Phoenix Orange Beach II 305 Come enjoy the newest Resort Complex on the Alabama Gulf Coast!! Come see why this 3rd Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family! Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room, Master bedroom and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 70" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a Queen and triple Twin bunk in the 4th bedroom, for sleeping up to 13. We also allow a guest to sleep on the sofa for up to 14 in the condo. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Beautiful family vacation!

I had a wonderful time with my friends of 30+ years. Being on the 3rd floor was a big bonus, basically the first row of condos. It was easy to access your car, the beach, the pool and lazy river. It was sparkling clean when we got there, lots of comfy seating on the deck, where we spent a lot of time. All 8 of us rented chairs and umbrellas for 4 days, a must for our age group, it’s very difficult to drag chairs and umbrellas out there every day. The umbrella guy set them up in a nice semi-circle for us. The lazy river was fun the gulf was warm and clear, not overly wavy, all in all great fun!

our family very much enjoy this property, our only disappointment was not clean, bed sheet were all wrinkly not very good smell, floor were duty and bathrooms need a extra hand to look very good, refrigerator was not clean in or out... disappointment they charge you for cleaning and find the property this way.

Phoenix Orange Beach was amazing! Lazy River, Slide were awesome. We had a wonderful time. Here are a few things we were not a fan of.
Comforters needed cleaning. No dressers except in master. Coat hooks would have been nice for clothing. We had to call for hangers and they were brought within 1/2 hour. Outdoor wicker furniture was broke and table rusted. Definitely need to be replaced. A few handles off bathroom drawers. Toaster did not work. The unit was beautiful but the tile was like a polished tile. Very slick. Also a sweeper would have been nice to have, not just a broom and swifter.
All in all we had a great time!!!

Phoenix Orange Beach II 305 is a fabulous unit on a prime stretch of beach and a beautiful overall property. The unit is so easily accessible from the parking garage and has a wonderful beach view via the two walls of windows facing the beach. Kitchen is nicely equipped and bedrooms/baths are very spacious. Unit is modern, clean and nicely decorated. The only improvement I'd suggest would be updated bedding. The indoor pool is spacious and great for the cooler days and the outdoor pool and lazy river was a favorite with our 6, 7 and 8 year old. There are grills on property that we utilized. The property was easily accessible to two different visits from friends relative to free parking and access to amenities. The rental agent was extremely gracious, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Overall experience was wonderful. I do recommend having more cleaning supplies and dish towels. There was only 1 dish towel and nothing to wipe down anything with. Also there was a broom but no dust pan.

The property was so beautiful that my brother-in-law began to cry when we entered it.. Just to see the sunrise and sunset on the water was amazing. My siblings, who are in their 60"s had never been to Florida or Alabama before. It was my pleasure to treat them.
The only problem was that we ran out of toilet paper and the desk would not give us any. They told us to call the owner.
I would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed with extended family and really enjoyed this property. Everything was very clean. Kids loved the lazy river and slide. Workout room was nice. We even had a small issue with HVAC and management was very quick to respond. Had a lovely time at this property. Great location too!

My wife and I, along with our three adult children, their spouses, and five grandchildren (13 total), enjoyed a week together at POB II. Unit 305 is awesome, and the resort-style amenities of the complex are remarkable. We do a family vacation every year, and have never gone to the same place twice. Next year, however, will be the exception. We're already booked for POB II 305, Sept 2023...can't wait. And next year there will be 14!

Beautiful condo & views! Nicely decorated. Both king size mattresses need to be updated due to sinking spots in the mattress. Thus makes it very difficult to get out of the beds.

Wonderful accommodations. Beautiful Panoramic views. Lots to do close by! Staff were great! Parking on the same level as the condo was definitely a plus. No complaints! Plenty of room for 3 families to spread out and have their own space but allowed us to all be together as well. Kids loved the lazy River and pool. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at this property for our fall break. We had two families of 5 and there was plenty of sleeping space. The house was clean and well stocked. May sound silly, but with 10 people in the house - they had plenty of silverware. So often we have one meal and no utensils left - not here. There is a keurig and a coffee maker. Lots of storage and seating. We also loved the ease of coming inside from the parking garage. Great views of the beach. We would come here again.

Let me start of by saying the decorations and the space in this condo were wonderful! The rooms were large in size - everything is so new and pretty! The view is beautiful - and parking on the same level was a breeze! I would say the condo was stocked very well!
The not so good - the condo was extremely dirty when we arrived, well after our check in time! It was like someone came in for about 5 minutes of cleaning and left. Sand still in the beds, dishwasher had dirty dishes, showers filthy, trash left in the condo, and more!! After a long trip we were ready to get settled which couldn’t happen in a place so dirty!! I tried several times to cal the management company with zero response. Because of course with a 4:30 check-in time and the office closed at 5:00 no way you would get someone on the phone. I then had to spend the next hour on the phone with VRBO because that was the only person I could finally talk to and they were able to finally reach someone in the management company to address the condo. The did send another cleaning crew at 9:00 at night, which we appreciated but at that point everyone was exhausted from the day!
Very disappointing! The remainder of the time in the condo was fine. A note about the property - the boardwalk to the beach is much further than places we have stayed at in the past and they set up a ton of chairs in front of the condo so if you bring your own chairs like we did be ready to fight for a spot!!
Overall the property was nice, but I am not sure after the check-in experience and not being able to reach anyone with an after hours number I would bring my family back!

The really good and not so good!

This property was perfect for us as a family. Plenty of space to be together and space for privacy. Location met the needs of all of our ages. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean.
