The master suite has king bed and attached bath with double sinks and whirlpool tub.The large deck off the living area has a gas BBQ gill and hot tub. There is approximately 3500 sq. ft. Town of Vail tax ID 673. COVID-19 Update: We are taking extra precautions and adding additional cleaning to all of our homes and condominiums, including: Increased hand washing for all employees. Employees will stay home if sick. Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and door knobs. Guests can check in directly at the property. Non-refundable pet deposit to be approved for each reservation. Comfortable and great location near Vail. The house itself is a bit dated. Everything works and is functional, but perhaps just so. For instance, there is good hot water in the house, but the master shower will only get lukewarm. The hot tub water appeared to be in need of changing pretty badly, which was disappointing. The beds are very comfortable, though! The communication with the rental agency was outstanding before, during and after our stay. On balance, it’s functional but could really benefit from a remodel.

Cascade Village New Years Stay.

We recently stayed at this home during New Year’s December 2021 to January 2022. The house he’s very spacious and was clean. There were lots of extras such as extra pillows blankets fans and kitchen ítems. The house was stocked with paper towels and toilet paper. Although we hardly cooked we noticed that the kitchen was fully supplied with all needed tools. Even a heated garage. We were very happy with Ellen the property management company.

This duplex is very spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities. The location is excellent. Just a short drive to the chairlift at the Grand Hyatt or the gondola/chair lift at Lionshead. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home in cascade. Well taken care of, amazing hot tub. Loved the property manager. Must have a car to get to the lift. It isn't far but it isn't walkable.

Perfect Ski House

Perfect Ski House

Perfect Ski House. We have a family of 6 that stayed in the home. 3 Adults and 3 Kids. House worked out great. Plenty of space for all, had everything you could need for your stay. Hot Tub was perfect after a long day in Ski School and on the Slopes. Ellen and her team were great, very responsive for anything needed, clearing the driveway, more shock for the hot tub, you name it, she was there and available to assist. The short driveway is a bit steep, so if you're coming in the winter, make sure you have a 4WD or AWD vehicle. That being said, people came to clear out the driveway when it snowed, so no issues there as well. For good skiers, it's right up the hill from the Cascade lift, for those who need a little easier start, it's a 3 - 4 minute drive to the Lionshead parking structure. Great place to stay. Thanks to Ellen and her team for making the visit so smooth.
