Overall the accommodations were suitable. The only issue we had were the beds. As happened at our last stay with VRBO the beds were very very uncomfortable and for the life of me I don’t understand that. This is not a major investment. It is a purchase that lasts for several years and is so important for guests that rent especially for long term rent. I would like to see VRBO have some standard around mattresses for the houses that you rent. I’ve said this before to no avail but I keep hoping someone at your company can understand the importance of a good night’s sleep.

The beds could use some help, very uncomfortable.

I mean, it's up to you what you want to extract from your house, but this one should never ever be listed as a vacation home. We arrived at night and went to bet. All looked OK until dawn... Poolside was dirty and there was even food leftovers inside of what looked like a towel basket by the pool... We love to cook, but did not have the courage to do much. The grill, my Goodness. Can't say enough how bad it was. The owner called a nice guy to clean, and he did a nice job. But, to properly clean this house, it's needed a week, at least. By far, the worse rental in my life. Never again.

Based on previous reviews for this property, we were excited for our stay. Unfortunately upon arrival, we were very quickly disappointed with this house. For starters, you are only provided one paper towel, trash bag, and roll of toilet paper per bathroom - apparently I missed that note when booking. If every guest is required to provide these things, I can almost guarantee there’s a stock pile of leftovers somewhere in the house that can be used for upcoming visitors. No toiletries provided like a hotel would (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, not even hand soap!) and one really old blow dryer. The instructions ask for you to wash towels during your stay so they don’t pile up and do a load of sheets before you leave, but they don’t provide detergent — Makes you wonder how many people washed things with hot water only…yuck. The provided towels were incredibly thin/cheap and seemed pretty old (it’s definitely time for some new ones). The house rules were posted all over the house instead of one central location; I’d suggest putting everything together in a binder in the kitchen since it’s hard to keep track of all the things you must do during your stay to avoid getting hit with extra charges. The grill is a fire hazard and needs to be replaced. If we are ever to stay in the area again, this would not be our choice for lodging nor would we recommend it to others unless it receives a serious upgrade. You get what you pay for... On the bright side, the owners were responsive and the location was nice, quiet, and felt safe.

Everything was exactly what we expected.

Love the house, spacious, clean and well laid out. Would have rated it a 5 star, however, the house lacked many necessities. We had to go out and buy everything, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, dish soap/dishwasher tabs, laundry soap and hand soap. We were also a little disappointed with lack of pool toys, and inside games/books. These are things that are not convenient to have to buy, and then you either leave them, or waste them at the end of your trip. The location from the parks is decent, and the neighbourhood is great.

We had a wonderful stay! Property was very clean, spacious. Our daughter loved the pool and the provided pool toys. We have no complaints. Wonderful neighborhood as well!

This home was everything it advertised to be. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable! Our spouses really enjoyed the fact that they could go fishing right out the back door. We will definitely be coming back again!

The home was very clean and smelled clean upon arrival. We started with 9 guest reason we had booked this beautiful home. But only 4 of us ended up going 2 seniors and my 9 year old daughter and myself. Plenty of room in the home. The pool was amazing we spend most our days at Disney and Universal wich are a very short drive. Resturants and stores are all near by which was excellent. We traveled 15 hours from Texas. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We felt very safe communication with the owners was excellent and fast. Highly recommend this rental home.

the four of us had a great holiday. house was very clean. had some problems with the pool but was quickly resolved by the owner. my husband likes fishing and really enjoyed the lake that is the view of the house.

We had a great time. Had some minor things like the TV remotes not functioning properly, fishing poles kept breaking so we bought a new one and left it for the next people, landscapers came and the pool was very dirty after the mow/ weedwhacking, etc. but can’t complain about it!!! It was very nice and accommodated our group well.

Overall…., meh, ok. Felt more like a cabin. Did not get the detailed info email from VRBO regarding details prior to arriving. Owner’s were great with communication. Like another post mentioned the blinds are broken. We didn’t feel safe having our little one sleep in the Moana room because of that. In one bedroom the blinds don’t even turn to open/close. Seems owners don’t care to fix the blinds that are broken in each bedroom since this is an ongoing thing. After notifying owner the reply was …noted… When we arrived at 4pm the cleaning people were still there so we had to wait (a very short time). Like the other homes in the neighborhood the front pane window by the front door is see through. Nothing to provide security/privacy. Anyone can walk up and peer into the home (like also through the windows with broken blinds in the bedrooms). The curtains don’t fit the sliding door out to the pool. The curtain rods and other areas have painters tape to “band-aid” things that are repaired. Also, painter’s tape is throughout the home holding up wiring for the electronics. As also mentioned and provided by owner is that the light/fan switches are backwards. It’s just an inconvenience. There is a smell in the home. Perhaps a deep cleaning is needed. The bed mattress are sO old. Reminded me of the ones from late 1980’s and 1990’s. Master bedroom mattress springs are worn therefore do not provide back support. There is no exhaust fan in the guest bathroom. We cooked and noticed the nonstick pan hardly had any of the nonstick left so be mindful of that. Pool was great. There is an additional cost for the heat for the pool. Billiard cue sticks (three out if the four) were missing the felt tips on the ends. One would think and hope that at least going through the home many of the small things would be fixed/addressed because they add up. Hope this helps everone. Again, just constructive criticism.

Comfortable vacation home in a great location! My son in law caught the biggest Bass of his life in the pond. We would come again! Location far enough from the hub bun but close enough for groceries etc!
