Mountain Bearadise offers games, a custom theater and a beautiful view of the mountain from every room! Unforgettable! Upon entering the cabin, you'll be taken aback by cathedral ceilings and beautiful views of the mountain. When you are finally able to pull your eyes from the mountain view, (also available in every room in this cabin) you will find that the cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful stack stone fireplace and TV. When it's time to eat you can gather at the rustic, wood kitchen table, where you'll have seating for 10 or at the extended counter which has 3 bar stools. The living room has a stack stone fireplace, large HD television and DVD player. It offers plush seating on 2 sofas (one is a sleeper sofa), a loveseat and a swivel rocking chair, all positioned perfectly for hours of talking, lounging and entertainment. This 3 level cabin offers a full arcade and theater experience complete with a pool table, air hockey, PacMan with 60 games (galaga, dig dug, etc), 2 Fast & Furious motorcycle racing arcades, a Need for Speed racing arcade, Dance Revolution arcade, a shooting game, Bass Fishing and mini basketball arcade all of which are set on freeplay! The custom theater-style media room boasts a large 11' projector screen and surround sound! It has 10 theater-style seats for hours of comfortable entertainment. Bring dvds, or sign into your streaming accounts, the theater rooms do not have satellite TV. Additionally, you'll find a bistro table with 2 chairs for a riveting one-on-one game of cards or simple relaxation. Mountain Bearadise can host a large group comfortably with 4 bedrooms and the sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a huge aspen king log bed and dresser. There are two bedrooms on the upper level, one with a king log bed and dresser and the other offers a queen log bed and dresser. The lower level has a full size bunk bed. Each bedroom also has it's own bathroom. There are two large decks on this cabin to ensure your group enjoys the fresh air and amazing scenery courtesy of the Great Smoky Mountains. The deck also boasts a log picnic table, rustic log swing, log rocking chairs and a large bubbling Jacuzzi hot tub. Cabin looks like an older model. May need a few renovations. Overall stay was very nice. Kids enjoyed the games. Could’ve been cleaner, including the trash outside the trash receptacle beside the unit. Had a great time but don’t think I would recommend to another guest without knowing if these issues were addressed.

This place was perfect for our Family Christmas trip. The arcade games were a huge hit. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Air filters absolutely loaded with dust.
Dust on all surfaces, that had been there awhile.
Linens smelled like mildew.
Projector didnt work, hot tub dirty, several light bulbs out, most remotes didnt have backs on them. The outdoor trash cans were full upon arrival. Windows/doors to deck was loaded with fingerprints and what looked like snot.
I called to let them know, they sent fresh towels out but no one showed up to check the projector or clean the hot tub or bring light bulbs.
Excellent location, if the cabin was cleaned and working as advertised, would be a 5/5. The property manager was very nice, but unfortunately didnt fix our issues while staying there, with the exception of the towels.
This is frustrating to have to pay a cleaning fee, yet upon arrival the cabin was nowhere near clean and some of the amenities didnt work.

When we arrived at 4:00 the cleaners were still there. The hot tub was dirty and never clean enough to use. The cabin was not the cleanest. Still had toothpaste in and on the sink from previous guests. Dishes didn’t seem clean, cobwebs throughout the cabin, and dead bugs in the shower. Kids loved the arcade, the views were amazing. The drive up was very vertical but not a lot of traffic so not bad.

We all loved this peoperty. It had alot of room for all of us (there was 7 of us). It has awesome views and beautiful wood throughout the cabin, 3 king beds, very nice.pupppppppAwesome cabin

Cabin was as expected, could use a deep cleaning , grands and adults enjoyed the games and theatre room, had beautiful views at night of the fireworks at Dollywood, had visit 3 days from a black bear grands loved that

Prior to our trip I asked the host to verify all games were working. I was told they were. The air hokey table had no puck to play. Last day we got a puck and the table just jams. Clean on the face but dirty socks found behind the games in basement, filthy under the beds and the downstairs shower had no shower head. Also the jets on the right side of the hot tube do not work. We enjoyed our trip but spent a lot of money and I’m unsure the price met the expectations.

This was an amazing place for a weekend getaway! We had no problems with our stay! I do think it could have been cleaner but otherwise it was an amazing weekend!

The cabin was very dirty. There were cobwebs all over, the carpet hasn’t been cleaned in I would say at least a year, floors were sticky, half of the lights had burnt out bulbs, the toilet was leaking( they did fix that promptly),the top bunk bed had not had its sheets changed and was soiled in urine, all surfaces were dirty including dirt caked on the bunk bed steps. We spent several hours cleaning..there were other maintenance things that needed taken care of...I sent a text with a few. Angie was great and very quick to respond. She sent a maintain guy to do 2 things and he came but only did one. She also offered to send someone to clean the next day. We didn’t want someone to come as we thought it would be ready upon arrival, didn’t want to waste part of our trip waiting on someone , and had several children with us trying to have fun. She did issue a partial refund which I was satisfied with. This place has a lot of potential. It needs a very good cleaning.

The cabin was gorgeous and had plenty to keep you entertained. The location is near everything so don’t have to drive far for anything. Would definitely stay again

The cabin was dirty (cobwebs EVERYWHERE..floors were dirty..bathrooms were not cleaned..that is just some things)..there were maintenance things that needed taken care of...I had made a list with some stuff on it that needed attention to and sent an email to company/manager and they never responded to me..they sent a maintain guy to do 2 things and he was also suppose to come back at lunch time and didnt..overall the experience was negative and will not deal with this cabin company again..

View from this cabin was amazing at both morning and nighttime. Cabin was clean, roomy!!! Hot tub didn’t get as hot as it should have. We did have a bear come up at the back of the cabin one night about 10:30 and he came back the next morning around 8:30. Overall very nice and enjoyed our stay!!!

Property was in a convenient location near Gatlinburg. Easy to get to if you followed the directions given by host. Beds were comfortable, kids loved the movie theatre. Plenty of space for a family to spread out. Very quiet during the day and evening. Photos looked exactly like the cabin. We saw lots of wildlife including a frequent bear visitor the kids loved watching from a distance. Only downfall is cabin could have used a little better cleaning and someone had stolen the locked trash container so we couldn’t take our trash out and it piled up in the kitchen. And a few games didn’t turn on but we were busy away from the cabin so it didn’t matter to us much. There were plenty of others. We assume these minor issues were due to short staffing issues and this is not the normal. (We had spider webs in 2 of the showers and over some of the windows at a level that was manageable for someone to clean. We contacted host about trash when we couldn’t find container and that’s when we found out it was stolen and they said they would send maintenance to get it but never responded back about what time and we were going into town so we assume we missed them. Not a huge deal since we didn’t want to leave it out side since we had a frequent bear visitor) All in all a good stay and I would stay again in hopes it’s better the second time around.

Beautiful location, lovely cabin, proximity to attractions all make this a wonderful stay! My grandkids just loved the arcade games and we all enjoyed the hot tub! We saw a wild turkey and a black bear right outside the cabin. Would most certainly recommend the cabin to our friends!

DIRTY, ROACHES, Cobwebs & spiders everywhere
Very disappointed! Had talked with property manager several times about having little ones and the specific need of it being clean for that specific reason. Gave it one star might would’ve given to because the games and movie theater made the kids stay fun. Towels were dirty, house was dirty, several roaches and spiders. Lots of things need to be fixed main bathroom shower/tub feels like it’s falling in. Boards on deck sticking up and dangerous for everyone. The views were absolutely beautiful, but the house is just not taken care of and cleaning company is not doing their job!! There were so many cobwebs and spiders inside and outside the house- seems like could be given a little extra time cleaning to make it more comfortable & inviting especially with it being a kid specific rental! I will say Angie was fast to respond and was friendly. Sad to see such a great place not taken care of!!

Enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay for games and kids had blast. The cabin wasn't the cleanest. We redid towels, re cleaned what we could. Alot of cobb webs. Spider webs, messy glass, hair on floor, hot tub smelled cleaned but didn't look it,, etc.

On the hot tub Only the left side of the jet’s would work on low. It wouldn’t cut on high at all so at night when it was cold outside the temp would tremendously drop. One bathroom didn’t have a shower head at all. The shooting game don’t work. The theater speakers were blown (but they came to fix). We had 8 people (which they knew) and not even enough towels for each person to have a towel. Really really needed cleaned. We paid a lot of money for our stay but would have never booked this cabin if we would have known about the hot tub. That was the reason for booking a cabin to get away and relax in the hot tub. We know things can go wrong but the hot tub you guys knew about but didn’t tell us it was messed up! Super disappointed in our stay

I wished I would have known this and I would have planned more meals to enjoy at the cabin. So much to do. All of the video games were in working order and the cabin was beautiful.
There was a bit of dust in the blinds, high windows and window sills.
It is a steep drive up and smaller driveway but fit our 2 full size trucks with good parking.

Very roomy and beautiful cabin

We have stayed in other cabins in the past in pigeon forge and they have never been dusty or dirty! This cabin was just dusty dirty coffee machine , dirty cups, nasty bathrooms!
The cabin it looks like the picture and everything but it was just not clean at all!
she did refund the cleaning fee and I send her pictures of everything but I will not be staying there again!

You had EVERYTHING in this house! We had so much planned and when we got there, we decided to go get groceries and stay there! There were tons of arcade games, the movie theater, and the hot tub. What more could you want? The property manager, Angie, was fantastic with getting back to us, and the cabin was very clean and conveniently half way between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Perfect vacation spot!

It was a great cabin with great entertainment options and plenty of space. My only complaint is it wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Floors weren’t clean especially in the game room and theater area. Spilled drinks and food were under theater seats. Almost all of the cooking wear had old food stuck to it. This would definitely be a 5 star cabin if it had been properly cleaned.
