Check in process was easy! Close to the slopes, only minus is the construction but everything is clearly marked. There weren’t any towels in the pool area, so we had to use our bathroom towels. Well stocked kitchen and pantry. We had a great time. Thanks

Really enjoyed our stay in condo so convenient to gondola and river run village. Everything was great! Stay cut short by impending blizzard but will definitely try to stay here again!

Evacuated 2 days for fire alarm. Would let renters know construction noise starts before daylight and path to lift is closed and must be walk thru Constructuon zone.

The condo was perfect for our group of 4 for a mother daughter ski weekend. The process was very easy and the condo appointed nicely. The construction nearby is a bit of a bummer but did not impact us too much. Just a little longer route to the Village. Would highly recommend.

We have stayed 5 times at the Springs and this was the best rental we have had. Great space and everything as advertised. Oliver was extremely responsive. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this River Run unit. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us and all of our ski gear. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed! Short walk to River Run and the gondola! Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean condo and a great location to the gondola. We loved having three full baths that are recently renovated! Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We had no issues and would highly recommend this property. The construction near by didn’t interfere with our stay.

Property was very clean, quiet also. Nice view off the balcony. Parking was very good. Easy walk to River Run Gondola and the River Run Village area where you can get coffee and souvenirs and light groceries. Wish there were more hooks in the condo itself to hang things up. Nice pool and hot tubs, and the steam room is a bonus.

We enjoyed this property. It was very clean, a little dusty, but seemed like a while since the last rental activity. We loved the location - easy and quick walk to the gondola. Nice Christmasy view with the tree lights outside. Easy in and out. No problems. We’d definitely stay here again!!

It was a great condo overall! My kids loved the bunk room with a tv in it. The only things I will point out is: I wish in the master bedroom you could access Netflix and Hulu like the other TVs in the condo. There needs to be a dust pan for the broom, there was no way for me to sweep the floors and with 3 kids, it got so messy. And the pull out couch definitely needs some work. Took us a long time to get it out. Also, the pool needed some work. It was over a foot below the skimmer and was very dirty. But they said no one was there to maintenance it. My kids also got a rash from the hot tubs(which means chemical imbalance). Overall it was a good place to sleep and just steps from the river walk.

Wonderful place to stay, with an excellent location, clean with great amenities, we enjoy very much our stay, will recommend to anyone. Thank you !

This property is in a great location right next to the Gondola/lift. It could use some updating though. We noticed that the shower/tubs didn’t drain well, the smoke detector in one of the rooms was disconnected, and the handle on one of the showers was broken. That said, we enjoyed the location a lot and the hot tub(s) are definitely an added bonus.

The Springs at River Run is the perfect location for a Keystone ski vacation. Incredibly easy to get to and quick 200 yard walk to gondola. The amenities at The Springs are also fantastic - nice pool, hot tub, common areas (though they were quite busy so we didn't use them), coin operated laundry, ski locker area, and covered parking. This specific condo is also very spacious. As we talked to other guests, it sounds like many of the other layouts at The Springs are smaller. Based on location/River Run base area I would give five stars. However, this specific property needs a bit of updating, specifically the beds/mattresses. We're pretty low maintenance but these were uncomfortable (zero support - sleeping hugging the very edge to get any small amount of support) to the point of struggling to sleep, even full days of skiing. Another minor note to prepare for, this condo does not leave anything stocked in the kitchen the way many VRBOs typically do (salt, pepper, dishwasher soap, etc. - there were a few coffee filters). Good news, the little grocery right at River Run base is well stocked. Also, though communication was great during the booking process, we did not hear anything/get any answers at arrival or during our stay (thankfully our questions were minor and didn't impact our stay - fireplace, parking, lightbulb kind of things). Before or when you arrive make sure to ask for a parking pass (or ask how it will be delivered to you) as we did not have one left for us and got a warning on our vehicle (I'm assuming they don't ever ticket, just give warnings, but it was a frustration when you're a paying guest). In addition to skiing, we found some great hiking in the area - again, great location to explore from.

Definitely the place to stay when skiing! 5 minute walk (in ski boots!) to gondola and close to restaurants too. Great on-site amenities - pool, hot tubs are just the thing after a long ski day. Helpful and communicative host and easy check in/out process. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in Keystone! The pool and hot tubs were open and the kids loved spending lots of time swimming and playing. The condo was just what we were expecting and the beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay again as it fit our family very well!

Pros - great location, nice layout, comfortable beds, pool, waterslide. Cons - dirty, poorly maintained, smoke alarm removed in bedroom, extremely clogged tub drain (all bathroom drains were full), oven had cleaner that wasn't wiped out, misc. minor maintenance issues, not stocked with cooking oil or salt/pepper as advertised, given the wrong door code upon check-in, outdated information on COVID pool policies. Heads up - there is a significant coin shortage in the area and the laundry requires quarters. Bring your own. I understand there is a labor shortage in the area and likely hard to find good help to clean and maintain the unit and the building/common amenities. However, I would book again due to the location and common amenities.
