Located in Newport, this attractive condo for $198 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Absolutely panoramic Ocean views are yours from this fabulous Nye Beach condo! It has a great open floor plan which makes for a very comfortable and relaxed feeling with all the comforts of home. It is located on the ground floor which makes it easily accessible with a designated parking space ( # 107)directly across from the front door. Not toddler proofed. Wall heaters low to floor with no partitions in place. Open stairs out deck to ground level. It has one large bedroom with queen bed and two full bathrooms. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests as well as a roll away bed available to accommodate a total of 2-4 people. Relax on the covered deck to view the ocean and fabulous sunsets, or enjoy the grassy lawn directly out the patio doors. Cable HDTV in the large living area with available DVD player. Free Internet access. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy your meals with all the finest dinnerware and service. Many extra condiments with coffee and teas. Within easy walking distance you can enjoy the quaint historic Nye Beach district with lots of restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and gift shops, or enjoy a stroll on the beach. The deck is protected with plexiglass front and overhead coverage and has chairs for sitting to enjoy the fresh outdoors. Or enjoy the fabulous sunsets from indoors as well as the wild winter surfs.

Clean and well- stocked condo with a great view. Loved the lanai! Easy beach access. Everything we needed and then some. Nice appliances and meal prep items. Roomy and comfortable bed and furniture plus 2 bathrooms! Nice neighborhood and close to grocery stores, etc. Great restaurants on the harbor. We really enjoyed it!!

I can not recommend this place enough - although not to much cause then it will always be booked and I wont be able to get it again! 2 min walk and you are on the sand at Nye Beach! Across from the Tap House and food is YUMMO! The owner of this condo is spectacular and 5 star!

You could not find a better location for Nye Beach. Quick and easy access to the beach and all the best restaurants just a short walk away. The decor is a bit dated but the view is unbelievable. It’s a great place to stay.

This place felt very homey. Our hostess had the mostest! She provided a nice welcoming gift card to a great breakfast place, nuts and chocolate, coffee, hot chocolate and all sorts of condiments in the cupboards. Oh and the location is absolutely fabulous! After a 2 day drive from Montana it was awesome to check in and be able to walk right out onto the beach. Thank you Shirley! Wish we could have stayed with you longer!💕

My best friend and I had the most amazing, wonderful and relaxing time at your condo. You felt so comfy and relaxed. We also loved the little extra touch of a welcoming gift which we greatly appreciated in the evenings along with the gift certificate. ❤️ There were so many extra touches to our stay which made it so wonderful and we will definitely be back!!!

Condo is well kept, location fits our plan and the view is awesome. Nice enclave of businesses to which you can walk and the town of Newport has all the amenities within a very short drive. Oregon coast at its finest.

The location of this property is perfect for me. The property has everything I need to enjoy my time at the Oregon Coast. The host is very friendly, helpful, and attentive to detail. The host, and their housekeeper, also went above and beyond to help me when I left something behind on this property! I plan to return to this property in the future!!

Took my girlfriend on a weekend getaway to this lovely condo. Amazing view and close to many shops and restaurants. Experience was outstanding and communication from the host was stellar. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our time at this condo. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked for dinners at home. We liked having easy walking access to the Nye Beach shops and to the beach right outside our condo. Looking forward to a return trip soon!

This is a very nice condo. It is just the right size for two people. I think it might be a little tight with children, but doable. The condo was very clean, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware and many pantry items. I could hear some footsteps above me, but I never heard any voices, TV's or music from neighboring units. I can't vouch for the weather when "you" go, but it was perfect while I was there, except for the fog rolling in and "cancelling" my sunsets both nights! Ha! Truly, I have no complaints at all.

The rental worked out perfectly for us. We walked to restaurants from here. We walked to the end of the parking lot for the path to the beach. Loved having 2 bathrooms for 4 people and the spare blowup bed worked great. Thanks again for a great stay.

I want to thank Shirley for making us feel so welcome at her condo. It was so very nice to have a welcome gift and card on the table when we arrived. We really enjoyed our trip, even though it rained most of the time... The view and location are excellent! The condo is well stocked with essential items you may need. You walk in the door and there is the Pacific Ocean! Condo was clean and comfortable. Access to beach was easy as it was a short walk right around the corner. Nye Beach area was quiet with restaurants within walking distance. We walked to both lighthouses (1-2 miles away, one way). Great porch from which to watch kites, dogs, and children. Plus great spot to watch sunsets. There is much to see and do, the historical harbor is truly a working fishing port and the sea lions add an extra element of authenticity.
