Our rates are based on a 30 DAY period, as follows: 2024 Low Season Nov. 1 through Mar. 31 $2,250 CAD ($75. per night) 2024 Mid Season Apr 1-Jun 30 and Sept 1-Oct 31 $2,400 CAD ($80. per night) 2024 High Season July and August $2,550 CAD ($85. per night) Please feel free to call us, whether you are a returning guest or a new one, at 604*873+4890. For your peace of mind, due to covid we are doing EXTRA CLEANING and DISINFECTING between each guest plus cleaning supplies are provided for your use. This lovely and private garden suite is located in a beautiful fully-renovated heritage home in a friendly and vibrant neighbourhood. It is attractively furnished and is comfortable and spacious. The suite has a private entrance, a large kitchen, and a beautiful garden patio. This suite is perfect for parents, and grandparents, visiting kids in the neighborhood, travelers of any description, and temporary work placements of all kinds. Are you tired of hotels with no kitchen facilities, looking for some authentic neighbourhood feel, or visiting with relatives and friends but want your own space too? If this describes you, come and stay in your own home away from home while you are in Vancouver! We've recently upgraded the shower to a walk-in shower. Whether you are vacationing with family, travelling on business, here with the film or entertainment industry, or a government employee temporarily assigned in Vancouver we offer a comfortable and affordable furnished suite for your longer stay (30 days plus). Convenient central location with easy access to all the amenities, you are a two minute walk along our quiet tree-lined street to the best part of fabulous Commercial Drive, with shops, groceries, restaurants, live music/entertainment, recreational facilities and the greatest selection of coffee shops anywhere! And by the way, Vancouver is a top micro-brewery destination, and many fine micro breweries are in our area. By car you are just a 8 minute drive to the city center and a 30 minute drive to any location in the city, from the beaches of Kitsilano, to the mountains of the North Shore, to the BC ferry portal to the Gulf Islands and Victoria. We are very close to public transit: buses are a block away, Skytrain (rapid transit) is a 12 minute walk. Many guests opt to go car free as travelling around the city is super easy, but if you have a car, we have a large off street parking space just for you. Susan and Leslie are the most wonderful hosts and keep the property so cozy, comfortable, and stocked with anything you could possibly need. They are so friendly and personable - even when there was a bit of a medical situation on their end, they were there for anything I needed. The location is amazing, easy to get anywhere in Vancouver via the skytrain or Evo, and Commercial Drive has everything - groceries, cafes, restaurants, shopping. I loved staying here and will definitely check this listing first upon my next work trip to Vancouver. Thank you for everything!

I had a marvelous time in Vancouver. The property is located a block off Commercial Drive which is a vibrant multicultural street with multiple ethnic grocers and restaurants and is perfect for people watching. I walked it every day! While the Drive is a happening street, the surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood with many slow streets and dedicated bike paths. There is a bus stop 3 minutes away and a Skytrain station less than 10 minutes away, so getting anywhere in the city is a breeze. The suite is fully equipped with just about anything one would need and is quiet and comfortable and with a marvelous relaxing outdoor area. Leslie and Susan were welcoming and so helpful. I hated to leave and will be back!

Leslie and Susan were THE PERFECT HOSTS for us. We moved to Vancouver and this was our first home. They were super helpful and approachable. The home is packed with literally everything one would need to live here. We were thrilled with how easy it was for us to integrate into The Vancouver lifestyle in this property. It is super well connected by bus and skytrain and I cannot think of absolutely any complaints with our stay. 10/10 will love to stay here again and happy to have made our first family in Canada.

Susan and Leslie run a wonderful little spot just of Commercial Drive. The property is welllocated with all the amenities one could require within walking distance. We enjoyed the stay immensely. Highly recommended

Leslie and Susan were very easy to deal with throughout, the apartment was a perfect size for me and confortable, and the wifi worked well. It was a two minute walk to the main drag of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, a really interesting, lively area.

The only thing better than the location and facilities were Susan and Leslie themselves. WONDERFUL STAY!!!
We stayed here from Nov to Mar and it could not have been better. Not only was this suite perfect for two, the location was ideal for daily walks, market shopping, and restaurants. The only thing better than the location and facilities were Susan and Leslie themselves. We were always very comfortable and safe at this location and will be back every time we visit the Vancouver area.

Comfortable accommodation with gracious hosts and everything you need for a good vacation. It's located convenient to transportation (bus and Expo line) and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and groceries. The lovely patio in back is an added bonus when the whether is nice.

The apt had what I needed - specific off street parking, garden sitting area, a good kitchen, cleanliness. The ceilings are little low if you are tall. Staying for three weeks in this suite was the best part of my time in Vancouver. The place is simply impeccable. It is lovely, charming, cozy and of extreme comfort, and my days there will be forever remembered. I had a memorable stay there and it for sure contributed (immensely) for me to keep the peace of mind I needed to stay focused on my hours (and hours and hours) of study. Susan and Leslie are just the best "landladies" you can ask for: constantly concerned about your stay, gentle and sweet. If I could, I would give a whole constellation of stars to evaluate the Graveley Suite!

Staying for three weeks in this suite was the best part of my time in Vancouver. The place is simply impeccable. A real home from home.
A spacious and very comfortable garden suite. It comes fully equipped allowing self catering. The location is near to the vibrant Commercial Drive will plenty of shops and restaurants. The property has its own secure access and is on one level.
A 15 minute walk away is the skytrain and bus routes giving easy access to the whole city. We didn't have a car in Vancouver and used public transport every day. We even got to Grouse Mountain and back for only $10 each . We have been very comfortable and relaxed here and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Vancouver
The hosts, Susan and Leslie are around if you need anything and are a good source of local knowledge.

Great Outdoor Space
Clean apartment with everything you could want to make yourself at home. We were at the end of a 3 week vacation and it was nice to do some laundry and chill on the shaded patio after a day of touring Vancouver. We used public transit. It took around 40 min to reach downtown.area.

Lovely Home Away From Home
Lovely and delightful place to stay. It was great to have a homey base for adventuring through vancouver. Commercial street is super close which is great for grabbing a bite to eat or just strolling. Susan welcomed us after we got all of our bags settled and told us loads of places to visit in Vancouver. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect. Clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient.
Have booked self catering accommodation in other countries and this was among the most comfortable and homey. Very much as described. 2 blocks to groceries, banks and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood.

Lovely garden suite
The suite was perfect with everything we needed for a home away from home. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The outdoor area was lovely, although it was a bit cool for us to make use of it in April. Leslie and Susan were very helpful to us a couple of times, especially when we needed a ride to the train station to pick up our rental car. This is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. It is an easy walk to lots of shops and restaurants on Commercial Drive. The private parking at the rear of the property was very convenient.

Very clean, nicely decorated garden suite. Kitchen had everything you need to cook.The bed was comfortable, very quiet area. No door on the bedroom just a curtain but fine for two people or a family.
Our hosts Leslie and Susan were very nice, very helpful. Made checking in easy and left clear directions on how things worked in the suite.
There is a lovely garden to sit in if you get a warm day. We had some issues with the gas BBQ but Leslie said they are planning to correct this.
We would recommend this apartment and would gladly return again on our next visit to Vancouver.

Great place to stay.
I highly recommend this rental. It is extremely clean, has everything you might need and has a great location. I had a wonderful time traveling during the day and being able to come "home" in the evening.

Excellent experience!
We found a Lovely Suite at Leslie's Home and it could not have been better! We had all the conveniences of home, in addition to warmth and comfort. She has provided her guests with every detail of a wonderful stay, and we could not find anything that was lacking or not to our liking... There were kitchen utensils and appliances in abundance, lots of living room charm, bath extras, personal heat adjustment, laundry, comfortable bed. She is there if you need anything, but she is not hovering over. It's all terrific.
Leslie goes to every length to make your stay exceptional!
We highly recommend a stay at her VRBO.

Clean, quaint, with great location
The place was very cozy, clean, and sweet. The outside patio area was lovely. It was very convenient to have the parking as well! Leslie was very kind and helpful with any questions we had, a real calm in the city!

Just perfect!
We were so pleased to have chosen to stay here. The thoughtfully laid out floorplan made it easy for our family of four to stay. The weather was beautiful so we ate outside in our private garden area from delicious produce we had bought 5 mins away on Commercial Drive. We took advice and bought from Santa Barbara and Normans and bought a fabulous ice cream too! Leslie kindly showed us the laundry and we caught up with washing too. This is a happy, very comfortable place to stay and in a great location.

Quiet and comfortable
Lovely little suite tucked behind a garden, well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Grocery stores and restaurants close by, walkable neighbourhood, but felt a little uneasy on Commercial Drive after 8 pm., I guess that's why they call it a DRIVE. Hostesses were not welcoming but if we needed anything one of them was right there and very helpful. This really wasn't a problem as sometimes vacationers just want to be left alone.
The property was clean and well maintained and we enjoyed our stay there.

Great Location
This cozy basement apartment was perfect for our stay. We had no car and used public transport (train and buses). The house was within walking distance of a grocery store, markets with fresh produce, and plenty of restaurants. We were able to walk to the train station each day (only about a 15 minute walk and then 15 minute train ride to downtown) and then from there could do all of the hotspots Vancouver had to offer (Stanley Park, Capilano Bridge, Granville Island, Forbidden Vancouver Tours, etc). We were also able to take the train from the airport and back. The garden is nice and quiet, and the apartment itself is clean, well kept, and well stocked. We were very appreciative of the 2 umbrellas that were provided. If you plan to just relax and stay in for your stay they had plenty of channels on tv, a bookshelf full of books, and the wifi worked great. There are usb charging ports next to the bed, which is really comfortable. Leslie and Susan were very nice, and checked to see if we needed anything. This is a great place to stay!

Location Location!
This place was amazing! Cute little unit, super clean and has everything you could possibly need for anything in there. The best part is the location, literally around the corner from probably 30 restaurants and pubs, tons of coffee shops, little grocery shops and a full grocery store if you need. We had a car, and it was easy to get everywhere from here, probably about 10-15 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to check out! Home at night, the patio was relaxing to sit on, and there was a BBQ if you need to cook your meat from the butcher around the corner or your bags of food from the Granville island market :)
I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!
