Nestled in Cowes, this charming house for $398 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Large family home has it all! We have WiFi for all guests to access- no more expensive internet bills on your holidays! BYO fitted/flat sheets and pillow slips unless otherwise arranged - $25 per bed includes bed linen and bath towels - payable to owner directly. Centrally positioned, quiet court location with easy 200m stroll to safe beach and 500m walk to 'the main drag' in town. Coles supermarket located on Church Street about 5-10 minutes walk from the house. Our house has 5 bedrooms, 2 lounge rooms, open plan dining & well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Outside is a sensational large, covered outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and sun lounges. It is fully fenced for peace of mind for your children or pet. Large spa/plunge pool - gas heated for your enjoyment (30 degrees) during the summer months - November to March (can be heated at other times of the year at the cost of the gas- varies with length of stay and directly payable to owner) Perfect temperature for cooling off in the summer Two separate living areas - one with wood heater for those winter days, together with TV, DVD player Second lounge room has split system heating/cooling, TV, DVD player Two bathrooms - newly renovated main bathroom with bath and shower, ensuite bathroom: shower and handrail Two toilets Billiard/Games room with pool table, table tennis table, dart board and exercise equipment off outdoor area. Plenty of board games and books. This house can accommodate 2 families, or any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 12 people plus cot. Couches galore and large dining table with seating for 10. Bedroom 1 double bed Bedroom 2 queen bed and ensuite Bedroom 3 single and king single bed Bedroom 4 queen and single bed Bedroom 5 queen and single beds 1 portacot and highchair. Double car lock up garage - perfect for that special car or your bikes while you are at the track. Safely store pushbikes, fishing gear and beach equipment. Year round comfort- Reverse cycle heating/cooling in front lounge Wood fire in back lounge Wall radiant heater in dining room. Ceiling fans in main lounge and 4 out of 5 bedrooms. Laundry facilities including dryer and ironing board/iron, drinks fridge located in laundry Pet friendly upon discussion with owner (outside only), water and feed bowls supplied. Large yard area fully fenced, grassed area within gates. All pet droppings to be removed! Wheel chair/ disabled access - all on one level Tea towels, doona covers, doonas, pillows and plenty of extra doonas and blankets supplied. BYO flat and fitted sheets and pillow slips Linen charges are $30 per bed *No Schoolies bookings*

This is a large house and spacoius block with lots of room for a couple of familys or group of friends. Everything you will ever need provided. Short walk to Cowes, cafes, restaurants, supermarket and shops. Beach wasn't far away either. The bed configuration was good and they were nice and comfy. The swim spa was just perfect to relax in and easy to use. Although close to Cowes the neighbourhood was very quier for a peaceful night sleep. Our host provided great communication.

We had a very enjoyable and smooth stay at their Phillip island holiday house. Plenty of space, walking distance to shops and beach a mega plus for me, love not having to get in the car all the time. The 90s nostalgia is complimentary (ah miss those days..) and the photos really do not give the place justice! Spa, outdoor shower, games room, comfy beds, 2 spacious lounge rooms, pet friendly.. what more do you need?

We had a group of riders down for the world super bike races. The home was fantastic and we were able to park all our bikes in the garage. The best thing was the hot spa - so relaxing after a day at the races.

This was the perfect house for our group of 9 people ranging in age from 1 to 74. There was plenty of room, beds etc with the kitchen at the centre. We mainly ate outside under the covered patio area. Great for a big family group. The staples in the kitchen were appreciated and also the bath products. The proximity of the supermarkets made food purchase easy. Everyone loved the huge spa and the children enjoyed playing table tennis. I would recommend this rental for a family both for the accomodation and location.

We had a great stay at Hotham, what a gem of a holiday house. So much space, well equipped and very comfortable. We didn't even get a chance to explore the games room and spa! The large frame TV got a good workout as did the lounge rooms. Highly recommended and thanks for allowing us to stay for a few days.

This is a fantastic holiday house! Plenty of room, modern, clean, great set up. Everything you need. Two living areas, two bathrooms. Fabulous outdoor area, garden, spa and games room. Area is quiet, about 500 metres from main street. Fabulous for more than one family or a large family or just a relaxing time for a couple. Check in was great, communication with owner was no problems. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back sometime.

Jacqui’s place was a perfect winter escape for our family. Home had plenty of space for us to spread out when we wanted or gather for games in front of the fire. The kitchen is fabulously well stocked with all the basics plus a few extra touches. Boys enjoyed the games room

Jacqui was a great host to deal with! She answered all my queries quickly and even gave us an extremely early check in and late check out. The house was even bigger than photos suggested and was clean and tidy and very well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out with a large group. The addition of the games room was great and the pool spa was used every day. The location was also great - quiet street, very short walk to the beach, and a slightly longer walk to the shops. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our week at this property. Two families with 4 little ones and each of us had a ball. Whether it was swimming in the swim spa, walking along the beach, Easter egg hunt under the covered outdoor area, a glass of wine in front of the fire or hours of fun with the box of duplo, we had it all!
