a great location. We parked our car upon arrival and didn't get back in until departure date. The view is great. Unit was very clean. Everything you need is supplied. Bed was very comfortable, area very quiet. The only thing I would suggest is to have directions for the living room tv and the washer. We did get the tv figured out but we couldn't figure out the washing machine. Not a big deal we just brought everything home w/us to wash. All in All it's a very nice place, the owners were great to respond every time I reached out to them. So we give it 5 STARS!!

Mr. And Mrs Miller were so kind answering all the questions we had ( first time for my daughter and I visiting HHI ) the condominium was like home away from home ! Every little detail in it was amazing ! Location was perfect, We walked and rode our bikes everywhere, the beach , restaurants, shops , etc . And it was nice and quiet at night . We will be back to this very same place . Thank you !!

This gem was exactly what we needed for our getaway. It is very clean, communication was great, a short walk past the pool and you are in the sand. Across the street is a grocery store and large shopping area with everything you will need for your stay. I wouldn't hesitate to book those again when we return to HHI.

The property was the perfect location. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Great ocean view, very clean and stocked with everything needed. We stayed for our 30th anniversary and it was a great experience. Have stayed in other properties in this building this was the best.

After staying at a nearby spot for years, we were thrilled to find this VRBO. It was clean and had way more items in the villa than I expected; little things like a first aid kit, ziploc bags, nice dishes, laundry and dish detergent. I really felt like I was staying in someone’s guest home. The view is great and the location is so close to so many great restaurants and shops. Susan was wonderfully responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

We arrived to a spotless rental property with Atlantic Ocean Views, just as described on the website. The owners had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen, compact is complete with everything needed. Appliances were new and worked easily, instructions in easy to locate drawer. The kingsize bed was comfortable with luxury linens and under bed storage. Chairs on the balcony overlooked the ocean. It was a short walk to restaurants, the beach, bike rental, supermarket, pool. The Security guard was always on duty and we felt safe leaving golf clubs in the car. The third floor provided excellent views of the ocean and pool. One rainy day we binge watched Netflix and read. There were a choice of DVDs and some reading material available. The elevator was available for carrying large items to the unit and stairs were easily accessible for short trips up and down to the car. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. It was easy to see how much they enjoyed the property by the decor and added touches. I would recommend it for anyone needing a compact unit for a couple or possibly a second couple or family. I would definitely book it again. Rental price was appropriate for property.
