Brand new condo just feet from everything downtown Traverse City has to offer! The condo is located in the 'Old Town' section of downtown which is approximately a 5 minute walk to the heart of downtown/beaches. The condo is nestled in with many great restaurants, bars, and breweries. Parking is available for purchase at the Old Town parking garage next door and you won't need to drive at all if you plan on spending your time downtown on the strips or at the beach : )

Perfect Weekend Stay
The property was very clean and easy to access. It is walking distance to Downtown and many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again for the weekend.

Beautiful Traverse City
My wife and I spent a fantastic few days at Capri 002! Very clean condo with excellent amenities including easy access to the parking garage. Short, safe walk to Front Street to outstanding restaurants and shopping. Mike was the perfect host…easily accessible and quick to respond. Beautiful, clean city with awesome weather! Highly recommend!

My friend and I had a great stay at this condo! It served as the perfect home base for our time in TC. Clean, easy to find, awesome location within walking distance of the main drag, and no parking difficulties.

Perfect location in old town. Plenty of nearby food and coffee shops. Great location less than 10 min walk to downtown strip and Clinch Park/Marina. Despite other reviews my wife and I found the bed and bedding to be very restful. The mattress is firm but not cheap. I had brought a memory foam topper but didn’t even consider needing it. I hope that helps dispel concerns other renters may have (unless you like a really soft mattress which is bad for your back anyway). The property is easy to access, a parking pass is provided which is fantastic, and there is an easy loading spot in the parking lot behind the building which made loading/unloading a breeze. If you are reading this, hesitate no longer and book this listing

Long weekend
Location wise this place is great for all the shops and restaurants! The only down side for us rating it a 3 star is the king size bed was so uncomfortable, even went home a night early because of it. Overall, very clean and location perfect.

Amazing, Beautiful, Great Location
Great location, walking distance to downtown which was perfect! The condo was beautiful and David was kind enough to upgrade the mattress on the pullover and it perfect! Thank you so much for making out stay that much better!

Excellent Place, Bad Sleep
I want to start by saying that this was an excellent property. Everything was clean and functional while the location was perfect. The reason for lost stars was the sleeping accommodations. While the master bedroom was great, the pullout sofa was laughable...unless you had to sleep on it. While the couch itself was very comfy, the thin and lumpy mattress hidden within was awful. Every spring and tension wire stabbed you all night. This was paired with the fact that the provided bedding only a light blanket and sheets. After laying down on this torture device, we noticed that the blinds did little to block the streetlights that were streaming in. Bring a sleep mask if you require a dark room to sleep. The shortcomings of this bed were so jarring partially because the place was so nice. Everything was of good quality and seemed well thought out. A mattress topper or high quality air mattress would have made the stay much more pleasant. As it is, do not plan to sleep 4 adults here and have everyone get a good night's sleep.

Walking distance to downtown - highly recommend.
My husband and I went to Traverse City for a weekend and wanted a place within walking distance to downtown. We were not disappointed. The condo was in a great location, very clean and well kept. We will be back!

Great location in downtown TC
We really enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again because the location is perfect. You can walk to so many great bars and restaurants and short walk to front street. Just a couple of suggestions because I think this is a fairly new rental. A list of how you would of like the condo left. What to do with the dishes, etc... I have seen that in most of the other places we have rented. The bed in the master was a little hard, Maybe a mattress topper. Also additional mirrors would be great maybe in the bedroom to help get people ready. These are small details but overall the place was great and we would stay there again for sure!!!
