The living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa and has a 58-inch Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite entertainment channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and has a breakfast counter with bar seating for 2, and the dining area has seating for 6. The nautical theme will make you feel at right at home while on vacation. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and has a Flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV, making this a great option for families. Both bedrooms offer ROKU streaming service. Log in to your favorite streaming account through this service. WIFI internet is available. There is a full bath in the hall with a tub and shower combination, and a laundry closet with washer and dryer. Three tired friends needed a weekend to reconnect. This was the perfect place! EVERYTHING is within walking distance. Just be sure to book spa dates early - we missed out on this.

This place was clean and cozy. A nice balcony that you could smell and see the ocean ftom afar. Me and my wife and our two boys with one of their girlfriends stàyed here for four nights and enjoyed our stay. The place was plenty roomy with two full baths and laundry machines. Would definetly recommend and stay again.

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and it had everything we needed. Short walk to beach and restaurants. The only thing negative for me was it’s listed as a queen bed in the master, and it’s more like a full. Room is big enough to accommodate a queen or even king bed. Master bath and kitchen needs some updating, but overall it was still a great place to rent.

Perfect location
We had quick access to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there were plenty of bath towels! When we had a question, TVR, always answered us quickly. It’s a perfect place for a few days or for a week!!

Family Beach Vacation
We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was as depicted in the pictures. The property was clean and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The property was a short walk to the beach. I would recommend staying at this location.

Wonderful beach getaway
The property was exactly as pictured! Very fun beachy decor, great location with a short walk to the beach as well as many restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc. The deck furniture was great as well for hanging out and chatting. Highly recommend this location!

The only discrepancy from the listing is the primary bedroom has a FULL sized bed - not a queen. We had a great time and would definitely come back on the off season. It felt just like home but with sun and beach instead of snow.

Great Girls Weekend Location.
This was the perfect condo for our girls weekend. Lots of seating, nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. Location to everything was perfect.

Got in Thursday around 5:00. STORM BLEW IN THAT NIGHT. Set temp on 70 on Friday morning. Went to savannah. Got back Friday around 7:00 pm. 62 in condo. 60 sat. Morning. No heat. 39 outside wind chill.

Took my mom and her best friend here for a last minute change of “quarantine scenery” and lived every minute of. The staff at Tybee Vacation rentals was incredible in helping pull this together- we even ended up adding an extra night the morning we were supposed to check out because we couldn’t bear to leave, and they were a dream to deal with. The rental was in the perfect location and I would absolutely stay with them again. The weather was a bit chilly on day one, but we didn’t let that stop us!

Great experience
It was a great girls trip and we found the condo to be very pleasant, clean and comfortable. They thought of most everything we would need for our stay. There needs to be instruction about how to use the TV’s and next time I will want a unit not on the third floor without an elevator. But, all in all it was a great place to stay, great logistics to beach and town.

Second time visiting Tybee island! We love TYBEE!

You when your place is ready (if before 4pm checkin time) we got our text about 3pm which was nice. Our instructions had the wrong room number on it and was hard to find our condo.
The condo itself was very very nice. Color scheme and decor made you feel comfortable and relaxed.
The "master" rooms bed was NOT a queen it was a full which was disappointing.
The place was relatively clean except the morning after we checked in, went to use the microwave and there was left over bacon from the previous stay. So obviously the kitchen was NOT cleaned thoroughly.
There was construction going on at the condo below us and they started at 9am every morning with saws and banging continued through the day until about 6pm. Plus they would block up all the parking with the four trucks they had and we had to ask them numerous times to move! Very inconvenient.
Walking distance to the beach was awesome and easy! Plus you get

This was a short weekend celebration of my daughter’s 21st birthday. I have thoroughly enjoyed myself and the accommodations. The place was clean, cozy and very comfortable. I will most definitely return.

We had a great girls trip. Idle A While was GREAT! If I had one suggestion, maybe some curtains that actually close for the living room. I think the next person who sleeps on the couch would also appreciate it. Other than that very very happy with the condo.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation in Tybee Island. Our condo was perfect for our family and location was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We will be looking for our next rental soon! Thank you for your hospitality and welcome bag that was waiting for us!

February 2017 Stay
We rented the property for a girls beach weekend, there were 4 ladies. we loved the rental! the couches were comfy and great for late night talks. the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The girls that used the Twin beds felt they weren't as comfortable the second night, but we're overall happy with the room. I would definitely recommend this rental, but would caution that while people can sleep in the living room unless they are very heavy sleepers or early risers it won't work since noise carries very easily. We plan to book this rental in the future for its close beach access, and proximity to the shops. If you go at night it is a little hard to figure out parking, the parking numbers are on the back wall and not visible to us from the road until we knew where to find them. This property exceeded all of our expectations.

Love the bright colors and ship decor, spacious room for the 3 of us, had everything we needed for a short weekend stay. Pleasant, short walk over to the beach.

Very nice and clean place to stay that is close to all the fun on Tybee Island. We really liked being only a short walk away from the beach, restaurants, bars, etc...

You get what you pay for
The property is convenient to the beach and attractions. It was fairly clean. There were cleaning rags left in both bathroom showers, sand on all of the seating surfaces in the living room and the drains in both showers drained so slow that we were ankles deep in dirty water with every shower. The mattresses were another issue, you could feel the springs they sank in the middle and needed to be replaced years ago. The key pad on our door stopped working after our first trip out. The management company had someone there within 20 minutes to fix it. Our Quick last minute trip to the beach was not as relaxing as we thought it would be.

Enjoyable
The condo was nice, perfect size for us to have our family Thanksgiving. Close enough to walk to the beach. We wanted to stay an extra day and called the rental agency around 5:00 to see if the unit was available. We got a recording saying the office closed at 6:00. We left a message but never heard back from them. So we had to pack up and leave. I hope they had the condo rented or the owners lost some money. Other then that we enjoyed ourselves. There was no bakeware, so bring some if you need that.

Short walk to the beach! Comfortable stay.
We enjoyed the walkability of this location. 2 minute walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The local neighbors are very friendly and parking was a breeze for our mid size SUV. The furniture was comfortable and the unit had great amenities. The decor is very welcoming.
The staff at the rental company were a pleasure to deal with and helpful.
The only issues we had were the floors needed some serious scrubbing along with the bathroom- not "gross" just dusty/ sandy. The dryer was also very noisy. Also, there's not a whole lot of privacy with the window coverings throughout the unit. Other than those minor things, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.
