Location, location, location.

I wish we knew to bring beach towels and Kleenex. Traveling from across the country, I did not think to bring any. The facility needs to clean the pool. We were here five nights and the dirt in kiddie pool never swept out. Not as much dirt in adult pool, but it did exist. If the facility only pays for once a week pool upkeep, it needs to add another day.

Great location with view of the ocean. Condo has everything you need and is ideal for 2 people. Really enjoy being in Palmetto Dunes.

There were a few maintenance items that needed attention: dishwasher wasn’t secured and tilted forward, a couple of vertical blind slats were missing in the living room and bedroom, a couple of doors would stick when opening or closing & mirror at the soaking tub had some wear at the bottom. None of these things prevented us from having a great stay and we consider these things minor.

The musty smell every time we opened the front door. We think there were 2 spots of mold above the crown molding on the exterior wall. Not sure what caused the musty smell but probably due to in room whirlpool or ??. Oh, and the patio doors almost wouldn't open. Almost pulled the handle of the one. Need to be cleaned and lubricated. Will Not stay at Villamar again after the musty smell in 2 units. Fool me once, shame on me. try it twice, shame in you. 🤔
