Your family has space to be together or spread out and watch TV on the 55 in Flatscreen Smart TV in the Living Room or the 43 in Flatscreen Smart TV in the Bedroom. Feel the Serenity of the Ocean no matter where you are in the condo. As owners, we wanted vacationers to feel like they were at home and to enjoy the luxuries that you do in your own home. The Bedroom includes a Queen Size Bed and dresser and is closed off from the other rooms so that you or your little ones can sleep comfortably and quietly. The Bathroom has Marble Floors, a Cast Iron Tub with Cultured Marble surround and vanity top to create a Spa Feel. You can keep up on your laundry with your Washer and Dryer located just outside the bathroom. Your condo will feel Cozy and Modern with all Stainless Steel Appliances and Tastefully Comfortable Furniture. If you need extra space to hang clothes or to put your suitcases, the closet in the hallway is a great space for your things. If you do not feel like fixing a meal in your fully functional kitchen, walk only a minute or two to multiple restaurants of your choice at The Beach Market or Coligny Plaza. If you feel you need a little retail therapy or forgot some much needed essentials, The Beach Market and Coligny Plaza can take care of that for you with their magnitude of shops. Hilton Head Island is truly a wonderful vacation spot for your family and we know you will create many memories to last you a lifetime. For those who require more than one unit, we also have a first floor unit #129 available for rent. You can view it on the VRBO website, listing #1299122. Enjoy! Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 9:30 am. NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON THE DECK. Smoking is also NOT allowed in the common areas at the pool or the walkway to the beach. In accordance with the Condominium Association rules, NO PETS are allowed. Everything was super clean and perfect. The only negative was the mattress on the pull out couch. It had a weird smell and the underside on the mattress and mattress pad was stained. It probably needs to be replaced because it also wasn’t very comfortable. Everything else was perfect. We will 100% be staying here again.

Would recommend to anyone. Amazing views of the beach. Close to everything including the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. Everything was walkable. Cross the street and you are there. VERY clean condo. Great for a couple or parents with small children. Host was super responsive with questions I had and made a great bike rental recommendation. (Wheelz) Biked ALL over. Found amazing Mx food (Amigos) near the park. Felt very safe. Was really quiet and peaceful. All thumbs up. Would def stay here again.

This is a great property for a very relaxing vacation. The views from the balcony offered sunrises and dolphin swims! The property is clean and quiet. Easy access to every thing. First off, Kate was amazing getting back to me quickly on my questions that I had and information on the area. The condo was simple and very clean. As soon as we walked in you smelled clean fresh air. The balcony was great for morning sunrises and coffee. We will definitely keep her in mind for future stays.

Loved the location of this condo. Beautiful view of the Ocean and walking distance to shops and grocery store. Unit was quiet and guests respectful. Ideal for a couple and sofa bed could accommodate 2 small children.Pool was used mostly by children,not large enough to do laps .March is a bit cool but some brave souls went in the ocean.Great for walking or biking on the beach. If you have a car recommend a day exploring Sea Pines, dolphin boat excursion, trolly tour of Savannah and explore the art galleries in Bluffton.

The condo is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Beautiful balcony that faces the ocean! Unit is on third floor but there is an elevator. We are at do many great places we used the stairs! Had s great week!

My husband and I enjoyed our time at 315 The Breakers. This condo was efficient, clean and in a perfect location for visits to either the beach or pool. The balcony is relatively private and offers a great place to watch the sunrise. We look forward to planning another trip in the future!
