Talk of the Town is a custom, private end unit. Relax in the hot tub from your master bedroom balcony above the river while taking in the mountain views of the San Juans and Pagosa. Abundant deer, birds, fox, fish and more wander wildly in the wetlands and greenbelt across the river for your enjoyment. Star gaze with our telescope on those clear Pagosa nights. We have the best views on the San Juan River. Downtown is within walking distance and can be accessed from the new paved nature trail. Walk or bike to the world famous Hot Springs, restaurants, shopping, galleries, 4th of July parade and art festivals. During the Balloon Festival the balloons ascend across the river from your front row seat on the deck. "Talk of the Town" has just completed a professional remodel. You can see for yourself from the photos, the numerous upgrades and attention to detail and comfort. Decorated with personal attention with furnishings that fit the Colorado mountain experience! The kitchen is open to the living room that looks over the river and out to the spectacular views. Gather at the breakfast bar for a casual meal or sit in the dining room for a gourmet dinner. A second private living room/office is a comfortable getaway to watch a show, read a book or take a nap. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The place was very clean and well maintained. We were able to walk to dinner and the shops near the hot spring hotel. I would definitely come back to this place again!

This property is absolutely one of the best choices I’ve ever made for a VRBO. It has a view of the resort, yet private and quiet. The resort is under massive construction now and will be for quite awhile. This condo has the views, amenities, comfort and quiet with easy access to all of the area. The owner is very responsive and helpful. You won’t regret this choice.

Very nice condo right on the San Juan River. We really enjoyed our stay here for our daughters wedding. Very close to the hot springs and city of Pagosa. Our host, Beth was very accommodating with all of our date changes. We will stay here again when in Pagosa.

This was a 60th birthday celebration for friends. This condo was incredible. It had everything one could imagine or need. Felt like being at home only better. Everything is updated and super clean. The location could not be beat. Woke up to the sound of the river every morning with coffee on the balcony and went to sleep every night with cocktails watching the moon. Very short walk to grocery store liquor store and all kinds of shopping and eating downtown.
Beth the manager was super generous and sweet and took care of anything we needed. I will definitely be back. Book this place you will love it.

Perfect location on the San Juan River with a view of downtown Pagosa Springs. We’d have coffee (which was supplied) on the back deck and watch the sunrise over the mountain, the deer in the field, and the ducks float down the river. Beautiful!
The house was clean, and supplied with all the essentials. The hostess was sweet and easy to reach. We had six women and a child from our family on this trip to attend a wedding, there was plenty of room and we all loved it!
(PS. If you come here, rent tubes from Ski and Bow Rack and float down the river.)

We’ve stayed here before. Absolutely love the location and everything about the townhouse. It’s perfect for our family of 5. Skiing is 30 minutes away. Walkable to the amazing restaurants & coffee shops in downtown. We absolutely love it! Pagosa is our home away from home & this location is perfect.

Loved the hot tub and the kitchen had everything you need. The beds were comfy and house is decorated well and super clean! House is super close to town and the views are beautiful from back. We’ll be back!

This unit truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was so well stocked we were able to make a full Thanksgiving meal without any problems. The place is clean and comfortable, and an easy walk to the springs and shops in "town." Teens loved the hot tub, and we loved hearing the river just below the deck. You can't go wrong renting this place!

We had a great time staying at "The talk of the town"! It was conveniently located directly on the river. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Being able to park in a garage was a huge perk. We spent part of every day in the hot tub. (This is the only unit in the building with one.) Beth stopped by to make sure we didn't need anything. She was very helpful. We would love to stay here again in the future for sure!

Beth's place is fantastic! It is very comfortable with nice decor and an extremely well stocked kitchen. The garage is a huge bonus that you don't get with many other rentals, not to mention the hot tub with amazing views on the top balcony. We LOVED it and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Beth was very quick to respond and help out however needed. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Close to everything. The river was right below the condo. The condo had everything you needed. Beth was amazing, let us check in early, responded to all our questions quickly. Had a nice stay.

Talk of the Town was the perfect home for us! Beth truly thought Of everything in order to make our stay perfect. Communicating with Beth was so easy and she had the best local recommendations. Our stay was awesome. The amenities provided as well as the location were awesome. We loved the location on the river, and were able to relax after spending time on the mountain skiing. Great Townhome on the River
Our family had a wonderful stay at this amazing townhome! It's in walking distance to restaurants, shops, the grocery store, and more. We loved being on the river not only for the beauty and serenity but also, it was a great opportunity for the kids to go down and play in the water. The house is just a few blocks from an amazing park and you'll see wildlife daily. We couldn't have asked for more with this amazing find and we look forward to coming back.
