This unique town-home with 3 decks has a private entrance, central air-conditioning and private garage. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths this home accommodates and sleeps 8 very comfortably. This home has all new furniture, washer / dryer, fully stocked kitchen including Keurig, free Internet service and new flat screen televisions in every room! This home boasts a huge master bedroom suite with large flat screen TV, king bed, walk-in closet and its own bathroom with his/her sinks and shower. Bedroom # 2 is equipped with extra-large “full-size” over “full-size” bunk bed equipped with flat screen TV and nice size closet. Bedroom #3 has queen size bed, nice size closet and flat screen TV. Just park for the week and relax! You will have an enjoyable vacation and make memories that will last a lifetime! ** Families welcome, must be at least 26 years of age to rent*** - No smoking property and unfortunately we do not allow pets. Our family of four had a great vacation here. Property is very spacious and well-maintained. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. You can watch the Friday night fireworks from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Al was great with communicating and allowed us to even check in a little early! The townhouse was super clean and very updated. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk were a definite plus. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!

Good Location, lots to do. Bring some towels with you. The garage is made for small type cars. Our lifted Jeep and 3500 Ram was a no go. Had to try and find parking in the street which was usually about 2 or so blocks away. Other then that was nice place to stay.

Our family makes the same trip yearly. Due to delayed timing we weren’t able to get into our usual location. This location was extremely clean, updated and overall great. Beds were a bit soft for us but otherwise a fabulous location.

The home felt pretty much like our own home with a few added perks. 2 and 1/2 baths was a huge plus for us. Plenty of room for us on rain days to relax in our own space. Overall had a great time and we are planning to stay again next year.

Al was such a savior to us and we really made out in the deal! Our VRBO that we rented in November 2020 cancelled on us the day before vacation. Al’s place popped up and he made everything so easy! Made sure the place was in tip top shape, got us the information and we were able to check in on or original planned date!! He checked on us throughout the week and made sure everything was good. Close to the beach and boardwalk. You can see the slingshot from the top balcony. Overall great place and great owner!! We will absolutely be back!!

We were at Wildwood for the Beach Blast Soccer Tournament and this was a perfect place to stay for our family of 4. The townhome is close enough to the beach that we could run back for snacks or a break if we needed to. The home is well stocked with everything we needed, very clean, and very comfortable. Al was terrific with communication and we will definitely stay here again.

The townhouse was very clean and well equipped. It was in a good location within walking distance to boardwalk and many restaurants. The owner was quick to respond to us with any questions we had. I would definitely stay there again!!

The property was a great size in a perfect location. We were able to walk and bike to the boardwalk and many restaurants. We were excited the property supplied bikes. It was nice to have a garage to park our car in with a hose to rinse off after the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make a meal. The showers had great water pressure and the washer/dryer was a plus. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Home! Plenty of stuff in the home if you forget to bring sheets or towels. Washer and Dryer was a huge bonus for us since we have a baby and toddler. Would be helpful to put the unit number in the property details as I had to find it in the contract when we got there.

We have rented here before and plan to rent again! It's clean, comfortable and roomy. We love that it's within walking distance to many restaurants, as well as the boardwalk and Convention Center. The landlord is very accessible which is always good to know. If all goes as planned, we'll be back next year!

We had a wonderful end of summer family vacation in Wildwood! The house is nicely located and we were able to get all the places we wanted to go easily and then able to go back and relax at the house after. We enjoyed a pirate cruise, beach time, mini golf, and some nice walks on the boardwalk. Even enjoyed a fabulous crab dinner at 2 Mile Landing. We were certainly spoiled and had a hard time adjusting to a hotel when we went to the next location on our vacation!We only had two small issues that we were able to work around. One was the 3 flights of stairs when moving our luggage in and out. Second - my son complained after we left that his top bunk mattress was hard and he felt the springs. Otherwise we found everything else wonderfully maintained.We had a wonderful time and will definitely keep this property in mind if we return to Wildwood next summer!
