Our condo is perfectly situated on the West corner, 6th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River and Water slide at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor. Phoenix Orange Beach is perfectly located right in the middle of Orange Beach! Conveniently located across the street are grocery stores and several restaurants including Moe's BBQ, Hurricane Grill, Starbucks, Chronic Tacos, Subway, Cafe Beignets, Rotolo's Pizzeria, Gilbys, Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen and many more. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Our family just left 601 Phoenix and wanted to let you know we enjoyed our stay but as noted by several of the people in your reviews the place could use some TLC. There were many holes in the walls and a few things that just were in need of repair. We tried to use the jets in the masterbath several times and it just spewed black moldy plastic. The carpets should be cleaned or replaced, the first 2 hours we were in the place we all noticed our feet were filthy. The tile was immaculately clean but the carpets were just horrible. We also could not get the remotes to the television in the living room to work. We had to download a universal remote app to watch tv. Not sure if that was us or a remote error. Also, the pots in the kitchen are pretty scrapped up with the non-stick coating flaking off. We however chose to weigh the pros against the cons and enjoy the beach and facilities. This was our first visit to Orange Beach and we are now big fans of the area. We hope to return and stay in another Phoenix condo. Hope this list will help you make some minor tweaks to the place for the next visitors.

We went the week before Labor Day when the AL schools had started. We enjoyed the fact that we had no wait time at bars, restaurants and shops. The beach was not crowded and sand was clean. We had a few days of red flags but utilized the lazy river. The condo was sufficient for 9 adults. Needs some TLC on things like drapes, ceiling fans, etc. we would go back. 6th floor was perfect. Parking garage was basically empty,

Property is as listed. Great location, easy parking with this unit, and beautiful view. We had a family of 7 with ages from 17-75, and all enjoyed it. Great bed and bathroom setup. Pool area is for sure more for kids but that would be only concern if you wanted a nice pool area. Not a concern for us as we stay at the beach. Would most definitely stay here again

Everything was great with the condo. Beautiful and spacious balcony. The indoor pool was over dosed with chlorine. Both of my grandchildren developed mild chlorine poisoning. No hospitalization but was sick for a few days. Maybe better ventilation in that area would help. We did really enjoy the outdoor lazy river.

Great location, so easy to walk to the beach. Nice indoor swimming option too for evening, rainy day. Plenty of room in condo for all 8 of us and plenty of bathrooms. Staff was great and barely saw other guest. Great location to go multiple places with a 10-20 min drive all directions.

Charlie was very kind to check in on our stay and had someone immediately take care of a small issue with a faucet once reported. Ms. Woods at the front desk was wonderful to deal with and helped us secure an extra parking pass when needed. The lazy river is a favorite for our family and Ike’s rentals took great care of our beach set up for the week. Wonderful vacation. We will definitely be renting this unit again in the future! Our group included 4 adults. Pros = excellent newer complex, parking on the same floor as condo was very convenient, condo is large and well appointed, balcony is large with tile flooring great/comfortable furniture, beautiful view of the beach and sunrise, easy access to the beach, booking agent/staff were very prompt and very helpful, there is staff on duty in the lobby of the complex, directly across the street from Publix and a Walmart. Beautiful white sand beach. Cons = 6th floor- view to west is impeded a bit and you are right above the water slide (loud kiddos below, but if you want to watch your kids it's perfect!), lots of large furnishings make the space seem smaller it seems, there were just a few cleaning concerns upon check in...but perhaps we are all just very sensitive right now?! Bathroom rugs did not appear washed, handprint in shower stall and children's handprints very evident on the inside of the entrance door (obviously had not been sanitized). Pros far far outweigh any cons. Thank you.
