Newly built, with it's mountain-modern decor, this 3 bedroom stunner with a private hot tub is sure to please. Perfect for a large family, multiple families, a friends reunion or executive retreat, this multi-story town home offers plenty of amenities and is only half a mile from River Run and the slopes! Entering on the main floor, you'll find the downstairs living room, complete with a mini-bar. A full bathroom and the back lower patio access are also on the ground level with the private hot tub! Upstairs you'll be impressed with the dark hardwood throughout and the granite-splashed gourmet kitchen. After a long day on the slopes, relax in front of the warm stone-wrapped gas fireplace on the over-sized sectional to watch a movie, or sit at the velvet bar stools to have a drink. Entertaining will be a breeze in the open concept kitchen and dining area. There's plenty of counter space for family cooking and seating for ten at the dining table! Just outside the main living area is a full bathroom, the front second story patio and the primary suite. The primary suite features floor to ceiling windows, a private patio, a king sized bed, and a true walk in closet. The en suite bathroom features a large duel sink counter and a standing shower. There are two guest bedrooms on the lower level. The first guest bedroom features a queen sized bed and a private patio entrance to the hot tub. The second guest bedroom features a queen over queen bunk bed and a twin trundle bed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. There are also two queen sleeper sofas to accommodate additional guests. The Alders Town homes are nestled on a quiet street that backs up to national forest. You'll be able to enjoy the uninterrupted winter wonderland from the private hot tub, or ride/hike the nearby bike trail to the mountain past the ponds of the Snake River. There is a private one-car heated garage. Guest of The Alders also have access to the River Run community pool and hot tubs located at the Dakota Lodge. The free Keystone shuttle bus picks up three times per hour at the nearby Settlers Creek Town homes, just a few minute walk from this property. This condo has three available parking spaces. This townhome is in a community which several local live full time. Guests of this property MUST respect the quiet hours for the complex (including private hot tub use) or will be subject to a fine if issued a noise complaint by the HOA, Neighbors, or Local government. Due to the mild high alpine climate, many properties are not equipped with air conditioning. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. License number: BCA-46183 SkyRun cannot provide more parking than the listing states. There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort. Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots. Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well. What to be aware of: -Please refrain from parking on the street in the Alders. There is a one car garage and two parking spots in the driveway.- No smoking allowed.- No pets allowed. - Must be 25 years or older to book.-The Dakota pool and hot tub will be closed 11/27-12/22 for maintenance. What You'll Love: - Crisp, clean interior with beautiful finishing touches that really bring the home together. - Private hot tub, secluded in the midst of the Arapaho National Forest. - Private deck.

Great location, views and amenities. This house has everything youd need to simply relax OR cook a 5 course meal. The house is clean, beds are super comfy and that hot tub is the perfect way to end the day. Cant wait to go back!

We stayed at 78 Alders in February. It is very roomy and has been creatively, thoughtfully, and exceptionally well equipped throughout. The furnishings are all very plush and comfortable. The hot tub, which we used nightly, is incredible, right on the downstairs patio, and only two to three steps from the bedroom door. The option of taking the free nearby Keystone shuttle service to the slopes and "home" was very convenient, eliminating the hassle of driving and parking, and allowing flexibility with skiing schedules for each visitor. We had not spent much time at Keystone previously but are now looking forward to to returning to 78 Alders and Keystone, any time of the year!

We stayed at 78 Alders in February. It is very roomy and has been creatively, thoughtfully, and exceptionally well equipped throughout. The furnishings are all very plush and comfortable. It was a great place for our family during our daughters wedding. The amenities were exactly as they were stated in the description. There could have been more dish towels though.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Alders 78! The accommodations were as stated in the description. The townhouse had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. It was clean and the furniture was all nice and comfortable. The location was just a short walk to the shuttle bus or a quick and easy drive to the gondola. The bottom level has heated floors and the hot tub was clean and ready to use after a great day on the slopes! We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing place!
Our family had a wonderful time at 78 Alders. This townhouse was big enough for our family with plenty of room to spread out. The large table was nice for all of us to sit at and eat and play games. Also the living room seating was great! Bus/shuttle stops are conveniently located near the house. But if you dont want to take the bus, its a quick drive to the gondola drop off lots. A plus was having a hot tub to use after a long day on the mountain. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home but disappointed with our stay
This home is a great location and beautiful, but we had some problems. When arriving the heater was broken and 40 degrees in the house. Thankfully they brought over many space heaters, blankets and wine to help warm us up. During our stay the hot tub stopped working, a few light bulbs went out, the breaker tripped, we ran out of paper towels and toilet paper, and there were no kitchen towels to clean with. We were not given many details for check out, and no one answered when trying to call to ask questions. Our group had a great time, but the house issues were disappointing and didn't meet our expectations.

Amazing home and beautiful location!
78 Alders was as nice on the inside as the views on the outside! It was an easy walk to the Keystone resort (bus options too) and also easy to drive to near by areas like Dillon and Breckenridge. The house was well stocked with supplies and activities along with comfortable beds and furniture! We'll definitely come back again!

Christmas at 78 Alders
We had an amazing Christmas at 78 Alders! Plenty of room for 9 of us, easy access to the slopes, the furnishings were so comfortable, hot tub amazing!! Overall great trip! We will be back!

78 Alders was amazing for our two families. The amenities are top of the line and the kitchen had everything plus more! The online photos undersell this property. The private hot tub was perfect at the end of the day! We look forward to booking again!

Great place to get away from it all
The unit was very clean and had everything we could need in the kitchen. There are a lot of sleeping accommodations and the two sitting areas were great too. Will definitely plan another stay here in the future!
