Beautifully decorated Breakers #235 villa featuring spectacular front/corner view; also overlooks the pool and the ocean south all the way to Tybee Island. Enjoy sunrise to sunset, watch the surfers and the sunbathers at the beach or pool from the private balcony furnished with a chaise lounge and a dining table and chairs. In walking distance to several shops, restaurants, rentals, and entertainment. Beach ideal for walking, bike riding, running, shelling, kite flying, kite surfing, frisbee, football, sun worshiping, and more. Located across the road from Coligny Plaza (a three minute walk), featuring restaurants, beach shops, Pigley Wigley grocery store, coffee shop, hardware store, bakery, bike rentals, ice cream parlors, and much more. Amenities include: Cable TV High-speed wireless internet Kitchen Washer/Dryer Queen sized bed in bedroom Bunks in semiprivate alcove in the hallway Linens/Towels and kitchen supplies provided Non-smoking at the resort (anywhere includes condo and common areas) and no pets allowed at the resort (this includes emotional companion pets). Our family and friends vacation here frequently. We maintain the villa like our second home. It is highly recommended all guests purchase travel insurance as cancellation policies are enforced. My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary! This was our 3rd time to stay at The Breakers, all different units. This one was our favorite! Perfect view from the balcony. Great location on the island. The condo has everything we need. Loved having beach chairs provided! Hope to stay again!

We enjoyed our annual sisters trip at the Breakers this year. I’ve stayed here a few times before, but it was the first time for my sister to visit this area. We all lived the condo, view and area. Had a very enjoyable time. Great communication and very easy rental. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this condo. Gorgeous beach and sea views; very well stocked kitchen; new washer / dryer; lovely bathroom; plenty of towels and linen. It was perfect for our family of 4. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a lovely stay in the condo! The pictures were very accurate. It was clean. My only negative was that the fitted sheet keep coming off of the queen size bed. The view was beautiful!

We’ve been staying at the breakers for over 20 years but we will now only stay in # 235! My only advice is to bring your own wash cloths as there were just a couple of them available.

The property is in a great location. It is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the unit. The building is very near Coligny Plaza. The unit is clean and bright. There is no oven but there is a toaster oven.

We enjoyed our week at this condo immensely. Our kids loved the bunk beds and that they had a separate sleeping space from their parents. Beach access and walking distance from Coligny shopping where highlights for our family. Though older, the unit was clean and well stocked. Easy parking. We enjoyed the pool in addition to the beach. Rental chairs/umbrellas are available right outside of condo.

We enjoyed our getaway to Hilton Head in celebration of our 25th anniversary! This was our first time at the Breakers Direct Oceanfront property. We were a little disappointed that the property did not have elevator access especially since we are senior citizens and had lots of things packed for our holiday trip to carry up the 4 flights of stairs. Overall, the condo was clean and cozy with an amazing ocean view. We needed to contact the owner regarding a concern but it was taken care of immediately. Should we visit Hilton Head in the future, this is one of the properties we'll be looking at.

We loved Michelle’s condo. Everything was very clean and she was great to communicate with for our stay. Condo is right on the beach, kitchen has everything we needed for a long weekend trip. Literally steps from the beach and Coligny Plaza. Definitely will book again
