With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this holiday home exudes comfort and relaxation. Just a short stroll to the main town and to to the beach to enjoy all of Cowes bars, restaurants and dining experiences. You are greeted with an attractive front garden and a newly built timber townhouse. A light-filled entrance hall flows into the stunning lounge and transitions into a spacious new crisp white kitchen with glass splash back. A fully equipped kitchen with stone bench tops, stainless steel appliances and filtered water tap integrates seamlessly with the nearby dining area and outdoor decking area, a perfect spot to entertain and relax after dark. This stunning property boasts a large, fully secure backyard for the children to play in while the adults are relaxing on the beautifully appointed deck. The property is pet friendly - outside Only (by request & conditions apply!) The bedroom configurations allow for 2 families to holiday in pleasure. There are 3 Queen sized bedrooms and a fourth bedroom perfect for the children with two sets of timber appointed bunks. One Queen bedroom and the Master bedroom with ensuite are downstairs with the other 2 bedrooms being upstairs sharing a more than adequate main bathroom with luxurious glass splashbacks and large bath to relax in for those balmy Summer Nights. The garage is available for guest use. This stunning property will not disappoint ! *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property. A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure. Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card. We wanted space for 3 couples to have a weekend away and got it. Great place, clean and spacious. Each couple had their own bathroom which was great. The house was clean and in a quiet street, walking distance to the shops and pubs. We were entertained by kookaburras on the fence whilst we relaxed on the balcony. The house provided everything we needed for a weekend away even space for 3 cars. Will definitely return someday. The only negative was the lounge that only seated 5 people when there is bedding for 10. Another couch would have been great.

We had 8 guests stay in this home for two nights and it fit everybody perfectly with no complaints and will without doubt become my go to Phillip island accommodation if and when available! The location of this home could not be anymore central to everything you possibly need to enjoy your stay on the island! Only two things that could be looked at in future and that is adding wifi to the property given this day and age everything and everyone uses wifi, and also maybe look at getting an optional baby gate for the base of the stairs for younger children as it may pose a risk. But other than that 5 stars and beyond for this luxury townhouse!

Wanted to share my experience with O’Brien real state, on a day we arrived noticed the fridge had water leaking, it made all over the kitchen wet rang real estate no one answered left an emergency voice mail no one get back to me till next two days, We had to buy all our grocery shopping again (the one we had to keep in the fridge as didnt have fridge for two days) It fixed itself after two days though also they havent left any dishwasher tabled or liquid to use Not happy with their service

After staying in many rental properties for weekends spent at the racing track, this home was modern, clean, supplied clean towels, sheets and doona's. Great off street parking, heating which worked a treat, so close to the township and i would have no hesitation in staying there again or recommending to others.

This property lived up to the description and is exactly what is advertised and more. Great for a couple of families with the 2 storey configuration. It's lovely, lots of room, generous outside area. I'd like to rent it again

We had a lovely mother’s day weekend with 3 families comfortably staying at the house. Kids loved their own space upstairs! The house was so clean and perfect location being only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street. Thanks for having us!
