As you cuddle and rest on the deck during your retreat, relax and put your feet up and gently look to your left and see the boats enter and exit the harbor jetty, while listening and watching the waves crash and to your right the majestic view of the Yaquina Head Light House... All of this and more awaits you! This three or four bedroom two and a half bath home is located on a private road with plenty of parking.**Many of the appliances have been updated and the walls recently painted!! You are just minutes away from the Yaquina State Park and Yaquina Bay Light House, and a five minute stroll to restaurants and fifteen minute stroll to the bay front shopping! Everyone enjoyed the house. It is in a great location. It was very clean. Well stocked with paper products and towels. There is plenty of room to spread out if you want to. We spent a lot of time playing games at the table in the living room facing the ocean. The only thing I'd say is that plates, cups and teflon cookware need replacing. We cooked mostly on the griddle as we didn't want to cook on teflon that is peeling. It would also be nice to have a few more comfortable seats in ocean facing living room. That said everyone was in agreement that we would go back again. It's a great place.

The tubs looking out over the ocean was such a unique,incredible and relaxing experience. Although the layout was not completely flowing and the trash can in the kitchen was hard to maneuver, the kitchen had everything you needed, the bathrooms were incredible, the kids loved the movie room, the mattresses were very comfortable and every thing was clean. We loved watching the waves crash on the shore from the windows. Thank you so much!

The house is nice and large and the tubs are amazing! I would recommend brining your own cleaning supplies (vacuum, etc.) to clean before you checkout since the house rules are pretty strict. But had a great stay and would stay again!

We stayed over thanksgiving holiday. The weather was fantastic!! The room with the 2 queen beds felt like we were in Hawaii, room and view were stunning. Kitchen was fully stocked to make thanksgiving dinner , we enjoyed walks on the beach and good food. My teen boys LOVED the movie room, that was their fave. We snuggled up and had family movie night. The house was clean and loved all the clean towels available. We enjoyed the fire pit on a clear fall night, dreamy. Had a wonderful time. Host was wonderful, house clean and cozy, communication great. Thank you for a wonderful thanksgiving memory.

2 older adults & 1 small dog. Familiar with Newport. 2 night stay. Positives: spacious floor plan, large addition of bedroom wing & media room (didn't use), wood floors, large baths, view, privacy. Negatives: foul, musty washing machines & laundry room meant foul towels throughout. We had to keep the laundry room door closed & the smell was still overwhelming. The heat wouldn't turn on in newer master bedroom, not a single screen on the house so couldn't open a window for ventilation without bugs entering, all CAP label maker instructions & warnings everywhere - especially on shower soap dispensers about $25 each if you break are so tacky! Additionally, all the "No or we'll charge you extra" instructions: no sand inside, no dogs on furniture... It's a No for me. We won't be back.

All was as shown on vrbo. Had a great time. the weather was poor so we couldn,t enjoy the beach, but it is almost October. The house set up was great but the bunk bed set up was not. The only other negative was the toilet paper-thin. all in all was a good place.

This is a great vacation rental. It is spacious, great views, and access to the beach. But, the couch in the living room was very dirty. We cleaned the cushions as best we could. A leather couch would work better. Also, it would be nice to have access to a vacuum so occupants could clean up as they enjoy their stay. Saying all that I would stay there again. We had a really good time.

The property had something for almost everyone. For example, it had two bathtubs (needs to be refinished or substituted for a bathtub whirlpool) out in the deck overlooking the ocean (the small deck needs to be fenced) for those wanting to enjoy warm water and the ocean scenery, a large fire pit for s'mores and keeping warm to enjoy the ocean breeze, view the ocean and sunset, one theatre room with large couches with surround sound for TV, movies and video games, another entertainment room with board games, access to the beach (need railing) for playing games, walking, or running on the beach, bicycles for riding around, and so much more. We wished we could stay longer. Next time, my family and I would stay two weeks or more at this property.

Property has a view that makes it worth staying for sure! It was too windy and cold to enjoy the firepit or the outside soaking tubs, but fun anyway. There may be a termite problem in the wood that was in the house by fireplace, we cleaned it up a couple times but I think it should definitely be addressed; we did not bring or buy wood while there. The big tub in main bath is amazing, it could use a little over the tub rack to hold shampoo, soaps etc. It did take us awhile to get the house warmed up, did not quite understand the heat system but think we finally got it warm. If you would like more details feel free to email us about it. Loved the entry system!! Thank you so much for a home big enough to host myself, spouse, nieces and son. Happy summer!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was large and still felt cozy. Plenty of room for our large family with kids to stay. Everyone loved the showers, big claw foot tub and the soaker tubs overlooking the beach. The kitchen had everything needed to cook full meals. Perfect vacation house! We’ll be coming back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It has big picture windows that look out onto the ocean and lots of sleeping accommodations for our entire group. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. My youngest granddaughter especially enjoyed the outside bathtub overlooking the ocean. We could've used more blankets because some of the rooms got quite chilly, and the community trashcan was crammed full when we arrived and did not get dumped until our fourth day there. Since we traveled with children, we could've used some type of floor, cleaning tools, such as a mop. We also had hoped there would be better access to get down to the beach. There really is no way to get down there safely from the property. Still, our overall impression of the property was very good and we think other families would enjoy staying there, too.

Listing is accurate. Location is great, multiple beach accesses for different age ranges, huge house with lots of room to spread out and come together when wanted. Great views, great media room, kitchen well stocked, and was very clean, especially for pet friendly. And the cliff tubs were a hit, especially with so much hot water for them AND the house! Whole family agreed we'd stay again or try his house next door!

This was a great place to stay! Location was perfect, house was clean and had lots of room, and great views/access to the beach. We requested to check in early to get ready for an event we were in town for. The owner got back to us fast and everything worked out perfectly. We will be rebooking for next year!

Location, views, and amenities in this place were on point! We loved our stay here. Prompt communication with the one question we had. Fire pit & soaking tubs were amazing! Beds we’re comfy. We very much enjoyed our stay. Lots of space for everyone. We do a Christmas trip every year and only down fall was no hot tub. Soaking tubs not quite the same, at least for us.
