This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 9 with a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and full-sized futon. The vaulted ceilings lend an open feel and the updated kitchen is perfect for making home-cooked meals. The patio offers a private hot tub, and with the resort shuttle picking up nearby you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants, and area festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub. The entryway has a closet, a long bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features vaulted ceilings with beautiful wood paneling, a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. Just off the living area you can access the patio that offers scenic views and a private hot tub. There is also a private grill for your use. The homeowner has provided a selection of books and toys for the enjoyment of families. There are also two pack n' plays, two baby gates, a high chair and kid's stool. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. There are three full bathrooms. The guest bathroom on the main level has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The master bedroom is upstairs and features a king-sized bed and a comfortable chair for lounging. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. A door separates the toilet area for added privacy. There are also two guest bedrooms upstairs. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. It has double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. At the top of the stairs is a private washer and dryer. Laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience. Back on the main level is the third guest bedroom. It has a full-sized futon, a flat screen TV, and its own access to the guest bathroom on the main level and to the patio with the private hot tub. The homeowner has provided a twin-sized air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements, which is in an upstairs bedroom closet. **Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival. We arrived at the scheduled check in time and housekeeping was still finishing up. Even worse maintenance had a hose running from the 1st floor bathroom to the outdoor hot tub through the bedroom/ living area making it unusable and causing a wet puddle in the carpet. The washing machine did not work properly and maintenance was unable to repair it during our visit.However the clogged tub was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

This was place was a perfect stay. It felt very spacious - we had four kids and five adults and we're not cramped at all. They had games, toys and everything you need for a great stay. We recommend this to anyone!

The unit was fantastic. Very spacious for a family of five and had everything we needed and items we didn't think to bring. The host was very responsive and ensured our stay went off without a hitch. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax in a beautiful home.

Great, roomy, clean property! We really enjoyed our stay. Property management very easy to deal with. Private hot tub was a treat. Only two minor issues. 1) The walk to the hot tub was treacherous. I know it’s winter in the mountains, but the snow buildup was uneven and very slippery. 2) Because of the very low quality of the pullout sofa, I think calling the den a sleeping space is very over stated. Luckily we had kids we could put there, but even they complained. Otherwise a wonder stay.

We were very happy with the house. It was clean, convenient to Keystone, Copper, and A-Basin, and the hot tub was delightful. I would suggest that the owners/managers make the TV system easier to use like having Roku or Apple TV. The place had 5 remotes for one system--yikes! We couldn't really get it to work. Overall, great place and would recommend to anyone.

This house was a fantastic find right by keystone, we easily got to the mountain in just a few minutes. The keypad is a bit difficult to use and we had issues with the tv but the property managers were available almost immediately via text with any problem we had. Kitchen has basic amenities for cooking, and the beds were very comfortable.

We loved this place!!! Not only was the location extremely convenient, but between the shuttle, hot tub, # of beds, cleanliness, and the view, this place really had it all. Really the only thing was that there were no instructions as to how to activate the front door number pad. It was not explicitly detailed anywhere so we had to wait and call maintenance for them to come down and show us that we need to press our palms against the pad. It was an easy fix and quite avoidable. The maintenance guy had even mentioned he comes down all the time to do the same thing for others, so you would think since it is a common misconception, someone would have cleared that up before!

Some buddies and I stayed here during a golf trip. It’s a nice, comfortable place and met our needs. The property management company, particularly Damaris, were great to work with. The private hot tub was therapeutic after multiple rounds of golf! The only cons were traffic noise from Montezuma Road when windows were open and the futon in the downstairs, fourth bedroom was not very comfortable for an adult but would probably be fine for kiddos.

Ski Tip is a great location for Keystone skiing. The townhome was very nice and met our needs. Service from SCMR was very good - responsive but we had some issues with the door lock. It worked out ok but lock needs service.

We stayed at this condo with our family of 4, and another family of 4. This unit was perfectly equipped to handle our two families, kids ages 10,11,12,12. Clean unit, comfortable beds, great pillows, well equipped kitchen, perfect layout for 2 families! Waking up with a cup of coffee and the fireplace blazing with a great view of the mountains and trees was my favorite! Large mud room was perfect for getting everyone dressed and out the door, and back in from skiing each day. The hot tub was key and was used each day! Fantastic location to get to and from the mountain. We made one call to the property management company, and they were friendly, helpful, and excellent to work with! We will be back!

The ski tip condo was exactly what we wanted at great location really close to Riverrun lifts. The condo had everything we needed with simple check-in and out. Suumit County Retreat Staff were awesome and were very helpful.

Place was the perfect size for 8 of us. Hot tubbing while the snow fell at night was amazing. Very close to River Run. Very, clean, comfortable beds. Only downside was the address was wrong on the guidebook and it took us a few calls and some real searching to find the place.

What words can I use to describe such a wonderful experience?? We flew in to visit my sister from PA, and went from Friday to Monday. There was my family (husband, two children - 2 and 4, and myself) and my sister's family (sister, husband, and daughter -8) and it was absolutely perfect! The house was nice and quiet, so clean, updated, and had so many wonderful amenities. We were able to walk in to Keystone and enjoy the Winter Festival, which was wonderful and being able to walk there was great! We truly could not have asked for a better time!

The place is honestly nicer than the pictures even depict. We were absolutely delighted with the house, the check in and out process was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and it was mere steps from the shuttle bus to the slopes. We did have a couple maintenance issues. They were eventually resolved but it did take a couple days and one of the bathrooms was totally out of commission while we waited, which was inconvenient when you’re in a house with several others. But otherwise it was fantastic. Couldn’t get out of the hot tub. Loved it.
