Nestled in Boulder, this lovely house for $1,127 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Amazing location in the Whittier neighborhood. Just 3 blocks to Pearl Street yet peaceful residential area with mature trees and perfect backyard for grilling and lounging! Gorgeous 3 bedroom and 2 full bath Victorian home located in downtown Boulder - walk to Pearl Street or stay and enjoy the sanctuary of the backyard! All 3 bedrooms offer a queen bed with closet and dresser so you can settle in. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a delicious home cooked meal, beds are made with soft linens and bathrooms are stocked with towels and soaps. Home offers modern kitchen with granite countertops and 1 push espressos, gorgeous dining room with bar, front sitting room with pellet stove and media/library room in addition to the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath. Secure WiFi as well as Cable and Apple TV where you can stream net flix or movies from your computer. Fenced in and professionally landscape backyard and deck offer perfect spot for grilling and dining or just relaxing on the outdoor living room furniture. Plenty of on street parking in addition to the driveway but a car really isn't necessary as you can take the RTD bus direct from the airport to a downtown stop just several blocks from the home. Spruce Pool is just one block away so the kids can splash around during hot summer days! 4 cruiser bikes available as well if you want to ride around the many bike paths and downtown. There is also a pack and play (no sheets) and baby gate at the house so you don't need to worry about lugging that with you:) Dogs are welcome with a doggie door, dog beds and a fenced in yard! Pets incur a one time $50 fee for additional cleaning. Early check in and late check out will incur a $50 fee if they can be accomidated.

This is a fantastic property! It’s a beautiful home with wonderful outdoor spaces and loads of charm. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, and sites. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely recommend staying here!

House was great. Fully appointed. You want for nothing. Location couldn’t be better. The backyard was serene and very pleasant.

Super cute home, lovely backyard with plenty of seating for family to enjoy outdoors. Convenient location. Not that we were spending any time watching TV but if you want to, it is a small TV with minimal viewing area. We were a little shocked that the one bedroom linen was full of dog hair, that was a little gross! Listing stated that there was air conditioning and unfortunately that was not true, it is a swamp cooler which normally may have been sufficient except that in damp weather it is pretty useless. Honestly the listing stating A/C was one of the reasons I rented the home, so I was very disappointed. Liz responded to my issues quickly which I appreciated and righted the linen issue. Home should truly be listed as sleeps 6 maybe 7. 7th is on a couch and 8 is on an air mattress. All and all the home is darling for 6 coupled adults and not in hot weather. We really did enjoy our stay just want others to have a better idea of what to expect.

This home is the perfect blend of character with just enough updates to make it perfectly comfortable!
Check in was easy and she even texted me to let me know when the home was ready! Detailed instructions helped us the navigate the home and had wonderful suggestions for dog friendly restaurants. The enclosed yard is just awesome for playing and pottying! The bench seats and conversation style chairs are perfect for cozy evenings and there are even dog toys! The kitchen is well stocked and the fridge is new! We had everything we could have needed! The owner is also very responsive and helped us immediately with the few questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

This home is in the perfect location to explore Boulder. It is well stocked with everything you need including good coffee. We utilized the bikes to get around town. Liz was responsive to all of our questions. Overall it was a perfect stay

We had a wonderful experience celebrating my daughters wedding. Liz’s house was perfect for the bridesmaids to prep the morning of the wedding and also we hosted a brunch the day after the wedding. Liz was extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at her home.

Liz had great communication before and during the stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. She even had a pack n play and gate for us to use. The beds were comfortable.

Our stay in this cute house in Boulder could not have been more perfect for our family during my son’s wedding weekend festivities. The kitchen was fully stocked and the backyard was beautiful. Another son, his wife and the grandkids stayed upstairs. It was so nice to have a portable crib and baby gate for them. Lots of room for them to play and explore too. We loved the front porch, quiet neighborhood and enjoyed walks to the park and Pearl street as well. Liz was very responsive to our questions and requests, allowing us to bring our gear early and check out a little late. Highly recommend this house for your stay!

This is a nice property for a backyard event. We held a small pre-wedding gathering for family and friends in the backyard/patio. There is plenty of seating and mingling space which provided a great spot for cocktails and casual conversation prior to dinner on Pearl Street.

My family enjoyed our stay, especially usuing the outdoor seating. It is a great location, walking distance to many stores and restuarants. The only issue we had was cooling the house. The cooling system is only upstairs and in 90 degree heat the downstairs was quite warm. I'm sure this is only an issue in August. Otherwise ii is a charming, comfortable home.

The house was very comfortable and clean! Great location into town. We could walk everywhere. The backyard was private and beautiful. It was perfect for our group of friends. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Boulder home and location
This home was perfect for our first Boulder trip. We came here for a week long softball tournament. We wanted a place to rest and relax between games and it was perfect. We spend most of our time on the comfortable backyard patio. The beds were comfortable and WiFi was excellent. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location was excellent and the neighborhood was safe.
The owner was very nice and accommodating. If I needed something, she responded quickly. We felt at home there!

Great place to stay and take in Boulder!
Liz, the host, is fantastic. The house is charming and perfect for a weekend getaway. We took our son on Colorado college tours and were happy to call this place “home” when we returned.

Great weekend spot in Boulder
Clean, well kept house, plenty of space for 4-5 adults. Liz was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the booking process as well as our stay. Close to Pearl Street Mall and a short drive to some good hikes and other fun spots. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful, quirky old house. Overall it worked well for our family road trip (my parents, and my two daughters, ages 1.5 and 4). The location was great for downtown Boulder, restaurants, grocery stores. We were two blocks away from a school park which was great for my daughters. Perfect spot to enjoy Boulder!
My family and I loved staying here! From start to finish, our host was phenomenal. She was quick to respond to our questions and provided several great local recommendations that really enhanced our stay. Definitely one of the best hosts I’ve encountered! The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, but still just a short walk to Pearl street. Such a great location to enjoy everything Boulder has to offer. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

My four daughters and I all loved this property! The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. My daughters loved the upstairs shower! We really enjoyed the back deck/yard. It was a perfect place for us to enjoy our morning coffee and evening glass of wine after hiking and exploring the Boulder area! We were able to walk to Boulder for shopping and eating out which was really nice. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone hoping to enjoy some time in Boulder :)
