Our rates are based on a 30 DAY period, as follows: 2024 Low Season Nov. 1 through Mar. 31 $2,250 CAD ($75. per night) 2024 Mid Season Apr 1-Jun 30 and Sept 1-Oct 31 $2,400 CAD ($80. per night) 2024 High Season July and August $2,550 CAD ($85. per night) Please feel free to call us, whether you are a returning guest or a new one, at 604*873+4890. For your peace of mind, due to covid we are doing EXTRA CLEANING and DISINFECTING between each guest plus cleaning supplies are provided for your use. This lovely and private garden suite is located in a beautiful fully-renovated heritage home in a friendly and vibrant neighbourhood. It is attractively furnished and is comfortable and spacious. The suite has a private entrance, a large kitchen, and a beautiful garden patio. This suite is perfect for parents, and grandparents, visiting kids in the neighborhood, travelers of any description, and temporary work placements of all kinds. Are you tired of hotels with no kitchen facilities, looking for some authentic neighbourhood feel, or visiting with relatives and friends but want your own space too? If this describes you, come and stay in your own home away from home while you are in Vancouver! We've recently upgraded the shower to a walk-in shower. Whether you are vacationing with family, travelling on business, here with the film or entertainment industry, or a government employee temporarily assigned in Vancouver we offer a comfortable and affordable furnished suite for your longer stay (30 days plus). Convenient central location with easy access to all the amenities, you are a two minute walk along our quiet tree-lined street to the best part of fabulous Commercial Drive, with shops, groceries, restaurants, live music/entertainment, recreational facilities and the greatest selection of coffee shops anywhere! And by the way, Vancouver is a top micro-brewery destination, and many fine micro breweries are in our area. By car you are just a 8 minute drive to the city center and a 30 minute drive to any location in the city, from the beaches of Kitsilano, to the mountains of the North Shore, to the BC ferry portal to the Gulf Islands and Victoria. We are very close to public transit: buses are a block away, Skytrain (rapid transit) is a 12 minute walk. Many guests opt to go car free as travelling around the city is super easy, but if you have a car, we have a large off street parking space just for you. Susan and Leslie are the most wonderful hosts and keep the property so cozy, comfortable, and stocked with anything you could possibly need. They are so friendly and personable - even when there was a bit of a medical situation on their end, they were there for anything I needed. The location is amazing, easy to get anywhere in Vancouver via the skytrain or Evo, and Commercial Drive has everything - groceries, cafes, restaurants, shopping. I loved staying here and will definitely check this listing first upon my next work trip to Vancouver. Thank you for everything!

I had a marvelous time in Vancouver. The property is located a block off Commercial Drive which is a vibrant multicultural street with multiple ethnic grocers and restaurants and is perfect for people watching. I walked it every day! While the Drive is a happening street, the surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood with many slow streets and dedicated bike paths. There is a bus stop 3 minutes away and a Skytrain station less than 10 minutes away, so getting anywhere in the city is a breeze. The suite is fully equipped with just about anything one would need and is quiet and comfortable and with a marvelous relaxing outdoor area. Leslie and Susan were welcoming and so helpful. I hated to leave and will be back!

Leslie and Susan were THE PERFECT HOSTS for us. We moved to Vancouver and this was our first home. They were super helpful and approachable. The home is packed with literally everything one would need to live here. We were thrilled with how easy it was for us to integrate into The Vancouver lifestyle in this property. It is super well connected by bus and skytrain and I cannot think of absolutely any complaints with our stay. 10/10 will love to stay here again and happy to have made our first family in Canada.

Susan and Leslie run a wonderful little spot just of Commercial Drive. The property is welllocated with all the amenities one could require within walking distance. We enjoyed the stay immensely. Highly recommended

Leslie and Susan were very easy to deal with throughout, the apartment was a perfect size for me and confortable, and the wifi worked well. It was a two minute walk to the main drag of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, a really interesting, lively area.

We stayed here from Nov to Mar and it could not have been better. Not only was this suite perfect for two, the location was ideal for daily walks, market shopping, and restaurants. The only thing better than the location and facilities were Susan and Leslie themselves. We were always very comfortable and safe at this location and will be back every time we visit the Vancouver area.
