This unit is usually not available during summer as it is part of a larger property. In the Heart of Saugatuck, Sometimes available. This intimate suite is in the center of town, facing the harbor. It has King bed and attached bath with walk-in shower and granite vanity and a custom built full efficiency kitchen. Recently redecorated with seating area, custom screen and TV which may be viewed from bedroom or living area. High ceilings, Cork floors. Only available some times based on occupancy. Great location in the heart of Saugatuck to walk to restaurants, entertainment, shopping or to just strolll docks out front with coffee or ice cream cone. Intimate Swanky Modern King unit in multi-unit building - Features cork floors, 10 ft ceilings, Brick accent wall, Seating area with love seat and 2 chairs. There is HDTV with Cable, and WiFi, and Mini Fridge and Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. AC/Heat with Remote control. Fanaway Ceiling Fan. Features French door walkout and view of harbor and park to watch the harbor or people watching. This unit is is smaller and intimate for couple that wants place in town to explore town. It has Street Parking in front and sometimes has parking space ( based on occupancy) This is not an appropriate unit with child due to the small size and has occupancy rating of 2. Great long weekend. Location is perfect for walking around Saugatuck and enjoying the shops, restaurants, bars or parks. The place is comfortable, cozy and clean.

What a perfect location!.. Even sitting on the sofa, you have clear view of the water. The excellent food at the Butler is across the street, and most of the shops and bars downtown are a block or two away. Second year we've visited the free silent disco at the city event center. The property is a comfortable home-away-from-home that we thoroughly enjoyed for a 3 day weekend.

Extremely well-located near the hustle and bustle of the town, while being sort of tucked away and definitely quiet at night. Host was super gracious (including leaving wine and snacks!) and was a great communicator.

My stay there was amazing! It was a such a cute little place. It was the perfect location and Marta even left a dip and chips for me to have during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!!!

This was a bad places we have stayed. We were welcome with goodies which was awesome. The rental is perfect for two people. Quaint cottage in the perfect location on water Street close to everything. You don’t even need to get in your car ; walk to great restaurants and shops!
Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

This property, located in the Historic District, was super clean, very cute, had a comfy king bed, and a nice view of the river. It was within walking distance to shopping and restaurants/bars/coffee shops, and just a few miles away from the Saugatuck Dunes State Park/Felt Mansion County Park area with miles of great hiking/cross country ski trails. We highly recommend staying here!

We had an opportunity for a quick 2 day getaway to Saugatuck. This rental and the whole experience was Outstanding!! The rental was immaculate and every detail was very well done. Marta was a perfect owner to deal with in all respects, gave us great suggestions of restaurants and things to do. We can't wait to return!

Third year in a row!
My dearest friend and I have retreated here for three years now. We love the location, the front porch, full kitchen, quality, ambiance, everything. Marta has been an excellent host, year after year and we are grateful to have found this lovely place to celebrate our friendship in total peace and comfort. Thank you Marta! Location
The property is in the heart of downtown with a harbor view. All of the shops and restaurants are within a few blocks. The unit is nicely decorated. The quaint garden out front was my favorite spot. The only issues of concern are lack of parking and hearing the people upstairs walking around.

A beautifully appointed apartment over looking the harbor on the Kalamazoo river. So clean, so pretty, so perfect for our three day get away!

Quaint European Style Kitchenette
This is a lovely property in a great location. The Owner is wonderful to work with and in the midst of a pandemic, the unit was extraordinarily clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The only negative is the on-street parking. This is the busiest street in Saugatuck and It's difficult to find parking mid-Summer near the unit. All-in-all, highly recommend as a rental.

Perfect little Gem
This is perfect for a couples get away and right across from the park. Marta’s place has everything you need and in Walking distance to everything! Clean, cute and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. The special treats that welcomed us were a nice touch.

I liked the full kitchen with dishes and utensils. Studio apartment layout and decor reminded me of being back in Europe. Hardware in bathroom needs to be re-tightened.
